Webydynpro to Adobe interactiveForm conversion

Hi experts,
I'm trying to create following scenario.
My component has to views:
- WDA
- PDF
WDA has a set of UIElements (InputFields, Tables, FormattedTextEdits etc.). The PDF view is meant to display the values entered within WDA-View as an interactive Form. Thus the WDA and PDF have a common context binding within the componentcontroller.
This works fine. But I've got a problem with the FormattedTextEdit(FTE) UIs. I don't know how to display/convert the FTE-tags to display them appropriatly within the PDF. (The FTE-tags aren't converted within the PDF)
Moreover, I need to map this "formatting" backwards to. So if I edit the interactiveForm I want to see it as it is at the WDA-view.
Does anybody have an idea how to convert FTE proper to PDF-Text, and contrariwise too? I would like to find a solution, without the need to implement a parser for FTE to XML (in both directions). Maybe there is a much simpler solution, like using a special textelement within interactiveForms, which I can simply assign the FTE content or a simple script for the interactiveForm-textfield.

First, there is an Adobe-specific forum where you'll get better answers...
Second, I would strongly recommend against trying to format your PDF based on your WDA Formatted Text Edit box. We implemented this and it is a big, big deal.
We allow for 3 different size fonts, indentions, bullet points, bold, italics etc... but coding it by hand , you will always miss something.
To give you an idea of the scope - you have to create a Smartstyle defining your fonts, sizes, underlines, etc.... your Adobe interface MUST be DDIC based. You'll need a FM or method to convert you WDA field through your translation logic. You need to create a Text Node in the interface where you pass your converted string (and assing your smartstyle). Then bind that to your RTF in your adobe form.
if you limit the scope of available formatting, you'll be OK, but I would strongly recommend against trying to pass full-fledged rich text formatting to your PDF.
