Webservices using PHP - PEAR SOAP Package

Hello,
I am looking to query then use IDM attributes in our PHP based portal using webservices.
THe PHP PEAR SOAP Client is the library I intend to use.
Has anyone successfully used a PHP Library to extract IDM attributes?
Below is the start of my venture.
Thank you in advance
<?
/* Include PEAR::SOAP's SOAP_Client class: */
require_once('SOAP/Client.php');
/* Create a new SOAP client using PEAR::SOAP's SOAP_Client-class: */
$client = new SOAP_Client('http://domain.name.com/idm/servlet/rpcrouter2');
/*Send request to server to the server and store its response in $response: */
$response = $client->call('rpcrounter2',$params,array('namespace'=> 'urn:oasis:
names:tc:DSML:2:0:core','trace'=>'true'));
/* Print the server-response: */
echo $response;

    Hi

    Can any one tell me the useful links or sample code related to this topic
    Thank you

    HI Geetanjale,
    If you aren't going to use SOAP as your message exchange protocol, then you can't do it with WS.

  • Error while testing webservice using SOAP

    Hi,
    While i was testing my published webservice using soap-ui it gave me following error,
    <soap:Envelope xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">
    <soap:Body>
    <soap:Fault>
    <faultcode>soap:Server</faultcode>
    <faultstring>Internal SOAP Processing Failure</faultstring>
    <detail/>
    </soap:Fault>
    </soap:Body>
    </soap:Envelope>
    and in the event log i can see a event as follows and there is no warning or error
    Upon investigation i got to know the following steps might solve the problem..i.e..
    - Is the receive location for the SOAP webservice enabled? - YES
    - Can you browse to (the WSDL of) the webservice? Is displayed correctly? -YES
    - Is the webservice configured to run in the correct application pool? -YES
    -The user under which application pool is running have the read/write permission on the %temp% folder.-Dont Know how to check
    -In IIS,Check the identity of the application pool on which Web service is running and make sure that the user is the member of both “IIS_WPG” and “BizTalk Isolated host users”.
    -DONT Know how to check
    Please Help me in guiding me in the last two points
    and if there are any other solutions for this..
    Thanks,
    Sarva.

    You mentioned you checked that the webservice is configured under correct application pool. you can find the user under which the application pool is configured (open iis- > select application pools -> find out the "Identity column" to
    know the user for your application pool.
    -The user under which application pool is running have the read/write permission on the %temp% folder.-Dont Know how to check
    Go to run -> type "%temp%" -> Go one step back -> Right click to the folder -> Properties -> Security -> check the application pool user is present under "Group or user names"
    -In IIS,Check the identity of the application pool on which Web service is running and make sure that the user is the member of both “IIS_WPG” and “BizTalk Isolated host users”.
    -DONT Know how to check
    Refer How to Add Service Account to the IIS_WPG Group to add your application pool user under IIS_WPG. Also similar activity to add your service account to "BizTalk Isolated
    host users" if it is local groups. Or Ask your network support team if "BizTalk Isolated host users" is domain group.
    Please Help me in guiding me in the last two points
    and if there are any other solutions for this..
    Thanks,
    Sarva.
    Your event viewer might have more information pointing exactly what is causing "Internal SOAP processing failure".
    Also refer this
    which might be helpful for you.

  • How to use This webservice in PHP ?

    Hello.
    I'm trying to use this webservice in PHP but there isn't a documentation or something that can help me.
    I have this function, and she returns to me a sessionID :
    function wslogin() {
         global $crmdomain;
         $url = $crmdomain . "/Services/Integration?command=login";
         $page = "/Services/Integration?command=login";
         $headers = array(
         "GET ".$page." HTTP/1.0",
         "UserName: *****",
         "Password: *****",
         $ch = curl_init();
         curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_URL,$url);
         curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER, 1);
         curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_HTTPHEADER, $headers);
         curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEER, FALSE);
         curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_HEADER, true);
         $data = curl_exec($ch);
         if (!curl_errno($ch)) {
              // Show me the result
              $sessionid = substr($data,(strpos($data,"Set-Cookie:")+23),(strpos($data,";")-strpos($data,"Set-Cookie:")-23));
              curl_close($ch);
              return $sessionid;
    Now, i want to retrieve for example an user... i need to get an user, set an user (insert or update), check if a user exist or not...
    I have test this :
    function getContactInfo ($contactid,$sessionid) {
         global $crmdomain;
         $serverpath = $crmdomain . "/Services/Integration;jsessionid=$sessionid";
         $namespace= "urn:crmondemand/ws/contact/10/2004";
         $soapaction = "document/urn:crmondemand/ws/contact/10/2004:ContactQueryPage";
         $param = "<ListOfContact>
         <Contact>
         <IntegrationId>='$contactid'</IntegrationId>
         <MrMrs/>

