Weblogic 81. portal server doesnot startup after the AM Agent installation

Hi,
I have a problem starting the weblogic server after I create the agent Authentication provider.
I have cross checked the CLASSPATH values and the JAVA_OPTIONS values.. it is correct
I get the following error

Have you specify relative path or full of weblogic startup script? How's permission for user invoking startup script?
Excerpt from the docs as below:
Startup Script Location: Enter the full path to the startup script that is used to start your BEA WebLogic Server instance.
Have you installed the agent on the admin server instead of the managed server? It should be managed server.
Is this WebLogic clustered environment ? If it is a clustered setup; then you need to follow some specific steps to configure the managed servers. You are better off installing the agent on a managed server and copy the agent changes (CLASSPATH and JAVA_OPTIONS) to all the server instances. Some folks also prefer to copy these changes in commEnv.sh (easy way out) but we do not recommend this route since the server related JAVA_OPTIONS can be specific to each BEA server instance. Please note that the agent installer does not understand the template of admin server script. So, for a clustered environment :
1. Remove the present agent, restore the admin server script.
2. Install the agent on a managed server.
3. If there are more than one managed servers, put the agent startup script related changes manually in each of the managed servers.
4. Also note that you can start managed servers from console or command line. Depending on where you start managed servers, you will have to copy the agent changes to the respective files.
If it is not a clustered environment; follow 1 and 2 only. Could try it out and let us know what are your findings? Jerry

Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions
Boot from your Snow Leopard Installer disc. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the installer.
If DU reports errors it cannot fix, then you will need Disk Warrior and/or Tech Tool Pro to repair the drive. If you don't have either of them or if neither of them can fix the drive, then you will need to reformat the drive and reinstall OS X.

Frm-92101 there was a failure in the forms server during startup after R12.2

I have install the multinode(2 Node) R12.2 on CentOS 6 with no issues, while launching java forms it is showing "frm-92101 there was a failure in the forms server during startup"
I had this same issue before when I install R12.1.1 so I check log file at $LOG_HOME/ora/10.1.3/opmn/forms_default_group_1/formsstd.out.
I resolved the issue by installing openmotif package,However in 12.2 the file directory changes can you please help to resolve this issue.
Please help me to resolve this issue in 12.2?

This is not a supported OS. The list of supported Linux OS is in (Oracle E-Business Suite Installation and Upgrade Notes Release 12 (12.2) for Linux x86-64 (Doc ID 1330701.1)).

Is it from the same Linux server? If yes, Linux is not supported as a client tier node -- Recommended Browsers for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 (Doc ID 389422.1)

BEA WebLogic 8.1 server not booting after adding a security realm

Hi,
I have added my own security realm for BEA WebLogic Server 8.1.
However, when I try to boot the server using this realm, it simply hangs. I cannot
take thread dumps as the server java process does not respond to "kill -3 PID"
(after the server has hung).
When I looked at the server log file, I observed that the server had hung after
initializing the IIOP subsystem.
I have attached herewith the following 3 files:
1. config.xml (the server config file after adding entry for my security realm)
2. default_realm.log (the server log file when booted through the default realm)
3. netpoint_realm.log (the server log file when booted through my realm).
Is there any way, I can debug where the server is exactly hanging?

Connect SAP BO server to domain after the installation.

Hello,
I would like to ask if it is fine to connect SAP BO BI 4.x Windows host to the customer domain after the installation of SAP BO.
I was trying to find answer on this but nowhere is explicitly recommended to connect SAP BO host to domain before the installation.
My question is related to Windows AD Authentication where two conditions need to be secured:
1. Windows AD authentication only works if the CMS is run on Windows
2. These Windows machine must be joined to the appropriate AD domain
What I found till know is that you can use Windows AD Authentication only when SAP BO server is in domain.
What is concerning me is that when I start with installation of SAP BO on the server which is not connected to any domain then the installation process is taking during the installation actual hostname of the SAP BO server (e.g. boserver) automatically. There is no requirement or possibility to specify hostname or IP address manually during the installation process. And I assume that connecting SAP BO server to the domain after installation will cause that hostname will change (e.g. to boserver.domain.com).
So question is if this change will cause any issue for functionality of SAP BO application. If not could you please send me an official statement from SAP Note or any BO Documentation as I was not able to find any.

