When I attempt to download the lastest OS iPhone update to iTunes, the file is too large for my internet carrier will allow. My max is 400 MB and the file is what about 583 MB? Options? The same is true for the iTunes updates.
When I attempt to download the lastest version of the iphone 4 OS update or the itunes one for the desktop, the file is too large for my internet carrier. It will allow only a 400 MB download versus the download size of 583 MB. Suggestions?
You can download on your work computer, then place the file on your desktop of your home computer, if you want. Then:
Launch iTunes
Option+Click (Mac OS X) or Shift+Click (Windows) the Update button
Select the IPSW update file you just placed on your desktop
Let iTunes update your hardware to the latest version
The .ipsw file is located here:
Windows XP: \Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates
Windows Vista & Windows 7: \Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates
You will have to turn on "Show All Hidden Files & Folders" to see it.

If you have an intel Mac, you can use BootCamp, which is part of your OS and allows you to run Windows.

I have the Adobe CC Photographers package. When I attempt to download the upgrade to Lightroom CC I get the message "Lightroom is downloading now..." however, nothing happens. The download does not begin, I get no error messages.is the 2nd day that Lightroom CC has been available. Is the problem that Adobe can not handle the volume or do I have another problem?

Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

You do not need to involve Creative Cloud to install/try the trial version of CS5...
You can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

Thanks for your reply, but you might have misunderstood it a bit. I'm NOT trying to buy a movie. ****, I'm not even in the actual Apple Store, when this happens I'm in the library not the Store part of iTunes.
To clarify - I have purchased a physical copy of a movie which came with another physical copy which contains the digital copy. The digital copy is on the DVD, all I need is just to transfer this file to my iPod Touch, for example, I'm not trying to download it from the store or repurchase it and it's not any gift code that I've received, the digital copy is on the disc. This is the first time ever that I've purchased something on a disc and I'm not allowed to access it because the disc hasn't been purchased within my country.
So again - I'm not attempting any purchase or download any purchased digital copy - it's on a DVD I own physically so... why is even the region of my Store relevant, the code I enter is (as I assume) just supposed to check if it's a legal genuine copy (which it is, as I've said - there are 6 discs in the pack: 3 movies on 3 Blu-rays and 3 DVD containing these digital copies of them). If I own it, I think that's proof enough that I have the right to use it. I just don't get it. I fully agree with you and understand your point if there was any purchase going on here, but it's not, it's just - I put a disc into my computer and I can't access it -

When I attempt to download an app my email address isn't there, the other ipad users is there. How do I change the email address so I can enter my password?
Go to Settings > iTunes and App Stores
At the top of the window you will see the Apple ID that the iPad is using. To change that tap on the ID and then tap on Sign Out. Then sign in with the correct ID.
Not really a good idea to be using two different Apple IDs on a single iPad.
