I have implemented stateful and stateless session bean with same methods..
when u pass the command line argument as any name then the output will be
name 1 , name 1, name 2... for stateless
name 1, name 2, name 3 ... for stateful....
what is the difference here.. for stateless also we have called ejbremove method to rmeove the instance. but why the output displays
name 1 , name 1, name 2.....
explain me please

Sorry, I'm not sure exactly what you're asking.
Are the numbers in your example some kind of "counter"? Are you expecting the stateless bean to always say "1", because a new instance should be created each time? That doesn't happen - because it's a stateless bean the same bean instance can handle multiple requests from different clients.

OS is Sun Solaris 10
Database is Oracle 11g
We found the following errors in /product/10.1.3.1/OracleAS_1/Apache/Apache/logs/error_log file.

We have done the following changes recently
=> KeepAlive TImout changed to 5 secs from default 15
=> Changed the MaxPermSize to 512M in opmn.xml
=> Our Max Clients setting changed to 350 from default 150.
Can someone help us by providing the possible reasons for the occurence of said errors.

What is the idea behind specifying the voice VLAN under the interface? (Is it needed for both 802.1P and 802.1Q?)

The voice vlan command is what tells the IP phone what VLAN it should use...
The idea is that setting the native vlan on the port controls what VLAN the attached PC goes into, and the voice vlan tells the phone which VLAN it should go into.
It doesn't have any direct relation to QoS, as the port could be configured to ignore or take action on QoS markings with or without the voice vlan command.

When I compose an email, I can't see what I'm typing near the right margin. Other browsers have an arrow to click to widen the view. youdon't.

When I compose an email, the composition window is not wide enough, so as I get near the right margin my cursor suddenly disappears behind the right edge of the window for like 10 characters or so and then it reappears on the Left Margin and I can see it again. So if I type something incorrectly out there on the right where I can't see it, I'm screwed. And there's no mechanism to widen the window. In Explorer, there was an arrow halfway down the window that I could click on to widen the window. So I'm gathering this is a browser/Firefox issue. Please advise.

Can't you resize that text area when you move the mouse pointer to the bottom right corner?
Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems.

Also make sure to use full page zoom ("View > Zoom Text Only" should not be checked)

If you have increased the minimum font size then try the default setting "none" in case the current setting is causing problems.
*Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced > Minimum Font Size (none)
Make sure that you allow websites to choose their fonts.
*Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced > [X] "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"
It is better not to increase the minimum font size, but use an extension to set the default page zoom to prevent issues with overlapping text.

Error in license check on (what is supposed to be) the ABAP developer edition 7.02

I obtained (at least what I thought to be) the Developer Edition (7.02), the information for which gave the impression that it had a permanent license, but the license seems to have expired , and now I cannot log on: Status bar says Logon not possible (error in license check).
I've spent a diverting morning searching and even chatting with SAP about how to get running again (they suggested I re-install, which would not be a problem if it didn't take a whole freaking day to do).
Surely this is a known issue, but I can't find it.
What does one do with a piece of software that is supposedly never to expire but does?

Login with SAP* and enter transaction SLicense (there you can see information about license and validity).
There you can see an install button which opens a folder where the license should be (txt file sent from SAP by E-Mail after you entered the information in the websit formular which was mentioned above).
It should be the same mechanism for 7.02.

when i use left arrow, i am not getting the immediate character behind to the cursor, but i am getting the character after 2 position in JTextPane. It works fine for the right arrow. since we get the character based on the caretposition. how can i get immediate character behind to the cursor when i use other arrow's other than right arrow?

Swing related questions should be posted in the Swing fourm.
The simple answer would be to use getCaretPosition -1. But this is probably not what you are looking for and you question is not very detailed.
So, posting a simple 10 line executable demo program would be nice. Its probably a problem with the order of events.

One issue seems to be with Foto Library app itself. When running an auto-correct there it looks like EXIF will be stripped more or less completely.
Second issue is in iPhoto app on iOS when working on RAW. When exporting to the roll the EXIF is modified in a way. It was keeping most of the EXIF in case of Canon 5D MKII that I tested today, but the EXIF data is definately changed, e.g. lens type is different because maybe some fields are ignored there. Also the images are silently scaled down by 50% which is kind of annoying.
The initial problem was observed with a Pentax K7 and I will need to reproduce the issue in this config I assume. Maybe tomorrow I can do this.

I tried to give you this solution before, but maybe you missed it. This simple procedure will mask out all the various sponge edge-artifacts. Here it is in simple steps:
1. Make the path shape you want to apply the sponge effect to.
2. Highlight that path, and select Object > Path > Offset path ... choose +2 points (or whatever works for your drawing scale, to ultimately eliminate the outside line and the artifacts) -- this will make a slightly larger shape, based on the original shape.
3. Cut the outside path (command or alt-X), select the inside path, and paste the outer path BEHIND the inner path (command or alt-B).
4. Apply the sponge effect to the OUTER path.
5. Highlight BOTH paths, and create a MASK (command or alt-7).
Now you have your original shape, with sponge applied, and the outer 2 points (or whatever your Offset Path was set to), are masked out, masking out the outside line and the sponge artifacts.
This works with any Document Raster Effect Settings dpi.

In Oracle Purchasing, When you click "Autocreate", where you will get the form "Find Requisitions Window".
You will find the requisitions and then if you want to return a requisition by telling the reason for returning
the requisition, the you will go to Tools--> and Click "Return Requisition" and specify the reason for returning
in a text provided.
May I know what workflow or what process goes behind when you click that Return Requisition from Tools Menu.

If you are in forms, then check the special triggers 1 to 30, these would be available in the tools menu, check the corresponding code in the form library, or the custom library, if this is a custom menu item.

What Templating mechanism is Oracle using internally?

Can we know what templating mechanism is used by oracle internally?
I believe that the whole Oracle site is built using ADF faces..
And there must be some method of templating to ease the presentation of content on webpages.
I understand thatOracle is not using Facelets or Tiles;(or Are they?)
Then it would be worth knowing what templating they are using, afterall!
Does Oracle recommens any templating technology for use with ADF faces?
Or is it that the ADF faces developers completely ignored this very important aspect of Webdesign nad development?
Can we expect some kind of support on this aspect, may be in the next version of JDeveloper/ADF faces?

I have a 2008 iMac with 2GB memory. How do I find out what programs are running in the background? I am going to buy a new iMac before the end of the year to replace this one. When I looked at Activity Monitor it shows 1.8Gb used but doesn't tell all the programs running.

I ran the utility disk and this is what it said.
