OK, and how much space do you have available on your computer's hard drive? You'll need several gigabytes or more available to download two movies.

If the Error is really 1015, it is most likely due to your iPhone having the iPad baseband. If this is the case, you will have to search the Web for tools to use Custom Firmware. These cannot be discussed on Apple Supported Forums.

You cannot redownload audiobooks at all.
It is your responsibility to backup your purchases, and all other content for that matter.

Did you get the flash drive from a reliable source. There are some available on the net that show a large capacity but are only 512 mb. or 1 gb. drives that have been altered to display a much larger capacity.

Why am I getting message working in Word that says the disc is full trying to write to Macintosh HD when I have hundreds of GB available?

I am getting frequent messasges saying "the disk is full trying to write to Macintosk HD. Free some space on this drive or dave the document on another disk, etc. I have at least 300GB of unused space on Macintosh HD. This is followed by another message that Word is unable to save the AutoRecover file in the location you have specifed. and to check prefernces. I am saving to my desktop.

Thank you! It was a small war to find out even how to post a question, so I guess in the moment I overlooked the fact that I posted to the wrong forum . But the problem have been solved by a friend who experienced the same problem. It seemed that there was one Microsoft Equation (out of the many in the document) that was malfunctioning. So by deleeting excactly the right equation, the problem was solved.

You cannot use OS9 to repair your 10.4.11 Disk. Did you delete Disk Utility? Are you sure it's not in Applications>Utilities?
Tough without the Install disc, but some things to try...
Does it boot to Single User Mode, CMD+s keys at bootup, if so try...
/sbin/fsck -fy
Repeat until it shows no errors fixed.
(Space between fsck AND -fy important).
Resolve startup issues and perform disk maintenance with Disk Utility and fsck...

I try to open Firefox but it says there is already a copy open. I have thrown everything away and tried to download it again. It says the same thing!

I have an OLD mac G5 (2004). I have leopard 10.5 - can't go higher than that on this machine. I don't know what else you want to know.

Ok I discovered my problem. Before I downloaded FF4 I had gone and dragged my "profile" folder onto my desktop. I kept getting the "a copy is already open message" and in my Apps folder FireFox was there but shadowed out with a circle with a line through it. I redownloaded FF4 after putting my "profile" folder onto a USB stick.
After I got FF4 reinstalled I went to Users>Library>Application Support>Firefox>Profile and discovered that I had no profile folder so I simply dragged and dropped the one from the USB stick onto there and bam Firefox 4 opened in all it's glory with all my old bookmarks and everything.
