Webgui transaction launcher giving trouble after patching

Hi
We have been using webgui for html fine recently, but after implimenting a patch on ERP we are now getting this error in portal when trying to run a transaction:
processed in the system ERP : A:ITS_P:019 XSRF no sec_sesstoken
I have looking in SICF and the service for webgui is active. Testing the service in SICF returns the same error as above.
As i mentioned, we have been using this fine up until now. Can anyone give me a pointer to where the error may lie? im thinking something in ERP rather than in portal itself..

We would like to incude transaction "S_AE2_89000019" from CRM to SAP CRM WEB Client UI.
We have done the following steps using the SAP best practices (C04-Configuration guide):
1. in transaction CRMS_IC_CROSS_SYS we have configured the CRM system with url: http://CRMnameServer:httpport/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/!?transaction=IC_LTX&okcode=ICEXECUTE
and ERP system with url
http://ERPnameServer:httpport/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/!?transaction=IC_LTX&okcode=ICEXECUTE
2. we have set TSTC to synchronous (CRM and ERP)
3. we have configured transaction launcher through wizard (tx CRMC_UI_ACTIONWZ)
4. we have created logical link for transaction and we assigned the link to work center and business role.
The problem is that when we are opening the SAP CRM web gui and click on the link that we have created, we take a blank picture with a red x "PLease wait..." and nothing else opens.My CRM Version is 7.0 EHP1.
The webgui service in the tx sicf have been a test, after login in, a blank picture with a red x "PLease wait..." is also remaining.
Can anyone help?

Want to check if this issue is resolved. I have the same problem where I am getting 'please wait" with red x screen when I configured transaction launcher from crm web ui.
Did you ever get this resolved? If so please share your approach ? And is this authorization related?

Launch new web browser during webGui transaction

Question:
Is there as easy way to launch a new web browser window (IE) during a webGUI transaction (from the ABAP code).
Background:
We have a transaction linked to a simple ABAP report that is launched from a web based non-SAP reporting tool via the ITS (webGUI based). The user would like to click a link (hotspot) in the ABAP report that would launch a new IE window passing a URL and parameters.
What I've already tried:
I tried inserting and running Javascript in the ABAP but the my basic window.open code did nothing. Also noticed that SAPHTML_DEMO1 will work during a webGUI transaction, but would prefer a new window.

Mail is giving me trouble after upgrading to OS X 10.10

Mail is giving me trouble after upgrading to yosemite. I am unable to enter settings and change email settings. Can someone please help.

I have had the same issue (and I've seen many posters on here mention this, as well). I have an external FireWire drive that, since upgrading to 10.4.9 is not recognized by my G4 PowerBook. It worked fine before the update. Some have said the issue may have occurred if the drive was connected to the computer at the time of the upgrade but mine was not. I'm patiently waiting Apple to fix this and many other apparent flaws with the latest so-called "upgrade."
P.S. I have never had any issues with previous OSX updates and have been a Mac user for 3+ years.

Using the transaction launcher to call a BOR method to display a PDF

Hello gurus,
I have created a PDF icon and an onclick action to open a pdf, that displays on every row of an assignment block in the actions column, but I do not know the technical process to determine how to get a PDF from the IXOS system from the line selected. (even if I know it depends on an ID attribute of that assignment block) I want to to call a transaction launcher with the url for the pdf in the IXOS that has an ID that identifies which line in the assignment block the user has clicked the pdf icon for (does that make sense?)
In CRM 4, in the collection factsheet assignment block, the link was coded into an XSLT which is then displayed in the GUI and you would have a clickable link for a pdf file in a row in a table. That link would be as follows:

This will get the file in IXOS and display it, in CRM 4. In CRM 7, the link is an icon in every line of an assignment block.
Here are some questions I have now for the functional side in the meantime:
1) Can we fetch the PDF in IXOS for each line of an assignment block and have it open? If so, how? Transaction launcher, function modules (like ARCHIVOBJECT_DISPLAY) in the OPTA package? (the package for all IXOS related function modules..)
2) Which URL should I call with the transaction launcher? a URL link to the PDF on the IXOS system?? or sapevent:xxx?
3) Do we have to configure a transaction in the IMG to be launched with the attributes listed there? Do we have to link it to any classes/ objects?
4) Do we have to have the code to the logical link dynamically to call the right PDF for each table line? Is it right to put this code in my event handler?? Usually transaction launchers are just in the nav bar.....
5) Are there any existing examples of this or a similar functionality/ logic that I could refer to, preferably in CRM 7 WebUI?
6) Do you have any code to just display a PDF in a new window? Or prompt a download?
One possible way I thought of would be for me to have a logical link defined in the IMG for the transaction launcher, and have the attributes defined for my BOR object that I would call, and pass it different attributes (eg. objtype, objkey, logsys...) and then return the PDF and display it in the UI in a new browser window by itself. (There is a BOR method for my BOR object named 'display_pdf'!!!!)
What do you think would be the optimal solution here? Does my theory of calling a BOR object with a transaction launcher to display a PDF make ANY sense whatsoever???
Please do not hesitate to propose any potential solution. Any partial answers/ links to wikis/ other threads, anything would be much appreciated.

Transaction Launcher to call custom transaction

Hi ,
I have a requirement where i need to call a custom transaction using transaction launcher. I am able to successfully launch the transaction. But i need to pass a value to the transaction.
For eg. If i am calling a custom report transaction which has a selection screen field 'FORMNAME' as a parameter i need to pass the name of the form to the transaction. I am not able to pass that value. Can any one help me onthis.
I have seen all the posts , but could not get any help on how to set the value for custom transaction. I can see how it is done for standard transaction.

Transaction EXECUTE is unknown - in Transaction Launcher

We are on CRM 4.0 using IC Web Client.Our requirement is to pull R/3 Sales Order using Transaction Launcher.I confured TL and created a link(List of Sales Orders) on the Navigation Bar. When I click on the Link it is asking a R/3 Login and after logging in, it says "Transaction EXECUTE is unknown". Then I need to type in the TCode VA05 to open the sales orders.
What am I missing in the confiuration to automatically open the TCode VA05 without giving the login name and password?

Transaction Launcher in CRM 7.0 reverts back to CRM view.

Hi Experts,
I have configured all the necessary setting required for transaction launcher but still cannot launch it.
The issue is when i launch it, it directs me to the logon screen of target system (ERP/ECC). Once i give my userid/psw, system thinks for couple of second and the system jumps back to CRM view.
In my case, i'm using transaction launcher to launch VA31 (Scheduling agreement). On executing the launch transaction it is closed immediately and the system reverts back to account identification screen without any error message.
I have created ZTSTC in ECC and checked "synchronous" for method "transaction.execute". Do i need to create ZTSTC in CRM as well?

Hi Shree,
First, you don't need to create ZTSTC in R3/ECC. Create ZTSTC in CRM and make the method: ZTransaction.Execute - Synchronous. Then change the status to 'Released'.
In R3, in /NSE80 create a Display Object, like "ZCUSTOM". In ZCUSTOM create a method. In your case create "ZVA31". In the ABAP tab of the method, check 'Transaction' and in the 'Name' field enter: VA31. Save and release this method and Object.
Now, before you proceed with the next step of seting up SSO (Single Sign On) check if these notes have been followed:
A) Maintain the settings for domain 'CRMD_CIC_ABOX_ITS_BASE_URL' in SE11 as per NOTE: 1337200.
B) Maintain settings for logical systems as per Notes: 1337472 (For R3) and 1337200 (For CRM) logical systems.
After this ensure that the URL for R3 ITS looks like this: http://<server>:<port>/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/!?transaction=IC_LTXE&okcode=ICEXECUTE
Before creating R3/ECC Transaction launcher links - SSO certificates need to be setup by BASIS.
a. Import CRT certificate into target system (your CRM client) via Export/Import in STRUSTSSO2
b. Run SSO2 in target (CRM) and check green lights.
c. Maintain table TWPSSO2ACL and put in system and client (CRM, XXX)
d. Activate in SICF /sap/public/bc/its and also sap/bc/gui/sap/its
e. SE80 -> Internet Services. Look for SYSTEM and WEBGUI and Publish them.
Please try these and let me know if this works for you.

