Where can I find appleworks after I have completely erased my computer.

I recently erased everything off of my computer, but I don't have basic applications like iPhoto or appleworks in my application folder. Where can I find them to download them on to my computer. I heard I could get them on my original mac software that I received when I bought my mac. Is this true?

I'm guessing you have a G5 iMac. If it is a pre-Intel iMac, AppleWorks was pre-installed on it. Apple has written two articles, Knowledge Base article 300316 on installing AppleWorks 6 & Knowledge Base article 61802 on restoring the software than came with your Mac.
The "iMacPowerMac6,1" in your profile doesn't mean much to me or other "old-timers" around here & I haven't found a list to convert it to something I do know.

It's hard to tell -- just going to sleep shouldn't have caused a problem. Something else may be going on.

Google stopped supporting Exchange for free accounts as of 1/31/13. If you already had it set up that way on the device, it will continue to work. However, if you didn't, you'll need to set it up as a regular Gmail account.

I have Cloud running on my work computer and tried to install on my home computer (Win 7). When I launch an app, I am asked to license the software and sign in with my Adobe ID. I do this but am then asked for a serial number. I never received one with my order. Where can I find it?

OK I followed all steps on that page. I was able to connect to https://ims-na1.adobelogin.com/renga-idprovider/resources/img/logos.png to see the two logos but was not able to connect to https://lm.licenses.adobe.com/. I reset my hosts file, checked the certificate, and went through my firewall and router. I can't find anything that is preventing me from seeing https://lm.licenses.adobe.com/. My apps still will not register.
I also followed the last link to https://exception.licenses.adobe.com/aoes/aoes/v1/t1?locale=en to enable offline registration but these directions do not apply to CC. I see no screen that allows me to begin offline registration.

Where can I find bookmarks after backing up computer files for a system restore?

My computer crashed but I was able to run a backup of my computer files to an external hard drive. Then I restored my computer to it's factory settings and had to reinstall Firefox. Now I'm going through my backup on the external hard drive and have found my pictures, internet explorer bookmarks, etc. but can't find my Firefox bookmarks. Where would they be located/what could I search for to find them?
I'm using Windows 7.

You can check the purchase history on your account via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes - though I'm not sure if that shows in-app purchases and/or auto-renewing subscriptions. If you don't recognise, or can't find, the charges, and you haven't added or changed your credit card details on your account (when you do then a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the details are correct and valid, which should disappear within a few days) then you could try contacting iTunes Support via this page and see if they can help : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

Where can I find files that I have dowloaded from the internet

I have tried many times to open pdf or other type of files in attachments to email and from the internet. However I am never able to actually find (much less open) these files. Can anyone tell me where they are stored and how to access them? I will not be able to connect to my computer so I am wonderig if this can be done via Pre? Thanks for any help you can provide. Also wherever these are stored cwill they effect my available memory?

What is an iMac65? That isn't a model identification.
Open System Information/Profiler in the Utilities folder. Report what is listed in the right panel for the Mac Model Identifier. Should be two integers separated by a comma.

the only mention i can find in the users guide is

Ok the program does not have a help button that i can see

You have the latest version (CC 2014.1 or 2014.1.1) in which the interface condenses Design View with Live View buttons in normal layouts. See screenshot.
However, in FGLayouts, Live View is the only option which poses some editing problems and has been highly criticized.
Is there any way to display the Design View in fluid grid pages?