         <ContactEmail/>
         <WorkPhone/>
         <WorkFax/>
         <CellularPhone/>
         </Contact>
         </ListOfContact>
         $method = "ContactWS_ContactQueryPage_Input";
         $response = getwsresponse($serverpath,$namespace,$soapaction,$method,$param,$debug);
         return $response;
    function getwsresponse($serverpath,$namespace,$soapaction,$method,$param,$headers=""){
         require_once('nusoap-0.9.5/lib/nusoap.php');
         $client = new nusoap_client($serverpath, array('trace' => 1));
         if($headers != ""){
              $client->setHeaders("$headers");
         $response = $client->call($method,$param,$namespace,$soapaction);
         return $response;
    But when i check : var_dump(getContactInfo("Integrationd",wslogin())); i have always false...
    I have no idea how to use this webservice. Can you help me ?
    Thanks !

    Perhaps a shorter example would be more appropriate to ask about.
    Use bbcode code tag http://www.phpbb.com/phpBB/faq.php?mode=bbcode#5 to enclose code.

  • Passing table from ABAP to webservice using SOAP

    Hello:
    I am trying to pass table data from ABAP code to a webservice using SOAP.  I have seen many examples of passing single value parameters such as:
      DATA: osoap   TYPE REF TO CSoapDocument.
        GET REFERENCE OF p_refno INTO dref.
        CALL METHOD osoap->add_parameter
          EXPORTING
            direction  = CSoapConstants=>ic_param_in
            name       = 'ws_ref_no'
            value      = dref.
        CALL METHOD osoap->set_tag_name_format
          EXPORTING format = CSoapConstants=>ic_tagfmt_default.
    However I cannot find any code examples of passing table data to a webservice.  Can anyone provide a sample or documentation for how to pass table data to a webservice?
    Thanks,

  • Is it possible to call a SOAP webservice using HTTP POST adapter

    Hello Experts,
    Is it possible to call a webservice using a HTTP adapter with POST method? If yes, how?
    Regards,
    Diptee

    No this will not work since you have additional SOAP information (i.e. SOAP envelope, security information) in addition to the payload. If you need a simple HTTP-Post for example, then you don't need SOAP, you can use the more simple http protocol without the additional features of SOAP.

  • Call Webservice using REST and not SOAP

    Hi, I am looking for an example of calling (invoking) a webservice from the database using PLSQL. The webservice is using REST rather than SOAP and returning XML
    I have already got examples of how to call a webservice using SOAP but not for REST
    Regards
    Ash

    Using Fiddler while loading your WSDL in a browser, I can see that the WSDL is using HTTP Chunked encoding. You should configure JBoss to return the WSDL without chunked encoding.

  • Deploy Mobile App that use PHP WebServices

    Hi, i'm a .net developer, so i'm totally new to FB platform. I've reading and making samples to understand how FB developing works and ai have a very important question. I'm using PHP Webservices wizard to create the php webservices classes to get and save data on my database. What must i do to deploy this webservices to my production server? Where are the local webservice url's so i can change to the production server?
    I want to know if i have to install something (AMF) on my production server.
    Thanks in advance
    Sorry for my bad english

    Hi
    laJasmine,
    This forum is discuss and ask questions about the C# programming language, IDE, libraries, samples, and tools.  Your mobile app related to iPhone or Android. This is third-party product. I am afraid this is out of our support.
    As far as I know, there is a platform named
    Apache Cordova.
    This platform is for building native mobile applications using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
    Please take a further research.
    Now I will move your thread to "Off-topic" forum. Thanks for your understanding.

