What is the effect of the service account permissions

Hi,
What is the effect of the service account permissions? For example, suppose the service account for SQL Server database engine is SomeDomain\A, and has no permission to execute stored procedure X, and a user with domain account SomeDomain\B does have the
said permission. Which one will prevail, i.e. can the user execute stored procedure X? If so, what permissions must I give the service account SomeDomain\A?
I am asking this in the context of planning deployment in the production environment of a data warehouse application.

Service account for SQL Server Database Engine only have limited permissions. To grant the account permission to execute stored procedure X, please refer to the following
query:
USE database;
GRANT EXECUTE ON OBJECT::dbo.X
TO SomeDomain\A;
GO

Query relating to the creation of Managed Service Accounts

Hi Folks
I am studying for my 70-411 exam and have a query relating to the creation of Managed Service Accounts.
I have successfully created an MSA account named 'MSATest' on a DC using:
new-adserviceaccount -name msatest –dnshostname home-dc-01 -passthru
and
add-AdcomputerServiceAccount -identity home-ap-01 -serviceaccount msatest -passthru
However the guide that I am using now says that I now need to run: Install-ADServiceAccount on the host computer in the domain to install the MSA in order to make available it available for use by services.
So on my member server (home-ap-01) I have installed the Active Directory Module for powershell and ran:

Try using -RestrictToSingleComputer parameter when creating service account with New-ADServiceAccount.

My Adobe Media Encoder (Premiere CS4) encodes my videos without the effects of the plugins Genarts Sapphire. I did not have this problem with CS2 and also he encodes all other plugins.
Do you know why? I really need to solve this serious issue.

OK, good. Go to C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Premiere Pro\4.0 and look for two files called "Plugin Loading.log" and "Headless Plugin Loading.log" (without the quotes). These are just text documents, so open them up in Notepad or similar and compare the two; what you're looking for are references to your Sapphire plugins. What you'll probably find is that in "Plugin Loading.log", the plugins are loaded successfully--it will say something like "The plugin was successfully loaded from the registry."--whereas in "Headless Plugin Loading.log" the same plugin will be marked "The plugin is marked as Ignore, so it will not be loaded."
If you see that, let me know and I'll try to walk you through the steps of correcting it. If you like, I'd be happy to look at the log files; attach them to a reply here (they're small documents).

The problem does not appear, if PH Elements 13 is executed in the administrator mode.
The available computer resources are rather large enough: CPU INTEL i7 4 cores, 16GB RAM, 1TB HDD + 32GB SSD, Windows 8.1.
Please, advice how to solve this problem? Maybe, there is patch or updating available?

Thank you for the quick answer. In the meantime I found other way to pass by the problem. I increased the cache level up to the maximum value 8.
The errors reported as "No more virtual tiles can be allocated" vanish, but I still do not understand, why PSE 13 cannot work properly by the lower cache levels, having available maximum resources it needed (10443 MB RAM and 26.53GB SSD space for scratches), or cannot collaborate with the fast SSDs properly.

I am about to by MBA 13.
I am not sure whether to get the basic version (i5, 4GB 128), or upgrade some/all of the components (to i7, 8GB, 256, respectively).
What effect will these improvements would have on the battery?

The only thing that will affect the battery is the CPU upgrade and there are mixed reports on how much of an impact the i7 has. It varies from seriously less battery life on a charge to marginally better battery life than the i5 model. Whether you'll actually notice the faster speed of the i7 processor also varies. From my own experience using them and talking to customers I rate the importance of the possible upgrades as:
8GB RAM - absolutely do it
256GB SSD - if you can afford it the resale value later will be rewarded and the added cost of getting an aftermarket upgrade is very step (and warranty voiding)
i7 CPU - if you have money to burn or if you are performing heavy CPU need tasks (and if so why aren't you looking at the rMBP?)

How do I change an image but keep the effects from the previous image?

