What are different between software VM-FEX and hardware VM-FEX?
Hi everybody,
I am confuse software VM-FEX and hardware VM-FEX.
Does the software VM-FEX is Emulated mode and hardware VM-FEX is VMdirectpath mode?
If i design a VM-FEX, is there must have nexus 1000V or not ?
Is Nexus 1000V and VM-FEX must work together or select one of them?
Have a look at http://keepingitclassless.net/2013/06/cisco-vm-fex-and-the-nexus-1000v/
VM-FEX in hardware requires on the host side a VIC adaptor, and a UCS FI or N5k as a switch (and control plane)
VM-FEX in hardware has 2 submodes (PTS = Emulated Mode) and UPS (path Through)
VM-FEX makes use of the VEM module (same as N1K; it is operated in a different mode however)
VEM can do N1k local switching or VM-FEX path through, but not both !

What are differences between the target tablespace and the source tablespac
The IMPDP command create so manay errors. But the EXAMPLE tablespace is transported to the target database successfully. It seems that the transported tablespace is no difference with the source tablespace.
Why create so many errors?
How to avoid these errors?
What are differences between the target tablespace and the source tablespace?
Is this datapump action really successfull?

Job "SYSTEM"."SYS_IMPORT_TABLESPACE_01" completed with 63 error(s) at 18:09:14Short of trying to then reverse-engineer the objects that are in the dump file (I believe Data Pump export files contain some XML representations of DDL in addition to various binary bits, making it potentially possible to try to scan the dump file for the object definitions), I would tend to assume that the export didn't include those type definitions.
Since it looks like you're trying to set up the sample schemas, is there a reason that you wouldn't just run the sample schema setup scripts on the destination database? Why are you using Data Pump in the first place?

What are difficulty between oc4j included Jdeveloper and oc4j extended?
Hi all!
I don't know why i deploy application on oc4j included Jdeveloper when it's run ok but i deploy on Oc4j extented when it's run not ok.
I want to know the difficulty between oc4j included Jdeveloper and oc4j extended? How to config oc4j extented?
i've tried deploy appliction on oc4j extended. i get this error:

thank a lot!The main difference is the version of OC4J. They do not often match. If the extended OC4J is a later version than the one packaged in JDeveloper, then applications developed in JDeveloper are not guaranteed to work in extended OC4J. It is always recommended
to develop and test against the OC4J in JDeveloper.
If you are using JDeveloper 10.1.2 make sure to use the right admin.jar (always point the path to the one in OC4J install ) in your OC4J connection.
In future release Oracle is trying to address such problems by allowing user to configure JDeveloper against a particular version of OC4J. -

What is different between JES and Java EE SDK ?
Hi
Thank you for reading my post.
can some one tell me what is different between Java EE SDK and JES ?
What i think is:
- Both of them support Java EE 5.0
- Both of them has access manager 7.1
Can we develop application on JES using netbeans IDE ?
What technicall benefits JES bring that Java EE SDK does not?
ThanksThe Java EE SDK is a developer kit that includes Application Server 9 PE,
as well as early access to other technologies and tools related
to Java EE 5 development. It is primarily targeted at developers
for doing development and prototyping -- although you can also
use it in production.
Java Enterprise System is a larger integrated stack of software and
services sold under a subscription model. The current release includes
Application Server 8.2 EE (and is therefore J2EE 1.4 based), but also
includes a large number of other products such as Web Server,
Directory Server, Portal Server, etc. For more details see:
http://www.sun.com/software/javaenterprisesystem
Note that it is an unfortunate co-incidence that the current release
of Java Enterprise System is Java ES 5, which has nothing to do with
Java EE 5!
Yes you can use Netbeans to develop applications for Java ES.
So comparing the two is really comparing apples to oranges. If you
are a developer and want to develop Java EE 5 applications than the
Java EE SDK is likely best for you.
If you are interested in a broader portfolio of software and servcies
including deploying J2SE 1.4 applications than Java ES may be a good
match.

What is the different between payment methods Wire and EFT
Hi All
can anybody tell me What is the different between payment methods Wire and EFT ?
Regards ;WIRE:
Wire is transfer of amount due directly to the supplier's bank it is an electronic transfer of funds
This mode of payment is used for international suppliers.
It can be paid in foreign currency or USD.
Wire payments are same day payments.
EFT:
EFT ensures funds transfer from one bank account to another using electronic links.
Can be used to make payments into domestic banks (within US) in USD only.
It is faster than check payments.
Hope this helps. -
What's different between busniess system and technical system in SLD?
I can enter product(ect.ERP r/3) , components(ect.FI-CO module) to technical system , then enter technical system to busniess system but ,who can explain what's different between busniess system and technical system in SLD, exactly?
THANKS!Technical Systems are of following types:
Technical systems are application systems that are installed in your system landscape. An example of an application system is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) server. In the SLD, there are five types of technical systems:
1.)WEBas java,
2.)Standalone JAVA
3.)Third party
4.)Web as ABAP
1) Web AS Java
Web AS Java systems consist of one or more instances and each instance is installed on a separate host. An instance itself consists of cluster nodes that can communicate with each other.
2.)Standalone Java
Standalone Java technical systems are standalone Java applications that are installed in a computer system from an administration perspective. They can also be installed as an operating system service or as a daemon
Web AS java belongs to the NetWeaver Comes with both ABAP and Java, Standalone instread comes separate from the netWeaver.
3) Third party technical sytem
It can be any of the technical sytem. let us say if you want to send a file to R/3, here the file reside in your local system. for that you can define your local system as a third party technical system.
All those machines that comes under non sap, belongs to the third party.
4.) Web AS ABAP technical systems, ranging from any SAP system to an APO server or CRM server, are based on the same Basis Component (BC), which includes the ABAP interpreter, ABAP Dictionary, ABAP Workbench, and so on. A dedicated database, which stores most of the data of the BC and the application components, is associated with the system.
Also refer : http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/24/8fa93e08503614e10000000a114084/content.htm
Business systems are logical systems, which function as senders or receivers within XI. Business systems can be SAP systems or third-party systems.
Depending on the associated technical system, the following types of business systems are defined in the SLD:
· Web AS ABAP
A business system, which is associated with a Web AS ABAP.
A business system, which is associated with a Web AS ABAP, can play the role either of an application system or an integration server. An integration server is the central component of XI, which provides a framework for the exchange of information among various internal and external entities of a company. The integration server facilitates the interaction between the different operating systems and applications across internal and external networks.
· Web AS Java
A business system, which is associated with a Web AS Java.
· Standalone
A business system, which is associated with a standalone Java application.
· Third-party
A business system, which is associated with a third-party technical system.