thanks for reply. I spoke with couple of my colleagues which are supporting AD and yes I can agree with you that connecting server to the customer domain after the installation of BO can bring some limitation up to Domain policy.
Best practice in order to prevent possible issues is to join server to the domain before installation.
Another possible issue can be that some customers are using own naming convention for server's hostname so joining server to the customer domain is conditioned by a change of hostname and this can cause issue with correct functioning of BO application.

Why am I getting a pink apple logo on startup after the last Mavericks update?

After the last update for the OS (not Safari)
When my MacBook Pro starts up it shows the regular apple logo
after that the screen becomes black for less than a second
and then the logo is pink
I guess this has to do with a driver issue

The option is in System Perferences on the General section (first Icone in Sys Perf) down near the bottom.
It's called "Restore windows when quitting and re-opening apps".
But that may not be the setting your are looking for.
There is also a setting on the Shut Down and Restart windows that says "Reopen windows when logging back in".
But is you computer shutting OFF, "I Mean Really Shutting OFF", or just going into Sleep mode.
If it is really turning complete off then that setting is not saved. For that to work the computer has to be shut down or re-started properly allowing the OS to save that App state.

How to delete the host on GRID after the target agent alreary been removed

I already uninstalled the agent on the target host, the server still show on the GRID and show agent is not recheable, what do I need to do in order to delete from the GRID once I delete the agent.

SAP Standard Customizing is missing after the Add-on installation

Dear Experts,
We have an ERP 6.0 EHP4 system and it has been using for a while. We have done an AFS 6.4 Add-on implementation on top of the ERP system.
We have a configuration only client 200 on the system and that was already there before we did the add-on installation.
Once the add-on installation is completed, we could see most of the SAP Standard configuration which should come along with the add-on is not there in client 200. But everything is there on Client 000 without any problem.
What could be the problem ? have we missed anything here.
I have found a note : 337623 which ask you to manually populate the configuration using SFW5.
I'm not very clear about this. Should we really do this SFW5 ? or is there any other way that we coul'd get those configurations in to client 200 where we have years old other configurations.
Appreciate of you could kindly give some ideas as to how I should get this problem fixed.

HI Kushan,
This sounds like it might be the correct behavior. When you install an ADD-ON into SAP, the install process does not know which client you have saved your default customization settings into so it is likely going to put these into client 000 or 001.

WebLogic 10.3.2.0 hanging at startup after "The server log file is opened."

A WebLogic 10.3.2.0 server is hanging at startup. There are no error messages. The last command in the startup window is:
"The server log file <log file dest> is opened. All server side log events will be written to this file."
I think the next line should be:
"Security initializing using security realm realm."
Any ideas on what could be the issue? For instance what resources should be accessed at that point of time? There is sufficient space left on the (virtual machine) disk. The VM configured with 8GB memory. Could it be performance related still?

My E71 didn't startup after the last update!

I updated my E71 today. This isn't my first time. What happened today as usual after completing the update. It says startup your phone. I tried several times but it didn't startup the only thing is gives is the keypad light, it turn on like twice then it stopped.
If any one can help me in this I would be grateful.

try the last option with phone turned off. if this does not work your only option is to take it to nokia care for service.
With all these operations I recommend you TAKE OUT MEMORY CARD and DO A BACK UP OF YOUR STUFF!!!

