Where does a new contact get stored when Exchange and iCloud are configured?

I have Contact (and mail and calendar) configured for iCloud and Exchange. When I add a new contact, how do I determin where it is stored?
When I click Add (via the + or Command N) I get
Which account will hold the new contact?

You should be able to switch between three different views at the bottom of Contacts (three buttons next to each other below your contacts list) - the leftmost button should show all your accounts and groups next to your list of contacts and you can then simply drag & drop contacts into an account or group :-)

You should be able to import contacts from a SIM that was used by a different phone. Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendar>Import SIM contacts.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Make sure the contacts you are adding are added to your 'iCloud' group and not an 'On My Mac', 'On My Phone' or other non iCloud group (you can do this by checking in groups), non iCloud contacts will not sync.

Where does a new contact go?

I have synced to a PC at home, and I have contacts turned on for my work Exchange server. I added a contact, which I can find when I search 'All from my PC' but I can't find it in a group.
In the past, when I created a new contact, it would go into Unfiled. I'm not sure where they go now. Any ideas?

I'm not sure I understand; you can sync via cable to a contact list on your computer, OR via ActiveSync to an Exchange server, but not both. Does this explain what you are seeing?

Hi,
I think Data in the buffer is not stored temporarily in any specific table,once it is saved it will be as transaction data of the cube or the master data.
The place where data is stored in buffer is called planning buffer and All changes to the data are written to planning buffer.So you don't have to save continuously.If the data is not already in the buffer, the system reads it either from:
The database table (Customizing objects), or Info cube (Plan Data)
and writes it to the planning buffer.
You can use the given function module to delete the buffer data:'UPF_METHOD_DESTROY'

Where does the ask permission get sent when a child is trying to download an app?

I Purchase a app for family sharing and when my son tries to download it he gets a "ask parent for permission", he clicks the link, but I never see the request to allow the download. Is there a special place I need to go to accept his requests?

It sounds as if you are using Family Sharing and your son is part of your family group, and you have "Ask to buy" enabled for him, is that correct?

In particular see the section titled Make or decline a purchase.
It is important to note that "If a family member downloads a previous purchase again, downloads a shared purchase, installs an update, or uses a redemption code in the store, the organizer won't get a notification."

When you import an audio or video file a group is created for you. You can import media with the same name(videosample.ogv; videosample.mp4) to this group for ensuring browser compatibility. The corresponding format will be chosen depending on the browser that loads the composition.
Regarding WebM format - You can also add a webm file in your composition;However since this is a royalty format, Animate will not show a live preview inside the Authoring tool. If you browser supports this then it will definitely play fine on browser preview.
You can take a look at the In-app Video lesson which is available to you in the lesson panel for more details on how this works.
And yes you have pre-load options for HTML5 Video too, however progressive download is not available. You will need to use scripting using JS for getting this functionality.

You can chhose the backup when you would reset your device. In this case you would get the option, during the set up process, to choose your backup and restore your device from it.
(You can find a few information e.g. size and date of your backup in "Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > Manage Storage")

Contacts are stored on the device. The iPhone does not store contacts on the SIM. Make sure you have been backing up the device and syncing your contacts with a supported application on the computer or iCloud or other cloud service. Changing the SIM will not affect your contacts.

Supporting details are stored in Planning Applications RDBMS. check out HSP_COLUMN_DETAIL and HSP_COLUMN_DETAIL_ITEM in the application relational database
