When I downloaded iOS 6 or whatever to my iPhone 4S, it took away my sounds like texting, ringtones, iTunes, and speakerphone. What do I do?

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Has any of this been tried?

After I downloaded ios 7.0.2 to my iPad 2 it's asking me to connect to iTunes, but I have never connected this iPad to iTunes. I tried turning it on and off, but it won't do anything until I connect to iTunes. I'm concerned based on some other questions that this is going to erase everything and make me start again. Reset iPad and continue with update.
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

You have an Apple ID signed in to all the devices which is causing this.
"When you sign in to your Apple ID with iMessage using an iPhone with iOS 6, your Apple ID is linked to your phone number. This allows you to receive iMessages sent to your phone number on other iOS 6 devices signed in to the same Apple ID."
To correct this, go into Settings > Messages > Send and Recieve at > See below...
On your phone: Uncheck your son's phone number
On his phone: Uncheck your phone number.
On iPad: Uncheck both phone numbers to prevent iMessages sent to either number to also appear on the iPad.
If you have email addresses associated here, then you may have to remove those as well, although you won't be able to remove the Apple ID that you're using. Any iMessage sent to that Apple ID will arrive at all the device unless you sign out of that Apple ID and create/use another Apple ID for that device.

no you can't as iTunes requires you to go to the iPad and turn OFF find my iPhone

Apps disappeared from iPhone 5 when I downloaded ios 7.

When I downloaded ios 7 to my iphone 5, many of my apps disappeared. I can find them by using the search on the phone, but there are no icons. When I go to the App Store and pull up those apps, the "Open" button is where the download button usually is. How do I get the icons back?

I have an article for you here that can help you troubleshoot this issue:
Battery life seems short

Try turning iPhone off and then on again.
Connect iPhone to iTunes and restore iPhone.
If the screen shows a low-battery image, the battery is low on power and needs to charge for up to ten minutes before you can use it.
When charging iPhone, make sure to leave it charging until it is fully charged. You'll know the battery is fully charged when the battery icon in the upper-right corner of the screen looks like this .
Note: When charging using a computer, don't connect iPhone to a keyboard. Also, the computer must be turned on and not in sleep or standby mode. If iPhone is connected to a computer that's not turned on or is in sleep or standby mode, the iPhone battery may drain.
Note: Charging with a FireWire-based power source is not supported, except on original iPhone.

Since downloading IOS 7.0 on my iPhone 4 I do not have the ability to connect to wifi. I can't even move the on/off button at all. Also, the "personal hot spot"

Since downloading IOS 7.0 on my iPhone 4, I cannot connect to wifi. The button is greyed out, so I can't even turn it on. I can't download the upgraded version that fixes some of the bugs because you have to be able to connect to the internet to download it. I also noticed that under "Settings", my Bluetooth and Personal Hot Spot settings are constantly roaming with the circle that just keeps going around and around. I've tried everthing (I think). It was directly related to the 7.0 download because it happened right away. Any ideas? I listen to a lot of eBooks when I commute each day and I need to connect to the internet to download the full versions. I miss my books!!

I am trying to download ios 8.3 to my iphone 6. I just got my iphone last week. I have had no problems downloading apps or anything else. However, when I get to the Terms and Conditions page of the new update my phone gets stuck after I hit "Agree" at the bottom of the page. It won't start the download. In fact, I can't even exit the page. It is frustrating to me. I have tried resetting my phone by holding down the home and sleep button, but no luck. Any suggestions?

I tried deleting FireFox and reinstalling it multiple times, and a message pops up sometimes that says FireFox may not have installed correctly, so I follow the steps, but all the extra icons on my desktop don't go away. This has happened every time I have downloaded FireFox. The browser itself works, but I need to know how to get rid of these icons, but still be able to use FireFox. This is on a new computer, with Windows 7.

I am running Windows 7 64 bit ultimate and have the same problem. My hard drive crashed, installed a new one and then reinstalled CS5 extended. Installation went fine, but can no longer open my camera RAW files from Photoshop (camera is a Canon EOS T2i. The message also tells me I am not eligible for the update. I am... and I cannot open my files and I could before. I can find nowhere to contact Adobe to tell me how to proceed. My daughter is all a registered user of the same product and she had no problems upgrading... we purchased ours each at the same time. I do know the difference is that I had to reinstall and she did not. If that means anything.