I made a simple slideshow with 4 photos that are individually set to fade in and out in order. I have saved this as a new file and want to change the 4 images to different ones, but still keep the same effects settings. Your probably using tabbed document windows and photoshop cs2 had floating document windows.
Of course you can use File>Close (Ctrl+W) or click on the small X on the tab.

When I an apply an effect in the Effects Gallery,the stroke is affected,unwantedly?

When I an apply an effect in the Effects Gallery, for example for a picture of a cloud, the stroke changes too. How do I prevent the stroke from changing? I have Cs3/Cs2. If it has anything to do w/ the Appearance panel, I don't see a fill or stroke attribute when I click the cloud. Only when I deselect it.

You must select the fill only in the Appearance panel. Silly, but that's the way it is.

Replicating the effects at the end of the tv show 24

I am certainly asking a lot here; but here it goes. Where should I start if I want to integrate 9 shots of footage into boxes on the screen. The boxes change size to partially fill the screen as emphasis is placed on certain portions of the footage. This is similar to the effect seen at the end of most episodes of the TV series 24. i.e. One box has Jack shooting and yelling, one has the president at his desk looking at a report, one has Kim Bauer eating dinner, etc.
Can I do this in Final Cut (or media 100 for that matter)?
The editing suite that I have available has Final Cut, Media 100, Motion, and After Effects; this is for a PSA spot and we're thankfully able to use university equipment.

stack up the clips one on top of each other, double click the clip on v1 then, in the viewer, click the 'tablet' on the right, select 'image and wireframe'. Go to the viewer and select the 'motion' tab and then change the scale values to change the size of the clip in the canvas. You can then drag the clip to any position in the canvas.
Repeat for each of the other stacked clips.
Scale and motion are both keyframeable, just experiment.

Biztalk service account permissions

I am trying to configure BizTalk server 2010 using service account. I have added my service account as administrator group. My service accont doesn't have login rights.
when i am trying to run configuration usnder server account(shift+Rightclick configuraiton and run as differnt user) it's throing
Logon failure:the user has not been granted the requested logontype at this computer.
When i am opening configuration window under login acount and trying to provide below details
datbase server name, service account id & password to configure. It is throwing that either connectivity to server failed or server is too busy.
Can any one let me know is it necessary to have logon rights for service acccount.

What is the effect of the planned order after it is converted to production

Hello Gurus,
1.There was a planned order with wrong date 2041 instead of 2011
2. plannedorder is already converted to production order and is visble in assignment tab of the production order
3.when I am tryng to display the planned order it gives error planned order is not exists.
4. Production order is already delivered
Now will there be any effect on finanace or any other ,if the planned order was created with wrong date,
can we now change the date of planned order , but it says does not exist as it is already converted to prod order.
Please let me know the implications of wrong date and how we can correct the date from 2041 to 2011

Dear Himakar,
As explained by our forum member,once after the planned order is converted into production order,the entire planned order
details gets deleted from table PLAF and the planned order dates can be changed in the production order and there is no
business impact other than the planned/production/actual dates.
However the planned order no deatils can be checked in the production order.

What is the effect of the command switchport trunk native vlan x

I have a SG500 switch. The port Gi0/19 is directly connected to a machine. When i show the running config file i find the following config in the interface gi0/19:
switchport trunk native vlan 70
I need to understand this command because i'm a bit confused that i know that only if we have a link between two switch that we put an interface in a trunk mode.
Please Help :)

Trunks can carry all the traffic(vlan 70,80,........Including vlan1)
Access port can only be in one vlan (Say vlan 70)
So if you configured as trunk and connect the server, and since native vlan is 70, when traffic is of vlan 70, it will not be tagged so your server can understand it.(Assuming that server do not have the capacity to understand the tagged frames). Traffic in other vlan will also be received by this interface (say vlan 80,....vlan1....) but will be dropped.
If you configure it as only access and in vlan 70, only untagged vlan 70 traffic will be received on the interface.
