When Start SFC using SfcStartServiceInterface, Exception happened.

Question

1)I want to start an SFC by using SfcStartServiceInterface. but Exception happened.
code:
SfcStartServiceInterface sfcStartSvc = Services.getService("com.sap.me.production", "SfcStartService");
String sfcCd = "A001";     
String operation = "operation_test";
String resource="resoure_test";
StartSfcRequest startSfcRequest = new StartSfcRequest();
startSfcRequest.setSfcRef(sfcCd);
startSfcRequest.setOperationRef(operation);
startSfcRequest.setResourceRef(resource);
//startSfcRequest.setUserRef(logonID);
List<StartSfcRequest> sfcList = new ArrayList<StartSfcRequest>();
sfcList.add(startSfcRequest);
try {
     sfcStartSvc.start(sfcList);
} catch (Exception e) {
     request.setAttribute("ERROR_MSG", e.toString());
Exception :
com.sap.me.frame.transitionutils.Exceptions$LegacyBusinessException
2) if i call the validateStart(sfcList) in JSP , JSP CompilerException happened.
com.sap.engine.compilation.CompilerException:  Compilation Failed! Exit Code=1
what's wrong with my code. pls help me.

Try to change this part, because you are using object names like "A001"
String sfcCd = "A001";     
String operation = "operation_test";
String resource="resoure_test";
According to the API method names you should use references, for example in the method setSfcRef()
startSfcRequest.setSfcRef(sfcCd);
startSfcRequest.setOperationRef(operation);
startSfcRequest.setResourceRef(resource);
To resolve the operation name to operation reference use the service com.sap.me.productdefinition.OperationConfigurationService and method findOperationConfiguration.
To resolve the resource name to resource reference use the service com.sap.me.plant.ResourceConfigurationService and method FindResourceByKeyFieldsRequest.
Unfortunately API doesn't provide the method to resolve SFC to SFC reference, but you can use the following deprecated workaround:
String sfcRef = (new SFCBOHandle(site,sfc)).toString()
