Web dispatcher connection refused

Question

Dear all, I have installed a web dispatcher and when I start them, in the trace file i can see the next error messagen,
[Thr 517] *** ERROR => IcmConnClientRqCreate() failed (rc=-8) [icrxx_mt.c 4885]
[Thr 517] *** ERROR => Connection request from (-1/65535/0) to host: ECPOAP05.corp, service: 8000 failed (NIEHOST_UNKNOWN) [icxxconn_mt.c 2731]
[Thr 517] *** ERROR => IcmConnClientRqCreate() failed (rc=-8) [icrxx_mt.c 4885]
There is somebody that knows this error. thanks very much

Dear Elena,
what we can see from this error message is :
that a client request should be done trying to connect
to the host ECPOAP05.corp and port 8000 ..
The NIEHOST_UNKNOWN implies that on network level the
hostname can't be resolved.
The error rc=-8 means that an error within the SAP network layer Ni was caused due to communication problems
(not being able to resolve the hostname)
It would be fine if you could describe the latest occuring problems and we can try to give you additional help.
