Where does UIManager Defaults created?

Hi, I'm tring to translate JOptionPane, JColorChooser and so on.
In the forums I saw that the default localization for the components can be found using UIManager. For example the text for the ok button in JOptionPane
can be found using UIManager.get("OptionPane.okButtonText").
My problem is that I can't find where the defaults are stored. I Know that in the past there was a resource bundle called "basic.properties", But now I can't find It (I'm using J2SE 5.0).
Does anyone know where this defaults are stored?
Thanks, Hanoch

My problem is that I can't find where the defaultsare stored.
Why is this a problem. Just use:
UIDefaults defaults =
UIManager.getLookAndFeelDefaults();
and this iterate through all the entries. Or you
could use the following fancy program:
http://www.discoverteenergy.com/files/ShowUIDefaults.java
This in not exactly what I wanted, eventhough the program is very good.
What I need to find is where the default values for the texts are allocated.
For example where can I find:
UIManager.put("OptionPane.okButtonText", "OK");
UIManager.put("OptionPane.yesButtonText", "YES");
And so on...

  • Where does the default route come from ?

    Dear All
As we know, the edge router in client side gets default route from ISP' edge router. Where does the default route come from in ISP? If the ISP edge router has full route table, it produces there. If not, it comes from its upstream router until full routes table(only BGP). Please correct me if I am wrong. Thank you.

    Hello.
While establishing BGP with ISP, there are three options for a client:
    > Default route (used in general) - client router forwards every request (for destination route) to ISP router.
    > Full route - ISP router's complete routing table would be received and maintained in client router.
    > Partial route - Only specific route would be received from ISP (Head office - Branch office scenario)
ISP generate default route from their peering router that should have full routing table or knowledge of the router having it. A local ISP may generate default to their client and have one received from their upstream or global / larger ISP. Hope this helps.

The TimesTen daemon message logs are located in the daemon home directory which by default is <tt_install_dir>/info but can be changed to another location at install time.
A datastore's transaction log files are located by default in the same diredctory as the checkpoint files (specified by the DSN attribute Datastore) but can be placed eslewhere using the DSN attribute LogDir.
Again, this is all covered in the documentation. With all due respect, this forum is not intended to be a substitute for reading the comprehensive and well written documentation.

  • Where does Abap Dataflow create the Abap program

Within Abap dataflow properties i have to give program name: which i gave as : Z_MaraXtract
The abap dataflow extracted data perfectly fine. it created a dat file in working folder and also populated data to template table.
Where does this Abap program "Z_MaraXtract: gets created?
Thanks a lot for the helpful info.

    Hi Raj,
You are probably looking for Z_MaraXtract on your DS box. This is the same thing I was looking for, for a long time.
This is the Abap program name. The file that DataServices uses is in the folder you defined in the data store, advanced,  Generated ABAP directory.
To the the OS filename on your DS server , rightclick on the ABAP Dataflow, properties, select the tab options and you will see a "Generated Abap filename" field. The name you put there is the physical filename on, say Windows. If you open that file (with notepad) you will see the ABAP program name  Z_MaraXtract.

  • Where does WebDynpro ABAP URL get defaulted

When creating a WebDynpro ABAP application, the URL gets generated automatically.
My question is where does this path get generated from.  Is there a place to edit the settings?
The reason why I ask is that the Basis team has disabled protocol HTTP and are now using HTTPS.
The problem is, our WebDynpro ABAP applications still get defaulted to HTTP in the URL string.
Where do you change the settings?

Yes, I replied to your question before realizing the answer had been given by Shruti.  By going to tcode SMICM, in GOTO/services menu, I noticed that HTTP and HTTPS were both set to active.  So, I inactivated the HTTP and by doing that the WebDynpro ABAP application URL's that get defaulted (tab folder adminstrative data) now default to HTTPS and the port defined in SMICM.
The Basis team had disabled HTTP, I assuming by removing the port address, but keeping the HTTP service active and this was causing a problem for all the WebDynpro ABAP programs.  They were still defaulting to HTTP.  Why they did not make this change I just did, I don't know.
I couldn't get anyone to take charge of this, so I did.
    Problem solved.

  • Where does HP BIOS flash update tool save old BIOS backup by default

Where does this HP BIOS flash update tool save old BIOS backup by default ?
    http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=ob-69499-1&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&...

I think the gpu has failed again, if the bios was dead you would get no beeps, it is the bios that generates the hardware failure beeps.
Home brew reflows generally do not last too long or can cause more damage.
The reason the gpu comes loose on most of that vintage was due to 2 problems
    1. Overheating
    2. Poor quality solder used when the gpu and other motherboard components were flowed at the factory.
Reflowing it does not always work because of the quality of the ball solder they used, also you only get one reflow attempt, doing more than one weakens the original solder even more. Most likely the seller reflowed it shortly before selling it to you.
Proper repair is what is called a reball (solder replacement) of the gpu, not may repair facilities have the equipment to performed this, and is usually expensive procedure depending on the motherboard design.

