What folder are the cache files stored? In the previous version I could look at cached files but now no files are stored at that location.

but that would be a major hassle finding your files, you want to install

It is not marked as compatible but get the latest development version 0.7b, read the Developer Notes for the extension. It works. You may have to override compatibility.

Sounds to me like the file is probably corrupt. If you had hard drive corruption or damage, that could easily result in recovered files not being fully intact. If you were trying to recover accidentally deleted files, it's possible they might have been partially overwritten before recovering. There are never any guarantees with file recovery.
Without more information on the circumstances that led you to try recovery, it's hard to give advice on what to try from here. You could always try another file recovery tool, like Data Rescue 3. Just be sure you're taking appropriate precautions when doing recovery. See Recovering deleted files.

What exactly happens when you try to sync?
Does iTunes see the iPod?
Was the iPod previous synced to another iTunes library/computer?
Have you successfully synced from this iTunes library/computer before?
If so have you done anything like update iTunes on the computer since it last successfully synced?
Do the songs play in iTunes?
Does any media now sync to the iPod?
Do you have the right boxes checked to sync?

I am trying to stop using my I-pod under my husband's I-Tune account. It was set up under his account and the only way I can use it under my account is to erase all of the songs my husband loaded on for me. I had heard there is a duration that I-Pods are locked into to one account only, and I am trying to discover how I can use my account without having to erase everything on the I-Pod. You can do this by right-clicking on one of the tabs in the tab bar and selecting "Bookmark All Tabs". It will then prompt you for a name to give the new folder of bookmarks and where to put it. When viewing any folder in the bookmarks menu there will be an "Open All In Tabs" to click at the bottom of the folder to open them all at once.

Version 10:Cannot open a catalog...the catalog is corrupt or a previous version

I am currently using Adobe Photo Elements 10: I attampt to open a catalog and the software responds that the catalog is corrupt or a previous version that cannot be opened. I have only one verions installed so obviously the latter would not be the case. I attempt to repair the catalop and the software indicates that the catalog is not corrupt. Since I do not have a previous verions and the catalog is not corrupt, how can I recover from this eventhough I do not have a backup of this catalog. Is there anyway I could fix this catalog and if so how? please Help.

Is this a converted catalog from previous versions? If yes, you would need to repair your old catalog in old version and then re-convert.

The customer service IMO just use a template to answer question. Refer me back to the developer , which is apple itself