  • Invalid security error when invoking secure webservice using SAML tokens

    I have deployed a JAX-WS webservice using a stateless session bean to wl 10.3.2 that uses a custom policy. The service deploys fine, but weblogic returns an HTTP error 500 with a SOAP fault. The fault states wsse:InvalidSecurity. The webservice security policy reqires SAML holder of key assertions and attributes. I have tried everything from running weblogic with Metro 1.5 to configuring SAML Identity Asserter Providers, etc with no luck. I even tried using the built in SAML 2.0 assymetric holder of key policy. What am I doing wrong? The XML of interest is attached.
    Thanks;
    -Dave.

    Hi
    yes, I had the same issue and I found a solution.
    You need to request a patch for BUG 9212862 (already corrected in WLS 10.3.3) and do the follwing:
    javax.xml.ws.BindingProvider provider = (javax.xml.ws.BindingProvider)port;
    java.util.Map context = provider.getRequestContext();
    context.put(weblogic.wsee.jaxrpc.WLStub.POLICY_COMPATIBILITY_PREFERENCE, weblogic.wsee.jaxrpc.WLStub.POLICY_COMPATIBILITY_MSFT);
    This will cause the SecurityMessageArchitect class of WLS to not send the SecurityTokenReference in the Soap security header.
    Please note that is evidently a non-comformity to the specs of microsoft:
    Please give a look at
    http://docs.oasis-open.org/wss/2004/01/oasis-200401-wss-soap-message-security-1.0.pdf (8.3 Signing Tokens)
    and also at:
    http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/16768/wss-v1.1-spec-os-SAMLTokenProfile.pdf
    (3.4 Identifying and Referencing Security Tokens)
    A SAML key identifier reference MUST be used for all (local and remote) references to SAML 1.1
    assertions. [...]
    All conformant implementations MUST be able to process SAML assertion references occurring in a
    <wsse:Security> header or in a header element other than a signature to acquire the corresponding
    assertion. A conformant implementation MUST be able to process any such reference independent of the
    confirmation method of the referenced assertion.
    It follows that the .NET 3.5 is a non conformat implementation: I would gladly know which is the position of Microsoft on that.
    ciao

  • Consuming peoplesoft webservices using JSF application gives error

    Hi,
    I am using Jdeveloper 11g to consume a peoplesoft webservice which does the basic datbase operations.
    I have been successful in creating a proxy using the wsdl file and using JAX-WS approach to achieve the same.
    I can connect to the webservice using the proxy client.
    But when i package the proxy( create a jar) and import in my web application (JSF application), i am running into following error.

    I am not sure what else i need to import or rather how to package the proxy classes to get it working.
    Any help will be highly appreciated.
    I even tried creating a webservice proxy in the JSF project instead of importing the jar, yet i am getting the same error, but the irony is that when i run just the proxy class(standalone with main method) i can get access to the webservice.
    Thanks
    Ash

    Well,
    There is a issue with analyzer capturing SOAP traffic when using with secure proxies, so that is why you are not seeing any data there.
    And I think if you will try your jax-rpc code again, it might work as there was nothing incorrect in your code, so might be that the whole config was corrupt which was throwing out incorrect error(s).
    About a web service with credentials, you can quickly create one.
    Have a java class like the following:
    import javax.jws.WebService;
    import weblogic.jws.Policy;
    @WebService
    @Policy(uri = "policy:Wssp1.2-2007-Https-UsernameToken-Plain.xml")
    public class Class1 {
    public Class1() {
    super();
    public String sayHello() {
    return "Hi";
    The procy code for this will be something like:
    private static Class1Service class1Service;
    public static void main(String[] args) {
    try {
    class1Service = new Class1Service();
    Class1 class1 = class1Service.getClass1Port();
    Map<String, Object> requestContext = ((BindingProvider) class1).getRequestContext();
    setPortCredentialProviderList(requestContext);
    // Add your code to call the desired methods.
    System.out.println(class1.sayHello());
    } catch (Exception ex) {
    ex.printStackTrace();
    public static void setPortCredentialProviderList(Map<String, Object> requestContext) throws Exception {
    // TODO - Provide the required values
    String username = "weblogic";
    String password = "weblogic1";
    List<CredentialProvider> credList = new ArrayList<CredentialProvider>();
    // Add the necessary credential providers to the list
    credList.add(getUNTCredentialProvider(username, password));
    //credList.add(getBSTCredentialProvider(clientKeyStore, clientKeyStorePassword, clientKeyAlias, clientKeyPassword, serverKeyStore, serverKeyStorePassword, serverKeyAlias, requestContext));
    //credList.add(getSAMLTrustCredentialProvider());
    requestContext.put(WSSecurityContext.CREDENTIAL_PROVIDER_LIST, credList);
    Thanks,
    Vishal

