If there is one, it is not public.

I too cannot get results from Customer Service. Supervisors will contact me in 24-48 hours and Verizon corporate will only respond via US Post Office.
The cell is my livelihood as it is my only contact number for my customers. Having an operative device is critical to my business.
Several years ago I signed up with Verizon and had no issues. About 8 years ago I received an upgrade cell and had horrible service. This service was to the extent that I lost my job as a result. Once a replacement phone was finally sent everything was great. Fast foreword to 2 months ago  having issues with another phone. A warranty replacement was sent but the brand differed from the original. This cell did not work at all, It would not even power up. So a replacement was sent. I have had this replacement for about 2 weeks and has several issues.
First and most concerning to me is that after 20 mnts using the phone (both internet and on a call) the phone gets so hot that I cannot hold it. This is a safety concern to me. I called Verizon and they advised it was probably the battery and they would send a replacement cell and battery. Upon returning to my office today, I have the replacement phone however no battery. I advised customer service that I would presume if the battery was the issue, wouldn’t I have the same issue with the bad battery in a new phone and they agreed. Now I am advised that the battery is not on hand.
Verizon NOW cant replace this phone with a different brand while they were willing to do just that last week. Nor can they provide me with a battery. I was also advised a supervisor would contact me in 24-48 hours and that there is no way to verbally contact Verizon corporate about this.
I am left with a cell that has partial service, will not allow connection as a Hot Spot and most scary, is incredibly hot to the touch. This temperature of this device is quite concerning to me as I feel it has the potential of being a fire hazard.

    Apple will not be able to tell you when any particular content will be available. The only way they announce in advance of actual availability is for special pre-orders which are clearly mentioned in the iTunes Store. Otherwise, you'll just have to wait and see if the item you want ever becomes available, something which is totally up to the content owner.

    I was looking for an email for customer service too.  I'd rather email them than talk to 20 different people who give 50 different answers.  They have no incentive for loyal customers.  I went in to upgrade my phone to an Iphone 5.  I have unlimited data for many years at a great price and my son does too.  So when I went in to upgrade, they told me that it would eliminate my unlimited data price that I've had for years (about 10 years) and have to pay the price it is now, per gig or whatever they call it.  They said the old plans are no longer "grandfathered" in when you upgrade.  Seriously?!  So I did not upgrade my phone.  I was with Airtouch Cellular before Verizon took it over. That tells you how long I've had the same number and been a loyal customer (even though I get so frustrated at times).
    I'm just too lazy to switch...but now am seriously thinking about it.  T-Mobile offers "Loyalty Plans" and gives their customers rebates and credit and FREE upgrade on smartphones. My co-worker got a nice incentive to stay with them for over 5 years. I spoke with Sprint and they were great and offered to keep my price that I've had for unlimited data and same for my son's phone. Now why can't Verizon do that?  I only wish the corporate offices would read this to see how frustrated their customers are.

    My Complaint:  I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for approx 20 years.  I called customer service to seek an early upgrade for my daughter's phone. She is away in college and her phone is malfunctioning.  She is eligible for an upgrade in approx 6 weeks so I did not want to spend the money on a replacement phone when since we were planning on updating to something newer.  The customer service rep to me they could not do the early upgrade an to call back in a few weeks. After explaining this was unacceptable (I do not like the idea of a young female being out of state and away from home with no reliable means of communication), she places me on hold to later return with the only offer of  I must purchase a new device through her ( over the phone) which will be shipped to me, the phone was priced $100.00 more than the online price (they will not price match), plus i must pay $30.00 upgrade fee, $35.00 activation fee and taxes on the retail price of the phone.  I am upset and disappointed with the quality of service provided by Verizon being a 20 year customer.  If not for the seriousness and urgency of this matter, i would not have asked for an early upgrade.  It is times such as these that you get to see how much of a "valued customer" you really are.   I guess you are valued as long as you pay your bill and continually  purchase their products.  I would like to speak with someone from Verizon's corporate or customer relations department.  As of now I am really considering changing my service to a different provider.  I have multiple accounts with Verizon and i will canx each after the current contract committment expire (starting with my daughter's phone which expires in 6 weeks) In the meantime I will go purchase her a new phone with someone else and take comfort knowing she will have reliable communication.

    I started with them in 1985. It has been wonderful service but very expensive. They seem to operate on day of deposit day of withdrawal. That means that I have no benefits nothing beyond the normal customer if I don't pay my bill they shut me off. That's why I have switch to another provider and I have better service lower cost and better phones. you can't beat  other providers I mean it. Please don't expect more from verizon other than a "pay me more money and I'll do what you want" because it's all about money. Read the transcripts from current Verizon employees all over the internet. The company is going down and they're taking customers with them.

    In general, for each term we have shared and local properties. What is the real purpose in terms of SharePoint development.

    The custom properties for terms allow you to further define or clarify a term via the properties. You can then display these properties in search results or specify query rules that look for specific custom properties.

    Connect the iPhone to your Mac with its USB cable and launch iPhoto.  In iPhoto you can select which files to upload into the library.  Once in the library export them out of iPhoto to a folder on the Desktop via File ➙ Export ➙ File Export  with Kind=Original. That will give you copies of the videos in the folder for use outside of iPhoto.
    If you want to bypass importing into iPhoto try launching Image Capture and manually upload the selected video files to the folder of your choice.
