When clicking to enlarge an item the browser comes up and it's blank and it does it when I try to get to your chat too.
This is the issue. I am on a website looking at item to buy and want to get a larger picture of it. The browser comes up but it's coming up blank. I can't get on the chat to ask you because the browser pops up blank. Please help!!!
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.

This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
Step 1

Be sure your Mac is shut down.
Press the power button.
Immediately after you hear the startup tone, hold the Shift key. The Shift key should be held as soon as possible after the startup tone, but not before the tone.
Release the Shift key when you see the gray Apple icon and the progress indicator (looks like a spinning gear).
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including wireless networking on certain Macs.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
*Note: If FileVault is enabled under Mac OS X 10.7 or later, or if a firmware password is set, you can’t boot in safe mode.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem(s)?
After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of steps 1 and 2. -
When i open facebook and only text shows and all is to the left and when i open hotmail nothing shows on my screen and other webpages have problems also when click at a link all the text comes up also to the left in my screen whats wrong ???

In Firefox 4 you can use one of these to start in <u>[[Safe mode]]</u>:

When I click options in addons/extensions the addon window freezes and I have to use the task manager to end the process. Any solutions?
There may be a problem with one of the files that stores details of installed extensions. Try deleting these files as shown in the "Corrupt extension files" section of this link - https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Unable+to+install+add-ons
Though that article is not specifically about your problem, the method shown in the corrupt extension files section may help. When you restart Firefox after deleting those files, the list of installed extensions is rebuilt and this will hopefully fix your problem. -

When I try to get onto YouTube, the site is completely white with the words "Authorization Error" in the top left corner. For a while, all I had to do was reload YouTube and it was fine. Now it just won't work at all. I have Internet Explorer on my computer as well and YouTube works fine on there. When this error occurs, the icon in the address bar changes back to YouTube's old icon.
I have tried:

-Restarting the computer
-Closing and re-opening Firefox
-Typing https instead of http before the address
-Googling and clicking Google's link to the site (yes, a feeble attempt, I know)

When trying to PDF a webpage into a PDF, it does not work, I go through all the steps as normal, and It does nothing. I can repeat my action, where instead of "printing" to adobe, it saves the file, which it doesn't save it at all. I can't even find the original in my work folder. Yes, according to my information that was the model number for what you have. If you aren't sure then open Systemp Profiler and look for the model identifier in the display on the right. Following are the identifiers:

I can not install app's from the app store on my phone,and when i try, i get a message tells me (cannot connect to itunes store) that happened after i updated it to "IOS6" . it's a "IPhone4 S"
Remember, any purchased item from the itunes store is forever associated with the Apple ID used to buy it. So when you get prompted for an ID/password and it doesn't accept it, then you are using the wrong ID.
Go to Settings>iTunes and App Stores, be sure it's logged into the ID you have set on the iphone (since that one seems to be connecting with the right ID). If you've done this, then you might wait a bit to see if the "cannot connect to .. store" message has to do with internet connections. -

I recently had to restore my Iphone 4s and ever since I cannot double click the home button whilst the phone is locked and change my music. The controls come up and I can adjust the volume but I cannot change the songs. Help needed please!!
Have you guys been able to activate your iphone yet? I bought an iphone 4s from eBay and it worked fine, but the previous user had left some data on it, so last night I used the "erased all content and settings" to restore it to factory setting so I can start fresh and restore my backup. But now I'm stuck at the activation screen (I get the same "the activation server is temporarily unavailable") and can't get it to activate, even if I use my old deactivated AT&T sim card (I'm on straighttalk now).
I might try activating it with an active AT&T sim card from my fiancee's phone when she gets home, so I'll let you know how that works outs.
If it's true that the server is down; anyone know when it will be back up again? Thanks in advance.

Open the App Store app, go to the Featured pane, swipe to the bottom, tap the Apple ID and sign out. Tap again and sign in with the Apple ID of your choosing.
