We found that your app does not follow the iOS Data Storage Guidelines, which is required per the App Store Review Guidelines.
In particular, we found that on launch and/or content download, your app stores 3.54MB. To check how much data your app is storing:
- Install and launch your app
- Go to Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > Manage Storage
- If necessary, tap "Show all apps"

My Macbook Pro's iTunes App was logged in as someone else. I logged out of that account and logged into mine, but I found that the app still shows all of the previous account's content. MacBook Pro / Mozilla Firefox / Netflix / Silverlight Update solved - DON'T DWNLOAD FROM NETFLIX
I solved this problem tonight. I have a MacBook Pro with 10.5.8. I know, it's old. But I love my Netflix and I recently noticed that Firefox plays Netflix much better. Then I suddenly got this message that I needed to download the latest Silverlight - it only takes 30 seconds! - WRONG. However, after much searching, I finally did the steps in order and it worked.
This was after repeatedly downloading Silverlight from the Netflix site without success. So here's what I did:
1. Went to http://www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight/Get-Started/Install/Default.aspx
2. Followed the directions. I felt like such an idiot for not doing it right before.
3. Go to your hard drive and search for "Silverlight" to locate ANY existing Silverlight files: .dmg, etc.
[also check your Libary/ Internet Plug-ins, but the above search is faster]
4. Drag it all to the trash and empty it.
5. Go back to the Get Silverlight page and click on the Install on that page, not the Netflix site.
6. Note the steps for Safari or Mozilla Firefox - I wanted Firefox, so I follwed those instructions.
7. Once it's installed, close all the browsers and Restart that bad boy. Right away.
8. Open a browser, go to Netflix and proceed to joyfully rot your brain with Netflix content. Yay! -

I installed the new firefox 4 browser today. In the description about the new app tab the following feature is claimed:
"Links to new websites open in a new tab so that your App Tab doesn't change."
This doesn's seem to work for me. When I click a link in an app tab i just get redirected and my app tab changes. Is this a bug or a setting?This is what the article here claims you need mobile share plan to work.

We are just about to purchase an iphoto book but received the message that we had one or more empty photo frames. We have gone over each page several times and found no empty frames. We cannot purchase the book because we cannot get beyond this message. Any ideas on how to rectify this situation?

I've just found that three movies I've bought from iTunes on on my iPad are not showing up on Apple TV or anywhere other than that iPad. What's up with that and will I lose these films if I reset this iPad?
Thanks. The reason this has become an issue is that I recently bought a new Macbook Air that the iPad is not synced to. The one is was synced to was stolen. If I want to sync this iPad to the new Air, won't it be wiped before I'm able to copy these films or am I wrong about that?

I just updated my iPhone 4 to iOS6. In the process, I ran into a problem and had to restore factory settings. After syncing the phone, I see that 218 apps need to be updated. When selecting "update all," it says "Cannot Download. There is not enough available local storage to download these items. You can manage your local device storage usage in Settings."
How can this be the case when I haven't changed any apps from before updrading to iOS6, and I don't have any music yet on the phone? Why is it telling me there is not enough local space?Hi RileyAvaCadenRiver,

If you forgot (or don't know) your passcode, restore the device from backup on the last computer it was synced with when the passcode was turned on... this will remove the passcode. If you do not have access to the last computer it was synced with, or you don't have a backup, you will have to force it into recovery mode & restore as a new device.
