Weekly breakdown report

Hello every one,
In my project my client is asking for weekly breakdown report. When i m running mci7 report that report is monthly. When i change cofiguration for Information structure as date wise. System is not calculating all the reports. Is there any other way to get the breakdown reports on weekly basis apart from PMIS.
Regards
Abhishek

Hi,
Only monthly update period is supported for this structure - see note [80311|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/80311]:
Check the Customizing settings with Transaction OMOS.
The update period for the information structure S070 must be 'Month'.Changing the update period is not allowed.

  • Weekly Breakdown Analysis

    Dear All,
    We have MCI7 report where we can have monthly breakdown analysis but here my requirement is, I want to have report on Weekly Breakdown analysis.
    To get the Weekly Breakdown analysis we can change the update period for info structure S070 to Week.
    But in SAP note 80311 it has mentioned that "The update period for the information structure S070 must be 'Month'.Changing the update period is not allowed."
    Now my question is, is it advisable to change the update period?
    If not, then why there is field (SPWOC) for week in the table S070?
    Request you to kindly clarify my doubts.
    Regards,
    Basavaraj.

    there is set to date button next to execute button...try dat...here u can specify the date upto which u want to run the progress analysis

  • Missing data in weekly EWA report

    Hello SDN,
    I have run weekly EWA reports for our productive ECC5 system through SolMan 3.1 for some time, but recently I've noticed that some information is missing from the report.
    Section 11.2 (Response Times) includes a graph showing the Top 5 transactions. The transactions are listed as Transaction 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 on the graph and there used to be a table below the graph that showed that (e.g.) Transcation 1 was MMBE, Transaction 2 was LT27, etc..
    For some reason, that table no longer appears and the graph is of no little use on its own, because I have no idea what transactions it refers to.
    Has anyone else experienced this problem?
    Thanks,
    Arwel Owen.

    Hi Ragu,
    The strange thing is that this table used to be displayed up until around 6 weeks ago, when it just disappeared off the EWA report. Nothing was changed (knowingly) to cause this. Also, the graph that the table refers to is still included in the report, it's just the table that's disappeared. If anything had been changed, I would have expected both graph and table to change.
    Thanks for your help.
    Arwel.

  • Weekly status report in SharePoint 2013

    Hi
    guys.
    I
    recently found a link that showed how to create a weekly status report in SharePoint 2010 using wikis: http://blogs.c5insight.com/Home/tabid/40/entryid/200/Creating-a-Weekly-Team-Status-Report-in-SharePoint-2010-Using-Wikis.aspx
    I
    am new to sharepoint and currently I am using sharepoint 2013.
    I
    created a wiki page library and the library contains wiki pages for every team member so
    that each member can enter their own status information in it.
    Now I would like to create a form inside the wiki page in which users
    can submit their status reports on a weekly basis and then submit that.
    The submitted information must be stored in a way (may be a document)
    so that it can be reviewed by senior management. Also, I need a way to archive past
    weekly status reports.
    Can
    someone guide me on this?
    Thanks,
    Ankit

    You need to create a custom list with appropriate fields. Set up security so people can only see the items they have created. You can create a workflow in SharePoint Designer that alerts the appropriate people who need to approve it. Then, you can
    edit a Wiki page and drop the list's web part on to the page.

  • Query for Weekly Sales Report

    Dear Experts,
    I have developed the query for weekly sales report for the alert management to send out the report on every Monday as follow :
    SELECT T0.[CardCode], T0.[CardName], T0.[DocDate], T1.[ItemCode], T1.[Dscription], T1.[Quantity], T1.[LineTotal] FROM OINV T0  INNER JOIN INV1 T1 ON T0.DocEntry = T1.DocEntry INNER JOIN OITM T2 ON T1.ItemCode = T2.ItemCode WHERE T0.[DocDate] between GetDate()-8 and GetDate()-1
    The weekly report received on every Monday through email is without column total for the "Line Total".
    Can the Sum of column "Line Total" to be included in the query ?
    Thus, the auto send report on every Monday by alert management will display the total.
    Thanks in advance for all your kind assistance.
    Regards,
    Clara