  • Unable to create WebService using Wizard

    XML experts,
    I am following the 'How to...Send XML Data to BW' guide.  In Step 26, for BW 3.5, I start to create WebService using SE37 and use the Wizard.  I go thru all the steps as follows:
    Virtual Inteface:  Myservice
    Short Description:  Myservice
    Endpoint Type:  Function Module
    Check  Name Mapping box
    Function Module:  /BI0/QI6ASENDXMLDATATOBW_RFC
    Name:  Myservice
    Short Description:  Myservice
    Profile:  Basic Authorization: SOAP Pro
    If you select Complete, the following objects are created in the Object Navigator:
    The virtual interface Mydemo
    The Web service Mydemo
    The address of the Web service is default_host/sap/bc/srt/rfc/sap/Mydemo
    In addition, the Web service definition is released for the SOAP runtime.
    To find the address of the Web service, use the transaction WSCONFIG, which supports you when you publish a Web service in the UDDI.
    WHEN I PRESS COMPLETE, I get a message 'Object can only be created in SAP Package'.  I SELECT OK and get the CREATE OBJECT DIRECTORY ENTRY popup for entering package info for transport.
    <b>Question:  Is this normal?  I tried local object ($tmp) and ZBIW, but it does not take it.  Says, test object cannot be created in foreign namespaces.  What do I need to do to bypass this?</b>
    Thanks a lot!!

  • Invoke Web Services - Send empty SOAP package

    We have a SOAP interface that we have consumed through a service layer for 5+ years.
    There are many functions available from this endpoint.
    Example, one is called Ping and requires no additional parameters. We can send this via Orchestrator with no issues and we get a response.
    However all other functions have param requirements such as a set name or authentication data.
    Orchestrator has no issue pulling the Format Hint. Ive attached wireshark and fiddler and all calls get sent by Orchestrator with empty packages, all parms get stripped.
    We can use SOAP runner and have no issues sending these commands.
    Thoughts?

    When I call a webservice using the "Invoke Web Services"-activity using only the elements of the xml e.g. <object>somevalue</object> the xml that gets sent is complete and consumed by the webservice.
    However when I call another method that requires attributes (e.g. <object name="something">somevalue</object>) the attributes (name="something") gets stripped from the xml causing the webservice to bounce my call as certain
    (mandatory) parameters are missing.
    I've confirmed this through Wireshark.
    I'm possitive my XML payload is correct as this works through both SOAPUI and Powershell.
    (not intending to hijack the question, mainly confirming the behaviour and providing and additional use case)

  • Error while posting to Webservice using WCF-BasicHttp adapter

    Hi,
    I am getting the below exception when i am posting a request to a .asmx webservice using the Wcf-BasicHttp adapter.
    I am able to call the same service with the SOAP adapter successfully. Could you please let me know any resolutions for the same.
    The adapter failed to transmit message going to send port "MySendPort" with URL "http://myservice.com/Web.Services/service1.asmx". It will be retransmitted after the retry interval specified for this Send Port. Details:"System.ServiceModel.ProtocolException:

    Where does the HTML indicate that the Service is not running??
    The error message " The content type text/html; charset=utf-8 of the response message does not match
    the content type of the binding (text/xml; charset=utf-8)" points to a bug in the WCF-BasicHttp described here:
    http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/11796bf5-ba6a-4878-977e-5c854642f67c/the-content-type-textxml-charsetiso88591-of-the-response-message-does-not-match-the-content?forum=biztalkgeneral
    Although not 100% the same, the conclusion here was to still use the old Adapter :-(