  • Where does the JAVA_DEPLOY role get created????

    Environment:
    OWB 10g
    Runtime: 9.2.0.4
    Repository: 9.2.0.4
    OS: AIX 5.2
I am trying to create a Runtime Repository on an RS6000 and am getting an error inthe log file that says the JAVA_DEPLOY role is not created.
    OK, I give up.
I have searched and read and Googled and crossed my fingers but to no avail.
I have another runtime repository set up and working fine and I 'thought' I was setting this one up the same way but obviously I've missed something.
Do I need to install Workflow or something strange like that to get the role created? It exists in my other environment but I can't get it 'born' in this one.
Someone please help me with JAVA_DEPLOY 101.
    Many thanks.
    Gary

I installed the XML JDK for PL/SQL and the install worked finally.
I say 'finally' because I found several hoops I had to jump through whenever I wanted to restart the installation process. I'll document them here for anyone attempting the same.
I was trying to create a new Runtime Repository on a different server and ran into several issues that stopped the installation and forced me to do some housecleaning and restart the installation script 'runtimeinst.sh'.
1- The first time I tried the install I was told the role JAVA_DEPLOY was not created. After a lengthy search I just created the role manually and assigned it. I assumed it wouldn't do any harm since the role had no other roles nor any system privileges assigned to it. It worked.
2- I had to drop the users that were created: Runtime Repository schema (RTR), Runtime User (RTU) and OWBRT_SYS.
3- I also had to drop the roles created: WB_A_*, WB_D_*, WB_R_* and WB_U_*. The install script does a straight 'CREATE' and doesn't check to see if the role is already created. Bummer.
After several attempts it looks like the new runtime environment is installed.
Now I have to see if it works!

  • [solved] Where does yaourt store packages it creates from AUR ?

    Hi !
Using yaourt for AUR access, pretty happy with it, too (most features & fast enough for me).
Now when I install something from the AUR, I'd like to keep a backup copy of the package (handy especially for some git / svn packages that do not always build). This leads to the question, where does yaourt store the packages before installing (should be able to grab a copy then ...) ? Or does yaourt itself keep a backup copy somewhere, like pacman does ?
    Thanks, A.

  • On Flash Gallery, where does the Description wind up?

    Lightroom 2.4.  Mac OS X 10.4.11
I am using flash web templates which are based on, and similar to, the default flash gallery.  The Collection Description is "Web Photo Gallery created by Adobe Lightroom."  If I change that text, I see that my template name is no longer selected, indicatiing that this is in fact, a change. as I would suspect.
But where the heck is that text in the web page?  I didn't see the default one, and I don't see my changed version.
In my browser, I looked at the source, and I do not see that text as a meta description either.
Where does it wind up?  What is the feature for, if it creates neither visible text or meta text?
    Dean

On the top left corner of the gallery page you should see an item labelled View. Click on the label to expose a context menu. The last option on the context menu is About these Photos. Clicking on this option should expose the description.

  • Where Does documents gets stored using FM SO_DOCUMENT_INSERT_API1

    Hi All,
I am using FM SO_DOCUMENT_INSERT_API1 to store document from WD interface. Now I have couple of questions
    1) Is this FM creates a sap office document
If yes how do I transfer SAP office documents storage from table SOFFCONT1 (default) to external content server.
Now If its a sap office document I have refereed this [link|Re: Generic Object Services]
and when I go to change storage catagory and change document area in transaction OACT to document management system it gives me prompt Repository SOFFDB does not have an explicit document area.
Please clarify over above two points.

  • Where does portal details gets stored in the backend

    Hi Gurus,
Where does portal contents gets stored in the portal related backend ?
Example:  We have Content Administration under which we create iviews, pages, worksets and roles. Where does this gets stored ? do they get stored in some table as shown below ?
    Table:
    Parameters:
iview   'Report a Problem' iView Path      Add Padding Inside Tray   Allow Client-Side Caching   Application Name
    Values:
    Test       com.sap.portal.epsolman.EPSolman     Yes                                     Yes                                Testapp
How can we fetch the details ?
    Regards,
    Rashmi

    Hi Rashmi
To get the data from the portal database you need to use a datasource lookup.
    Context ctx = new InitialContext();
    DataSource ds = (DataSource)ctx.lookup("jdbc/SAP/BC_JMS");
    Connection con = ds.getConnection();
The following datasources are provided by default for reading data from portal database
    SAP/BC_JMS,SAP/BC_UME, SAP/BC_WDRR.
You can read more about JDBC Connector Service in the link [http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/31/4cc81b275a419c8c72dca94366318a/frameset.htm|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/31/4cc81b275a419c8c72dca94366318a/frameset.htm]