    Ok you want it at the bottom.......
    then you must must try this if you are running query generator....
    Else a good option is Crystal Report.
    You need to only add Group Sum.......
    SELECT T0.CardCode, T0.CardName, T0.DocDate, T1.ItemCode, T1.Dscription, T1.Quantity, T1.LineTotal FROM OINV T0 INNER JOIN INV1 T1 ON T0.DocEntry = T1.DocEntry INNER JOIN OITM T2 ON T1.ItemCode = T2.ItemCode WHERE T0.DocDate between GetDate()-8 and GetDate()-1
    Union All
    Select '','',Null, '','Total',Null, Sum(T1.LineTotal) FROM OINV T0 INNER JOIN INV1 T1 ON T0.DocEntry = T1.DocEntry INNER JOIN OITM T2 ON T1.ItemCode = T2.ItemCode WHERE T0.DocDate between GetDate()-8 and GetDate()-1

  • Urgent: need weekly, monthly report function in 6i for 10g

    Hi, we are trying to move some reports built in 6i to 10g. Need some help urgently.
    The y-axis is values, x-axis is date, if there is a value between 2 dates, , a line will connect them. If there is no value, it will skip it and try next date. I have two problems here to create same graph in 10g.
    1. The report built in 6i has a function you can specify a graphic x-axis for a time period, i.e., from date1 to date2, then choose, weekly, monthly or quarterly.... dates will be put into those period accordingly by the report builder automatically. Do we still have this kind of function in 10g?
    2. How can graph builder in 10g skip a date and jump to next date if there is no value for it? Now, if there is no value for a date, it will treat it as 0, so the line will go back to 0 in stead of move forward to next date.
    Thanks!

    Validate the parameter for null and then go for something like
    Col LIKE (CASE WHEN Parameter='' THEN '%%' ELSE Parameter END)

  • SSRS Calendar Weekly View Report

    Hi everyone
    I should develope a report which displays all employees' appointment subject. It should be like below :)
    I've samples to design with monthly view. However, it should be weekly view as above. There will be a date parameter. After choosing a date then the report should display datas from selected date till next 7 days.
    Your helps will be appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.
    KAdir

    Hi KAdir,
    After testing the issue in my local environment, we can use the method below to achieve your requirement:
    Drag a matrix to design surface, insert [name] field to Row group, insert [Date] field to Column group, then insert [Appointment] to Data cell.
    In the Column Groups pane, right-click the Details group to modify the group expression as below:
    =WeekDayName(WeekDay(Fields!Date.Value))
    Modify the [Date] field with the above expression in the Matrix.
    Copy the custom code below and paste it to your report. (Right-click report>Report Properties>Code)
    Dim Num1 As String =0
    Dim Num2 As String =0
    Dim tempstr As String = ""
    Function AggregateString(name as String, date1 as String, Appoint as String)
    If name = Num1 and date1 =Num2  then
    tempstr = tempstr + "/ " + Appoint
    Else
    Num1= name
    Num2=date1
    tempstr = Appoint
    End If
    Return tempstr
    End Function
    Modify the [Appointment] field with the expression below:
    =iif(Fields!Appointment.Value is nothing, "",RunningValue(Code.AggregateString(Fields!name.Value,WeekDayName(WeekDay(Fields!Date.Value)),Fields!Appointment.Value),last,"name"))
    Add a parameter named Start with Date/Time Data type.
    Add another parameter named End with Date/Time Data type, and add the value below as the Default value.
    =dateadd("d",6,Parameters!Start.Value)
    Right-click the Matrix to add a filter as below:
    Expression: [Date]
    Operator: Between
    Value: [@Start]    [@End]
    The following screenshot is for your reference:

  • 2 lines for agents on weekly summary report

                       I have used the attached report definition to run a report, when running it on the customer site, although I believe the week runs Monday - Sunday, when I run the report, whether it is Monday - Sunday  11th Feb - 17th Feb, or Sunday to Satuday  10th Feb -16th Feb, I still get 2 lines for some agents.
    It would appear that the extra line is the Sunday 17th Feb....
    We have checked that the agents are signing out, is there anything else we should be looking at.
    Has anyone else experienced this and how have they resolved it.
    Have attached the Report definition.
    thanks for helping.

