Internet Explorer 11 by default send requests to servers using AES256 algorythm instead of using AES128 bits (used for PKI Service). Which steps we need to follow in order to IE 11 can send requests using AES 128.

Shuffling the cipher suits should do the trick.

At a command prompt, enter gpedit.msc. The Group Policy Object Editor appears.
Expand Computer Configuration, Administrative Templates, Network, and then click SSL Configuration Settings.
Under SSL Configuration Settings, click the SSL Cipher Suite Order setting.
In the SSL Cipher Suite Order pane, scroll to the bottom of the pane.
Follow the instructions labeled How to modify this setting.
It is necessary to restart the computer after modifying this setting for the changes to take effect. The list of cipher suites is limited to 1023 characters.

At which point you may place AES 128 suites before AES-256 suites, which is actually the default I believe even for TLS 1.2.

Create the App server as the same prod -- WLS as example,
Create the p6 domain in WL;
Install the P6 r81 software;
Clone the Prod's P6 db to the Dev;
Dbconfigure the cloned P6db
Deploy the P6 8.1 ear file which should be the same as the prod's;
Reconcile the P6 81 patches with Prod's.

You can set them up with your Apple ID if you want to. You can also set them up with their dad's Apple ID. Depending on how old the boys are, you can even let then have their own Apple ID's. The one thing that you don't want to do is have them use more than one Apple ID on their iPads.
If you want to be able to share purchased content, then setting them up with either your ID or your husband's (?) ID would be the way to go. If the boys share an ID with one of you, they can download content that you have already purchased without having to pay for it again.
If you and have the financial wherewithal to allow them to purchase their own individual content, I would recommend letting them have their own Apple ID. This way, as they grow older and eventually move on, they will have their own accounts, their own purchases .... No ties needed to your ID or to dad's ID. FaceTime and Messages will be a little easier to set up if they have their own ID's and they can have their own iCloud accounts as well. However, they must be 13 years old in order to have an Apple ID and iTunes account. If they are under 13, then it's a no brainer you will have to use yours or their father's ID.
Whatever you decide to do, just don't switch from one ID to another ID on the iPads. That gets confusing and they could end up locking themselves out of one of the ID's for 90 days if they download a past purchase using a different ID.

I want to become an APPS applications technical developer. I have nearly 3 years of experience in Pl/Sql and SQL and around 2 years of experience in Oracle Forms. Currently I am in Singapore for a Pl/Sql Project. And I am about to start learning Oracle APPS on my own using the above mentioned docs.
But after learning the same, kindly please guide me, regarding what best are my employment opportunities in Singapore with this profile. Because by that time I will not be having any Work Experinece in Oracle APPS (but only knowledge in Oracle APPS) and will companies in Singapore be ready to take a person with this kind of profile (One who has technical and work experince in Oracle Pl/Sql, Forms and Reports + technical knowledge and no work experince in Oracle APPS) ?
I am in a big dillema on this and so kindly please help me on the same.

My requirement in XI is : Padded zeros which is removed need to be replaced by spaces.
for removing padded zeros I used the UDF:
int i = Integer.parseInt(a);
return (Integer.toString(i));
It is working fine.
Please help as how to go abt in coding : whatever zeros get taken off , need to be replaced with spaces.

According to the logic given by Henrique, its working. But the point to the noted is that :
The number of spaces need to be equal to the number of zeros removed, where it not happening in this case.for the below Ex when applied it returned ' 12345' instead of ' 12345'.
For ex. source field is '000012345' then the target field need to be ' 12345'.
the Type declared in the data type for the receiver field is integer with length 15.
Is it possible to move the field value to the right justified, so the the padded zeros code when applied will automatically load spaces.Becoz the code written for removing zeros contains String due to which it is left justified i think.
The code written for removing zeros is :
int i = Integer.parseInt(a);
return (Integer.toString(i));
please suggest in this regard.

Are you posting this question for one of your coworkers? What do you mean, "... +which patch i *need* to install+ ..."? Only you can determine if there is a need for a patchset.
If you are not experiencing any problems with this very obsolete version then you don't need to install any patches. If however, you are experiencing problems then your only option would be to install one of the last patches which was Patch 17 or Patch 18 (which was intended for EBiz). These patches are only available for customers possessing current accounts to MyOracleSupport.
If you do have a valid Support contract and do have access to MOS, here is some information you should review:

You don't need to upgrade your software. But if you're struggling with Spry, IMO you should cut your losses and switch to something better for the longrun.

Before you try to copy your iPhoto library anywhere, make sure it does not have any inconsistencies, that could prevent copying. Run a rebuild, using the First Aid tools. See this post by Old Toad on how to do it: Re: iPhoto version 8.1.2

That error message is very typical for copying between incompatible file systems. I get this error message usually when I try to move iPhoto libraries or Aperture libraries to drives with MS Dos (FAT) or unix formatting, or when some of the image files inside the library contain ethnic characters (Umlaute), have very long file names, or the filenames contain other special characters.
Do you have any other large data sets that you could try to move to your NAS instead of your iPhoto library? Movies, Music? Then move these first to have enough working space, when you try to move the iPhoto library. If you are running out of space, it will be difficult for the OS to move large amounts of data at once. That will need working space.