Make sure you back up your data as you will lose all of it when you perform option 2 or 3 on this list. The default code for ALL operations listed here is 12345
2. *#7370# - Reformat your phone (out of the box, tho keep in mind that most newer nokia phones at least n series, e series and s60 based phones have udp - user data preservation so not ALL data may be lost. still it is a good idea to always do a back up of your stuff.)
3. This you perform as a last resort. Nothing else is working.If the phone is not showing any activity, proceed with hard formatting , turn off your phone, hold the following buttons while pressing the power button. (the default code is 12345)
hard reset - hold the following buttons *, 3 (number button) and talk/green key. turn on the phone and do not release those buttons until you see the Nokia boot up screen. once you feel the phone power up you can let go off the power button while still holding all three buttons ( for Nokia 5800XM - use the following buttons to do a hard reset, GREEN/RED/CAMERA keys pressed all at once on power up. this will only work on 5800's that have firmware version 20... and up. ) For Nokia N97 (unofficial version but works) is SHIFT /SPACE BAR / BACKSPACE while holding the power button. Again do not let go until you see the handshake screen.
If these codes are not working the only thing for you to do is contact your Nokia Care Center/Service for assistance.

Crashing at startup after the 3.4.2 upgrade?

Looks like quite a few reviewers on the App Store have had problems upgrading to the recent Aperture update to 3.4.2, and it looks like a few folks here have had the problem as well. The problem's similar to one that we saw here a few months ago.
So, if Aperture's crashing at startup, delete and reinstall the Aperture application. Doing so will not affect any of your existing libraries or images.
There's an article on Apple's support site here if you need more info. It's written for 3.4, but it looks like it's applicable to 3.4.2 as well.

Good advice, but one caution, Aye Es Oh;
the support article will apply, if you upgrade directly from an AP 3.3 version to 3.4.2, but not for upgrades from 3.4.1.
If the crash happens after upgrading from a working AP 3.4.1 I'd suspect to be more likely that the library needs fixing.

Autoscan devices on startup with the Spiceworks Agent

I just had a thought as I am trying to push my way through inventory issues and the downsides to Spiceworks Inventory setup and thought of an idea and wanted to see if anyone else has thought of trying it or maybe have tried it.Currently we are deploying agents to get full inventory information for each of our workstations. Startup script that reruns the agent with /faum switch on it to do a "reinstall" which would cause it to call back home when the computer starts up. Cd/dvd rom fail after the mountain lion installation

Recently, I installed os (the mountain lion) on my 2009 mac mini. Data CDs and DVDs are available to see but not working(internal super drive). also every audio cd is not recognized at all. I tried to downgrade os to lion but it does not work too. Therefore, I re-installed ML and wait for Apple's updates.
Some update patches I downloaded a month ago was working good but it became dead again after installing other updates.
I hope Apple staffs would take care of this issue because many customers have purchased mac for its safety, innovation and faithful care.

Go to your account and "Show hidden purchases" or something like that.

After the full clean installation of Lion, the MBP 13" has started too be too much slow. How can i check it out in order to solve this big problem? tks in advance!

After i completed a full and clean installation of Lion, (it's to say not upgrading Snow Leopard but inizialing the hd and installing the new OS), every operations have started to make the laptop too much slow just working on Safari or Iphoto. How can i check out if everything is running finely or searchinf out something wrong?

BS heißt "Bull___****". *lol* "Betriebssystem" heißt imemr noch "operating system". GoLive wirste wohl gar nicht zum laufen kriegen. ohnehin würde man es nicht mehr verwenden, weil es noch nicht mal CSS2 voll unterstützt geschweige denn HTML 5 und andere moderne Webstandards. Wenn überhaupt, dann findeste vielleicht noch 'ne OEM CD von Strato oder 1und1 bei eBay. Die haben das damals mit jedem neuen Hostingvertrag rausgehauen. Aber wie gesagt, es ist den Aufwand nicht wert. Illustrator sollte sich durchaus installieren lassen. Eventuell einfach nochmal die Installer im Win XP Kompatibilitätsmodus laufen lassen...