    David writes:
    >Best practice is to have a single line. I think the SRND addresses this.
    Not so. The SRND defines the two-line paradigm. I'm with Chris.
    Two lines is fine. I like to have the first line the CC line. I like auto-answer on headset from CUCM and no call waiting, no voice mail on that line.
    The second line (the DID) should have the normal settings - call waiting, not auto answer, Unity voice mail.
    If the agents are in the ready state, they need to be reminded to not answer (or initiate) a call on their private line without going not ready. If they forget, it's not a big deal as auto-answer will not be activated - they will have to manually answer. They normally drop off the private line quickly and take the call. Some agents break this "rule" in order to be more productive - depends on how busy the CC is.
    While on a customer call, a call to their private line will ring a couple of times and go to voice mail. They are asked to just let it go.
    Aside: In the past I wrote a little Java app called Agent Toggle that connected to JTAPI and to the CTI server. When a call arrived on (or was made from) their private line, it made the agent not ready; when the call terminated, it made them ready again. A little science project that seemed to work fine.
    Some customers like to invert the lines because they want the red light to come on when voice mail is waiting. If it's the second line, the standard behaviour is to show the little envelope next to the line.
    Although Cisco recommend that the top line be the CC line, I can understand the inversion.
    You adjust the calling search spaces so that private lines cannot call contact center lines; but not the other way around. Non-agents just have the one "private" line.
    I believe this works correctly and efficiently, albeit with some agent discipline. Once the operating parameters are understood, the agent with two lines can be more productive.

    Geoff

    can any one provide me a script for generating the ora_error report on a weekly basis Assuming that the alert log file is backed up every week.
    The report should contain the ORA-errors grouped by date
    for reference i am giving ora-error report script for daily basis:-
    cat -n ${ALERT_LOGDEST}/alert_${ORACLE_SID1}.log|grep $DATE > $LOG_DIR/node_linenums1.log
    NUM1=`head -1 $LOG_DIR/node_linenums1.log|awk '{print $1}'`
    NUM2=`tail -1 $LOG_DIR/node_linenums1.log|awk '{print $1}'`
    DIFF1=`expr ${NUM2} - ${NUM1}`
    cat -n /u01/app/oracle/admin/TESTDB/bdump/alert_BMCLIV02A.log|head -${NUM2}|tail -${DIFF1}|grep "ORA-"|grep -v "ORA-03113"|grep -v "ORA-25228"> $LOG_DIR/ora_errors.log

    echo "The ORA error report for the instance " >> $LOG_DIR/ora_errors1.log
    echo "live database for $DAT between 00:00Hrs and 24:00Hrs is :" >> $LOG_DIR/ora_errors1.log

    if [ -s $LOG_DIR/ora_errors.log ]
    then
    cat $LOG_DIR/ora_errors.log >> $LOG_DIR/ora_errors1.log
    else
    echo "No Errors" >> $LOG_DIR/ora_errors1.log
    fi
    echo "\n" >> $LOG_DIR/ora_errors1.log
    echo "Thanks and Regards," >> $LOG_DIR/ora_errors1.log
    echo "SA Support." >> $LOG_DIR/ora_errors1.log
    cat $LOG_DIR/ora_errors1.log|mailx -s "Ora-Error Report of TESTDB generated for $DAT " -r"[email protected]" $MAILID
    Thanks in advance,
    sravan

    I would have to run it myself but from what I can see. you take a copy of alert.log and then do a diff and grep for errors and then report these errors. At the moment you are doing this on a daily basis. I can't see that there would be any issues with doing a diff on a weekly basis. The code runs through the diff file from top to bottom and reports the errors as it finds them. Do you have a test machine to try this out on say for a 2 day period?

    Need a report that takes list of equipments / FLs as input for a maintenance plant and shows the breakdown trend for a period of say 15 years and corresponding repair cost incurred during that year.
    for example : i should see for a equipment the breakdowns for period between 1995-2010 and for every year the no of breakdown's and repair cost in that year spread for entire 15 years.
    Thanks

    I am unclear what you require is it a report for all maintenance carried out or just for breakdowns.
    Breakdown information is held on the notification where the financial information on cost of repairs and regular maintenance is on the order.
    For breakdown analysis go to the PM Information system MCI7 transaction
    For cost analysis go to the PM information system MCI8 transaction and search by Functional location or Equipment with month and year ranges. You have the option to switch the drill down to monthly once the report is displayed.
    hope this helps
    Jim
