When trying to use WFBbillpay site, on Firefox, I was redirected to an invalid account, could not access my e-bill through this account on firefox, but was LATER ABLE TO ON ANOTHER BROWSER. iS THIS SOMETHING you can fix?

Neither B of a nor WFB can fix this problem. I was able to redirect correctly through IE. Both B of A and Wells suggested that this is a Firefox issue. Can you fix it?
