WebLogic 6.0 - Dynamically created JSPs are not recognized

          I have a web application that creates JSP files dynamically per a user's request.
          In WebLogic 6.1, the application server recognizes these files no problem. However
          in WebLogic 6.0, I get a 404 File Not Found error when I try to load these pages
          in the browser. The files are definitely there, but WebLogic is not picking them
          up. What do I need to do to configure WebLogic to look for these new JSPs on
          the fly? Thanks for any help that you can give me.

          Actual this problem goes for all new files: *.html, *.gif, *.jpg, etc... WebLogic
          6.0 does not pick up any new files until a restart occurs. Any ideas on how to
          configure this? Thanks.

  • Dynamically created HTMLDataTable does not update its chlidren

    I have a very delicate problem that I hope to get help with. I have created a HTML data table dynamically in the Java code. The left-most column contains a checkbox so that I can select and deselect rows in the table. The problem is that the checkbox value is only read from my backing bean but changes to it are not written back.
    The strange thing is that if I create exactly the same data table statically (i.e., as tags in the JSP-page) everything works perfectly fine.
    Is there some strange property that needs to be set when creating the data table dynamically that the JSF-framework automatically sets when it creates the table from the tags?
    Below you see the code for the creation:
    HtmlDataTable component = new HtmlDataTable() ;
    CColumnHeader   column;
    UIColumn        tableColumn;
    tableColumn = new UIColumn();
    HtmlOutputText textHeader = new HtmlOutputText() ;
    textHeader.setValue("");
    tableColumn.setHeader(textHeader);
    HtmlSelectBooleanCheckbox tCheckBox = new HtmlSelectBooleanCheckbox() ;
    tCheckBox.setValueBinding(  "value", FacesContext.getCurrentInstance().getApplication().createValueBinding("#{data.subItems[0].selected}")) ;
    tableColumn.getChildren().add( tCheckBox ) ;
    component.getChildren().addAll( this.uicolumns ) ;
    JSF tag is defined as...
    <h:dataTable id="table" value="#{bean.model}" binding="#{bean.component}" var="data" />This do not work!
    However, the below code do...
    <h:dataTable id="table2" value="#{bean.model}" var="data">
    <h:column >
    <f:facet name="header">
         <h:outputText value="" />
    </f:facet>
    <h:selectBooleanCheckbox value="#{data.subItems[0].selected}" />
    </h:column>
    </h:dataTable>          For what I know these to examples should be equivalent.
    Furthermore, I noticed in the debugger that the attributes of my dynamically created table was not the same as the attributes on the one that JSF created for me. For example, each component that JSF created has got a map entry with the key javax.faces.webapp.COMPONENT_IDS for a ListArray containing the ids of its children. However if I try set this attribute in my code the column is not rendered at all. The UIColumn in the JSF-created table did have a javax.faces.webapp.FACET_NAMES=[header] in its attribute map. I dont know if this has something to do with it, it was just one thing I noticed.
    Is this a bug or am I missing something?

    Why is that?
    What is it that actually goes wrong here? The two example works
    exactly the same in every aspect but in the first example, the JSF-
    framework only calls the getter method of the selected property and the
    latter case it calls both the getter and the setter. Otherwise the two
    tables works correctly.
    I use the binding attribute to be able to create the HtmlDataTable
    before the actual page is loaded and dynamically populate it with
    different numbers of columns depending on different system states.
    This is the reason why I have to create it dynamically and why I have to
    use the binding attribute.
    What is the reason for this not working? Am I breaking anything in the
    specification?
    What do you mean by "...with the hope that JSF will draw.."? It's is
    drawn, it is just the setter method that is not beeing invoked correctly.

  • I have created pages with WYSIWYG 6. Some of hyperlinks work well, some are not recognized (flat, not-hyperlinked text or picture). In IE everything works well. Thanks for advice.

    Hyperlinks created in some pages work normally, in another pages of the same site, they are not recognized by Firefox. Re-publishing of the pages has no effect. Please, see http://www.kramaric.eu/psychoterapia.html (hyperlinked pictures).

    The following line tells me that this is not a template file, but a document created from a template called index.dwt
    <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><!-- InstanceBegin template="/Templates/index.dwt" codeOutsideHTMLIsLocked="false" -->
    This means that you saved a child document as a template file at some stage.
    If you go to Modify->Templates->Detach from Template, you can remove the template structure from your document. All you then need to do is to re-save the document as a template.

  • .jpg files created on iphone 4S are not recognized as .jpg files when uploading them to American Heart Assoc. website?

    .jpg files created on Iphone 4S are not recognized as .jpg files when uplaoding to American Heart Association fund raising webpage? .jpg's from Canon camera uploaded without any problems? The website automatically reduces the file size to <100kb.

    I haven't contacted AHA about this issue. The .jpg files created on Canon SLR uploaded correctly, but the photo from iPhone which was emailed to my PC using MS IE. The .jpg was browsed to from my desktop and is submitted. It shows up in draft form then when uploading it fails saying it is not a .jpg file or .png file? I have had other issues in the past emailing iPhone pictures. They were not editable after being sent to a PC. I guess we can retake photos with a non-Apple camera.

  • Just purchased Nikon D610. tried to import 3 images and got this message: The files are not recognized by the raw format support in Lightroom. How do I fix this frustrating problem. Have been using Lightroom for years also Nikon products without any prior

    How do I import images. Have a message that says: The files are not recognized by the raw format suppot in Lightroom. Am using a Mac version 10.9.4. the import is from a new Nikon D610. Am using LR 4.4 Please help Adobe is useless as a support.

