When I attempt to download Mountain Lion, I get the following error: The product distribution file could not be verified.  It may be damaged or was not signed.

I've tried logging into and out of the App store.  I've tried rebooting my Mac.I even tried repairing the disk permissions on the HD drive to no avail.  Not sure where to go from here, so I thought I would throw it out to the forums for some assistance.
Thanks

I'm getting the same error on my MBP, so perhaps opening day glitches?
