When i try to install story desktop i get this message: The application cannot be installed due to a certificate problem. The certificate does not match the installed application certificate, does not support application upgrades, or is invalid. Please

Please follow these steps:
- Remove the currently installed Adobe Story app from your system
- If you are using windows, you can do it through control panel
- If you are using Mac, open the Applications folder and move 'Adobe Story' application to Trash. (Please remove it from trash too)
( Please make sure that no other installation of Adobe Story is present in your system by searching 'Adobe Story' in Spotlight. Remove if present. )
- Then install the latest version by downloading the installer file directly from: http://story.adobe.com/AIR/AdobeStory.air

On you iPhone, force close all the Apps in the multitask window.
Follow these steps to force an app to close:
From the Home screen, click the Home button twice.
Tap and hold on the app.
When it starts to jiggle, tap the to close it one by one until all cleared
Now do a Soft reset of your iPhone:
Hold both Home and Sleep button for around 10secs until you see the Apple logo then release. After it returns to Home screen, connect to sync and see if this resolves the issue. -

What do I need to do when I get this message? "Photoshop can not print this document"
Those pixel dimemsions have aspect ratios that are not the same as a 5 x7 print:
1360 x 1360 = 1.0
790 x 640 = 1.23
2048 x 1366 = 1.5
An 7 x 5 image = 1.4.
So you'll need to crop the images to 5 x 7 before printing. The first two images are a little light in the pixels to produce a high resolution 5 x 7 print.

My calandar on mac pro isn't online, when I try to take it online it says:
The request for account “iCloud” failed.
The server responded with

How do I fix it? It's not syncing with my phone or ipad or icloud online. ThanksIn System Preferences>iCloud, click the account button, log off then back on.

I am trying to download a document which requires me to have Adobe Reader, which I do; however, it keeps asking me to install the Reader program.
