When create new projec "An unexpected severe error has occurred"

I've update to JDeveloper when create new project i get the following error

Ps: I defined my JDeveloper Home directory in different directory as the Jdeveloper Installation. I installed Jdeveloper from a jar-File(java jdk 1.7.0_45 )

sorry for my english i am not a native speaker, so that some of the expressions i use could soud "weird". I have JDeveloper Studio 11.1.1.7.0 installed. The BPM Extension is ORACLE BPM Studio 11.1.1.6.0.15.53. I have already installed and reinstalled Jdeveloper and BPM Studio several times but every time after i have a process created my Jdeveloper crashes. That is the reason why i posted this request.

FRM-40735:ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA- 29273.
have any one can help me to solve this error
my application details
apps 12.1.1 vision instance in hr responsability
also the same error when crating the location in payables respobsability

To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:
1. Go into the responsibility: System Administrator
2. Navigate to Profile > System.
3. Clear the value at the Site level for the profile option IRC: Geocode Host.
4. Retest the issue.
5. Migrate the solution as appropriate to other environments.

An unexpected severe error has ocurred in Jdeveloper

I have installed Jdeveloper with soa-jdev-extension on my windows 7 64 bit machine.
I created a SOA project with BPEL and human task in it.
I wanted to import an xsd into my project so i right clicked on the import folder in the structure pane and suddenly an error popped up saying

I know there few forums where this error is mentioned but my issue seems to be different nowhere I saw java.util.ConcurrentModificationException.

But if you search Oracle support, you'll find an existing bug logged for this problem (for 11.1.1.5.0):

Each time that we tried to "Associate App with Store" or Create App package" via Visual Studio 2013 to publish our Windows Phone 8.1 Universal app, we have the error "An unexpected network error has occurred. the app list cannot be refreshed.
Please retry by pressing the refresh button".
Our account has more 100 WP apps, and we saw that it could be the problem?
With Silverlight app, it was easy to generate a XAP. But now with Universal Apps, due to this issue, we are blocking! Please Microsoft, can you correct this bug?

I have been struckling with the same problem. Copying large data amounts between my MacBook and my Airdisk works perfectly (though slowly).
But copying data amounts larger than about 300MB from my XP to my airdisk suddenly stops with the error you get. Hereafter I cannot access the airdisk until I have re-started both my AEBS and my 500GB LaCie HFS+ formatted disk drive.
I use the new 7.1.1 firmware version in my AEBS.

Error: No response from the device "a.b.c.d/161". Check SNMP communities, version or network for issues.
Above errors are seen on accessing WLC for config purpose from WCS. Seen after migrating WCS 4.2.62 to a new hardware and restoring the backed config.
OS and software versions remain the same, only new hardware is an upgraded one.
The original server is now put back in place and works .. just fine.

In this migration, everything is absolutely same except the hardware.
Same WLCs, same WCS version. IP/hostname/configs all same.

Prime Infrastructure 2.1 - User add failed : Some unexpected internal error has occurred.

Setting up Prime Infrastructure to manage 2504 WLC, trying to add Lobby Ambassador and I get this error message:

Technically, this is my second attempt at setting up PI. I set it up initially with the wrong version of PI and created a lobby ambassador. I followed the instructions from the forum with a similar problem that said to remove the trap receiver on the WLC from my first attempt at installing PI.

I'm now able to add a Lobby Ambassador as long as its not the same username that I created on the previous PI setup. So I suspect this Lobby Ambassador username is somewhere on the 2504 WLC, but I can't find it anywhere to remove it.

I have just been struggling with a similar issue on a fresh install of Prime 2.1 Upgraded to 2.1.1.
If I try to create the user with lobby ambassador role it just fails with "unexpected internal error".
I eventually found that by creating the user as a normal admin user first - the user is added. You can then go in a remove the admin role and change the role to lobby ambassador. This works with no internal error and the lobby admin user is working fine.
I would say it is just a bug.

Are you behind a firewall or double NAT??
What is the device that is immediately plugged into the main modem or router? Has that one been able to update?
It is plugged in of course isn't it.. no nasty join wireless anywhere??
The best way to work around these sort of problems is to simplify the network.. Plug each device directly into the main router.. by ethernet. You can trigger the firmware upgrade by wireless but use ipad or iphone version of airport utility and see what happens.

Jdeveloper 11 r1: An unexpected severe error has ocurred in Jdeveloper

I often get this error while working on jdeveloper r1
I checked in forums and I saw that other people have similar error too.
JDeveloper 11g R1 Unexpected severe error
But i am not sure its the same issue since i have different error log and it is not related with how much time you work with jdeveloper.
I manage to reproduce it in a simple test case

The steps to reproduce it are:
Open jspx in source view
Open PageDef.xml in source view
make any change in PageDef.xml (i.e. id="Next" to id="Next1")
Go to jspx and click on diferent places of code
the error will appear then