Transaction launcher displaying blank screen (Empty without any fields)

 Recently we have done the upgardation from CRM 2007 to CRM 7.0. In our old version we have configured Transaction launcher and everything was fine. But we are facing an issue with transaction launcher calls in our new system. Apart from the existing TL configuration below are the steps did in the new system (after upgradation).
1. Activated the Webgui ITS service from the path sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui in the remote system (ERP) through SICF.
2.Published the internet service SHUFFLER, SYSTEM, WEBGUI through SE80 in the remote system.
3.checked the configuration for logical system in transaction CRMS_IC_CROSS_SYS and the URL of ITS is in the form of
 http://<host>:<port>/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/!?transaction=IC_LTXEokcode=ICEECUTE
Till this part every thing looks fine and if execute the URL in the browser, it is taking me to the ERP system login screen and i am able navigate to any transaction.
But if i login to CRM interaction center and clicking on the TL links, its not displaying any login screen( Remote system) and not even displaying any message or any fields. Its just displaying a blank screen (White Screen) in the same window.
Please provide your valuable suggestion to resolve this issue. Thanks

Transaction Launcher problem

All,
I am trying to configure transaction launcher to launch a transaction from R/3 system. (tcode XD01to create customer). I am using CRM 5.0 & R/3 4.6 C
I have already set up the link to ITS in CRMS_IC_CROSS_SYS. Here are the values:
Mapped system: R3SYSTEM
Logical System: <R/3logical system>
Client:<client of r/3 sys>
ITS: http://xxxxxx/scripts/wgate/webgui/!
I have tested the ITS path in the browser. It works perfectly
Now when I use the Transaction launch wizard to create my launch transaction, in step 3 (more Technical details).
I select Transaction Launcher type: BOR
Logical System: <R/3logical system>
Now when I try to select the BOR Type by using F4, I get a message saying that no connection to <R/3logical system>.
I am not able to proceed further due to this. I went to SM59 and tested the R3 connection and it works fine.
Anyone knows what i am missing or doing wrong?

Ok I think the mistake I was doing was giving the R/3logical system in CRMS_IC_CROSS_SYS. I changed it CRMlogical system. Now I can see the R/3 easy access Menu.
Now for part 2 of my question:
In order to display the customer master in R/3 (Tcode Xd03) what values should I change in the step 3 (more technical details) of the transaction launcher?
I want it to take me directly to the xd03 tcode and open my business partner.

As per the requirement, we are trying to call CRM Z transaction through web UI. We have used the Object TSTC and created a replica of the object ZTSTC and used the method execute. ITS webgui transaction width problem

we are getting no splash screen and the webgui (HTML) launched from portal -
we have problem when we launch a transaction from portal.
we see the transaction inside the webgui is shorten (reduced width) but when I click on the transaction directly in webgui - transaction displayed properly

Displaying the transaction CAT2 from HR through Transaction Launcher

Hi,
The transaction Launcher has been configured to display the HR timesheet application(tcode: CAT2) using the wizard. I am trying to execute the tcode CAT2 from HR system. Here the link is displaying correctly in the navigation bar. But I see only the blank page when I click the link. If i go out of the link, its giving me the pop-up "Do you really want to leave this page? Unsaved data will be lost".
Can you please suggest me what needs to be done after? I am using CRM version 5.0

Thanks for your reply. I tried to activate the following services(crm_ic, ic_base, icf_notify_poll, crm_ic_rt_rep) in transaction code SICF from CRM side. Its all done.
But when i testing the above mentioned services all are gone to either
"communication error" or the following bsp error "BSP Exception: Das Objekt default.htm in der URL /sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ic_dt_rep/default.htm?sap-client=091&sap-sessioncmd=open ist nicht gültig."
can you pls suggest me here?

How do I create a new Work Center for the transaction launcher and links

Hi
The requirement here is for me to find out if I can create a new Work Center that will contain up to 6 assignment blocks and each block having either links to websites and BW reports, or triggers to R/3 applications via the transaction launcher.
Can I do this purely through customising or do I need to create a new view using BSPs? If I can do it through customising please could I have a few pointers to what component I would need to use/copy?

Just so I understand, if I want to show a work center I need to link it to a component / view? I think this was the original query - do I need a developer to create the view that contains the 6 blocks with their links to reports, transactions and websites? I think when I talk about blocks I mean 1 viewset containing 6 views. There is no SAP standard view that would suit my requirements is there? Even if the work center had 8 views, I can always hide the two views in configuration.
After the developer has created the view, I then reference that component in the target Id in the define logical links section of my work center.
If my understanding is right, then it follows that it is not possible to create a user specific work center without some development.
Is this correct?