What is different between using Scriptlet and VBA
Did any know what is different between using "Insert test Scriptlet" and VBA (on Cusom Page Programmability node)?
It?s really the environment used. Scriptlets are Microsoft VB Script which is a loose scripting environment with no variable declarations, no intellisence, microhelp, etc. VBA is actually the full VB6 for applications language environment that provides a very helpful integrated development environment, variable declorations, library references, intellisence and more. VB Script generally uses less system resources, but with powerful hardware today we find that VBA meets all our needs. VBA Also easily allows the use of global modules and class files.

What is different between #INITSEG and INITSEG in file bootsect.s?
I read the file bootsect.s,I think the INITSEG is constant,
and I think #INITSEG and INITSEG are always equal 0x9000,
but why are they different usage?
Look:
.text
BOOTSEG = 0x07c0
INITSEG = 0x9000
entry start
start:
mov ax,#BOOTSEG
mov ds,ax
mov ax,#INITSEG
mov es,ax
jmpi go,INITSEG
I want to know what is different between #INITSEG and INITSEG?
How to use #INITSEG and INITSEG?I think you are currently mixing up the two definitions. I think the assembler here uses the hash prefix (#) to declare values and a clean number for addresses and offsets.
... http://www.oldlinux.org/Linux.old/kerne … bootsect.s
BOOTSEG = 0x07c0 ! original address of boot-sector
INITSEG = 0x9000 ! we move boot here - out of the way
start:
mov ax,#BOOTSEG ! set register ax to #BOOTSEG = value 0x07c0
mov ds,ax ! set register ds to register ax = value 0x07c0
mov ax,#INITSEG ! set register ax to #INITSEG = value 0x9000
mov es,ax ! set register es to register ax = value 0x07c0
! ds and ax cannot be filled directly, the value has to be set to the accumulator register (ax) first I think.
! Thats the reason for 4 lines instead of 2
mov cx,#256 ! set register cx to #256 = value 256
sub si,si ! set register si to 0
sub di,di ! set register di to 0
rep ! call the command in the next line
movw ! move cx (256) words = 512 bytes from ds (0x07c0) to es (0x9000)
jmpi go,INITSEG ! jump to the address go + 0x9000. go is the offset of the label "go" to the start of the moved memory segment
go: mov ax,cs ! here is the label "go"
Edit: That should be as86 (man as).

What are differences between clustering and partitioning?
Thank you for reading my post
Can some one let me know what is different between clustering and partitioning?
What i think is as follow:
In clustering we have one storage (one hard disk for example) and several instances which use that storage to server the applications
in partitioning, we have multiple instances and each of them has its own storage (hard disk) but all of these instances and hard disks serve one application. The word "cluster" has different meanings in Oracle.
Another kind of cluster is a database object where
master and detail rows are stored together in the
same block. Table joins are very efficient, but
reading data from one table and not another tends to
take longer. These kinds of clusters are vary rarely
used.Do not forget single table sorted hash cluster! -
What are differences between Java and C#
What are differences between Java and C#?
I was looking at C# and it looks very similar to java, does anyone have any input on what the primary differences are?C# has ventricles, being a more modern, hip,and
stylin language.Yeah, but it can't use them properly unless youbolt
on an after-market turbo charger and paint some
go-faster stripes.
Java doesn't need ventricles, as the language is
built as a bifurcative scrobbidibbit from theground
up.
And here I thought you were smart. The ventricles add power on the backswing and keep
down the humpty-B count, and those stripes don't
really do much except to impress the PHBs. A
ventricle here and there wouldn't do Java anyharm.
Oh, I see.
I didn't realize you were concerned with humpty-B. So
I suppose you put 17 firewalls in front of your VM's
Jeffries tubes too huh? And measure productivity in
fleems per wonkle?
That may have worked back when you carved FORTRAN on
stone tablets, and then went to look for a nice young
lady to club and take home. But modern software
development techniques demand a focus on the
regressive thromboid paradigm, and ventricles only
get in the way when you're trying to calibrate that
against the latest fractal suppository data.At least I have actual experience in carving FORTRAN on stone tablets, so I know what I'm talking about. (The clubbing was the other way around but that's neither here nor there.) As for your regressive thromboid paradigm, regressive is exactly what it is. Progressive paradigms, whether thromboid or rhomboid, require ventriculation to achieve their maximum potential.
And I suppose if you're still using those Jeffries tubes in your VM, it's not surprising that it's humptied to the max. Try installing Apache Fallopian if you really want to dehumptify it, or Apache Eustachian for 64-bit VMs.
