Please help me in this regardWhat all you have studied is basics. And in the institutes they only teach you 5% of actual work, Yes only 5%. They can not teach the whole 5 years learning just in few classes.
In real time When you are working as a technical consultant, you get to speak to functional consultants a lot of time for developing reports, customization, creating custom forms.... So thats why the interviewer has asked a mixture of both technical and functional.
The questions they asked also depends on the number of years experience you have in the resume ;).
How ever you can gain more knowledge from blogs and forums like this.

1. what is the IDOC for Final Approval of Purchase Order?
2. Is there any Separate IDOCs for GRN(Goods Receipts
Note) in Transaction MIGO. Like Creation of GRN,
Changing of GRN, Cancelling of GRN, Transfering materials to Scrap or Cost center (Changing of Movement types in MIGO).

1. There is no separate IDOC for final approval of a PO. IF you have configured a release stratgey for a PO, the PO IDOC will be transmitted only upon the final apporval of the PO.
2. Yes there should be a IDOC for Goods Receipt.

I'm on osx 10.7.2 and once I click the soundtrack pro icon I get an error message. I had problems with logic pro & my digi002r soundcard midi drivers but now is fixed (using a midi adapter).

What is the purpose of IA32.api plugin and how to disable it.?

We have an issue with this plugin in our company.
This plugin is making IE Crash.
I would like to properly disable this to workaround the issue.
Questions:
1°) What is the purpose of this plugin? i heard it's about AutoUpdate, is this true? if so i suppose disabling AutoUpdate should suffice.
2°) I know the trick to rename the IA32.api file within the plugins folder but it seems like it make Adobe Reader more unstable. So i think this is not a proper way to do it.

Our application uses Internet Explorer with the default PDF viewer as Adobe Reader to display PDFs. The html just specifies "open file xxx.pdf" and the default viewer is invoked. This works fine and the user closes the PDF when done and goes on his way. But we see a lot of errors where our application registers a crash, and when the crash dump is analyzed the crash is below:

As I can see in the forums this has been an issue with Adobe reader for several years. Is there any solution or work around for this? We are about to lose a major account due to the frequent crashes in Adobe that look as if they came from our application.

What is the problem with receipts in R12

I got a situation here.
I created 2 POs with Autocreate option and Manual Create option
Both the POs have 3 line items. When i am trying to create receipts entry for both the POs only 1 line item is showing up i don't know how to fix this.

when you autocreated the PO, what was the grouping method that you used?
whats the receipt routing? direct or standard?
receiving is always done on shipment level but delivery is done on distribution level

What are the limitations of remote API?

Excuse me,
I am new to Oracle BPEL, and going to customize the worklist application using remote API.
I read the Sample Worklist Application for learning the remote API.
When I learning about task attachment's API,
I saw a thread
RemoteWorklistServiceClient -- attachment
Suddenly, I found that there is different between local and remote API.
Would anyone like to tell me what are the limitations of remote API?
By the way, could there is any API for retrieve process list?
The reason is I am trying combine some feature of the console into my worklist application
such as list process with details, deploy/undeploy process, active/retired process lifecycle and turn on/off process state.
I only found how to start process:
Locator lLocator = new Locator({Domain}, {Domain.Password}, {Properties});
IDeliveryService lDeliveryService = (IDeliveryService) lLocator.lookupService(IDeliveryService.SERVICE_NAME);
lDeliveryService.request({ProcessName}, {OperationName}, {NormalizedMessage});

I got the answer by testing the remote API
And I have another question about the BPEL API which used in the console
I have success construct the class com.oracle.bpel.client.Locator
It providing a set of methods for invoking Oracle BPEL
However, the methods always using WhereCondition as parameter
therefore, I need to know about the database.
1. Could anyone tell me where can I found the database schema?
2. There are some deprecated APIs what is the preferred APIs of them?
- IDeliveryService.SERVICE_NAME
- IDeliveryService.request({Process}, {Operation}, {NormalizedMessage})
- IDeliveryService.post({Process}, {Operation}, {NormalizedMessage})

I understand that JavaServer Faces technology is a framework for building user interfaces for web applications with a set of APIs for UI components and a custom tag library for expressing a JavaServer Faces interface within a JSP page.
But, why is there a jsf-impl.jar and a jsf-api.jar?
A clarification would be appreciated.

In a discussion, when a developer refers to RI, they mean the jsf-api.jar only?
I don't need the jsf-impl.jar in my compile class path nor in my SJSAS 8.2 domain library directory either?

Not necessarily... The Serial Number will allow Apple to ascertain what they need.