    Each camera must be supported explicity and your LR version is years older than your camera.
    According to Adobe's Camera-support page, you need at least LR 5.3 to work with your D610 NEFs in LR:
    Camera Raw plug-in | Supported cameras
    If you don't want to upgrade to LR 5, or can't due to your OS being too old, then it might work to use the latest DNG Converter and create DNGs from your NEFs, which should open in LR 4.x.  You can find the DNG Converter here:  http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates

  • Textboxes are not recognizing

    hi
    This is ravi
    I am working with OATS function scripting.After my record was completed when i tried to play back the script some of the text boxes data are not recognizing by the tool.
    Eg:when i am recording the script i am using country name as denmark and submit the form.When the script was playback i was able to see denmark in the textbox but after submitting the form i got the warning message box as "please enter the country name".so i was unable to move furthur.
    so can any one please help me regarding this issue.
    Thanks in advance.

    Ravi,
    Check your script and make sure it has the dynamic variable tags around it. Also -- I find that with fill in the blank and submit via button tests that first clearing the box, then typing into the box, then clicking the button works better than say, over-typing what was in the box and hitting "enter/return".
    You might also check:
    case-sensitivity, perhaps it needs to be Denmark and not denmark. Perhaps there is an extra space or something like that.
    In addition, sometimes it will think that your "text box" is somewhere different on the screen than it actually is -- so it "does" your action but the wrong information is sent. To fix this, do things slower and don't use short-cuts or hotkeys to complete actions.
    I hope these help.

  • Auto Increment Columns Are Not Recognized

    Hi
    I am using postgre 8 and there are some auto incremented columns
    in some tables. The problem is when I create the DataProvider from a table or a view those columns are not recognized by the IDE. I realized this while running the generated SQL. Is this a known issue ? Finally is there a work around this.
    Thanks

    Hi Mehmet,
    Creator requires a JDBC 3 compliant driver and PostgreSQL database driver is not fully compliant. Please take a look at the below thread which discusses about the issue:

  • DC cdependencies are not recognized on some developer's workplace

    Hello,
    we setup the NWDI to work in a team of 5 people. We created several DCs with dependencies (Used DCs).
    The strange thing is that a DC build works on my NWDS. All dependencies are recognized and the public part jar files are included in the parent project.
    On other machines (other developer's workplaces) the dependcencies are not recognized. The developers have to enter the correspinding projects into the Java build path. After each DC build this has to be done again.
    Does someone have an idea why the dependencies are recognized on some PCs (actually only mine) and not on the other ones.
    Remark: I am the only one to deploy ear files to the server. Does this have anything to do with the problem?
    Thanks,
    Michael

    Yes, same patch level.
    I noticed a difference, though.
    A classpath variable JRE_SRC is set in the case, where it is working. On the other workplaces this variable is empty.
    Maybe a hint?

  • Fcpx: the video properties of this clip are not recognized.

    The original footage is 300fps hi-speed video, shot with Casio Exilim EX-F1. Resolution 512x384, framerate 29.97
    When I imported the footage into FCPX, I marked "Transcoding: Create optimized media". So I did.
    Now I start a new project, drag the clip into the timeline and I get the message "The video properties of this clip are not recognized." andI can choose to import the clip as 640x480. But I don't want that, and why have I just transcoded into pro-res if FCPX itself cannot recognize the clip afterwards? What am I missing here?
    For the record: I also bought Compressor4 and Motion5 so if they are needed for my solution, no problem. I tried importing the clip first into Compressor4 but couln't find a way to export into a FCPX-project.
    Short note about myself: long time Premiere user, recently switched to Apple + FCPX.

    I can't show you screenshots because I don't have access to FCP at the moment. Take the first clip you want to be in the project. Open it into the timeline using the Open in Timeline function. You can now blade this clip however you like. Cut the beginning, cut the end. Slice it however you want it. The audio will be separate from the video. You can collape it into a compound clip if you want. This only happens with the first clip. Leave the timeline open. In the event event browser, find the second shot you want. Mark In and Out points. Press the E key to append it to timeline. You want to insert a a different shot in the beginning. Move the playhead in the timeline back to the beginning. Find the shot you want in the browser. Mark in and out points. Press the W key to insert the shot. You want to add transitions. Select the clips in the timeline and press Cmd-T. You want to add a timeline. Put the playhead in the timeline wherever you want. Double click the title to put it into the timeline. Add more shots into the timeline. Do you see what's happening? You are editing your program into that first clip's timeline. The dimensions of that first clip remain intact in that timeline. When you export you're exporting that clip's timeline. As I said, it's not ideal, but it's a workaround. Basically FCP only works with standard video formats.

  • Adobe products are not recognized in my Internet Explorer 10 on my Win 7 64B professional

    Adobe products are not recognized with my Internet Explorer. I cannot open PDF documents on websites and I cannot play MSN games since Flash Player is not found. I have tried manage add-ons and enable status without success. Can anyone supply detailed information on how to fix this problem?

    Are you running IE10 in 64-bit mode?  The Adobe Reader plugin is 32-bit, and can only run on a 32-bit browser.
    Regarding Flash Player, do you have ActiveX Filtering enabled?  Disable it.
