When i want to down load an app it keeps refusing to take my apple iD even though i have gone to the trouble of creating a new one
I have an Iphone4s when I try to download and app I keep entering my apple id password & it will not accept it. I even went to the trouble of setting a new one up but still no luck please help
Whats the full message that are you seeing on your phone's screen, and does your account work on your computer's iTunes for downloading items (e.g. if you select a free app can you 'buy' it) ?

I have the box marked "Show my windows and tabs from last time" for when I open Firefox, but it never shows that, just my homepage. Also, when I check my History, it only shows the pages that I opened since I started Firefox, nothing from before. Even if I were to open up 10 pages now, close Firefox, and open it, the history would only show the homepage that opened this time, not any of the 10 pages that I opened 5 minutes ago.

When I try to down load any apps the screen shows -example you tube app can't down load this time. This is appearing every time on the screen and options are Done/reentry please do my favour.

I have reported this problem from the beginning of the MBP release back in February.
They have not solved it during any of my repairs.
I have found the following helps, but does not solve:
1. Disconnecting and reconnecting the magsafe power adapter
2. Resetting your PMU
3. Locking your Energy settings by clicking the lock in the lower left hand corner
It seems to be a software bug that is somehow potentially related to the screen saver. When you shut your screen saver off... it sometimes disappears. -
I updated to ios7 on my iphone 4 and now cant install apps and one app says waiting for 2 days now. Also it started ading apps from my wife's phone onto my phone even though we have separate apple ids.
We do not share an apple ID and her phone is now logged in with her account and I have since backed it up on itunes under her account as well. I have turned off automatic downloads on her phone but they still keep downloading. I delete one app and then another one just appears on the phone.

Someone installed babylon toolbar on top of Firefox - since then when I try to open a new tab, it automatically goes to a babylon search page, even though I have un-installed the toolbar.

My Ipod does not show in Itunes, when I connect it shows for a second a disappears again, I have gone through the trouble shooting but no luck?
:-) the problem is solved. Thanks to a great typ in one of the other discussions with alt+cmd+S iTunes looks again like something I recognize. After removing the iPod from iMac and also from the connecting "holder", turning it on ad off, rebooting the iMac, maggic happens and the iPod now shows in iTunes and everything works just fine.

In terms of account lock outs due to security reasons, when is time to delete the account and create a new one?
iCloud accounts and Apple IDs can't be deleted.

i have an ipod 2 and i can not down load most apps on the appstore because it says that i need a higher software but then i go on to my imac computer to update my ipods software it says that it is the current soft ware for this device so i am stuck with IOS 4.2.1 witch dose nothing please help me.
The 2G iPod can only go as high as iOS 4.2.1. You have two choices:
- Live with not using the latest apps.
- Purchase a newer model iPod. -

my ipad 4 connects to LTE when I am at home, even though I have wifi. LTE is faster so it connects first, which costs me money. I know I can turn LTE off on settings but then when I turn it back on when I go out I forget to turn it back off at home.
My iPad will show a cellular connection even though it is using Wi-Fi as long as I have cellular turned on. Are you sure that your iPad is actually using the cellular instead of Wi-Fi?

Nothing happens when I try to down load an app on my iPad. Pwd is correct.
When I try to install apps on my iPad I input the correct apple ID and password but the app doesn't down load, the icon just reverts to "install" and won't progress. It worked fine previously. I've recently upgraded to IOS 6.1.1 and then to 6.1.2, not sure if that's significant.
ThanksChanged how? Did you update the Apple ID with a new email address or create a new Apple ID?
Keep in mind that content acquired from iTunes is permanently tied to the Apple ID it was acquired with.
If you created a new Apple ID, stop using it immediately. -
Just re-installed itunes and want to download app from store. Itunes imforms me that my appleI/D has been disabled. Is there any way that I can keep my I/D by re-enabling it or do I have to create a new apple I/D
