Who do I complain to regarding an Apple iPhone upgrade that has taken my my full screen contact picture and turned it into a tiny circle that is hard to see at a glance!!!

I'm trying to find an outlet for the frustration I feel regarding the "upgrade" that replaced my full screen picture for my contact numbers to a tiny, little dot in the right hand corner. Are they going to give us an option to go back or did someone just need to justify their job by making changes??

With that behavior you need to take the iPhone to an Apple store genius bar for an out-of-warranty replacement. In the US that is $269 for the iPhone 5.

I am not a technical person, I just want to be able to use Photoshop Elements and get on with it. I bought Photoshop Elements via Amazon some months ago and it worked fine. I then got a message that advised that the trial version would expire, which it subsequently has (I have been trawling your site for weeks and weeks trying to find an email or phone contact to get some assistance). Relucltantly, I am now typing this - and I suspect it will not help in the slightest! I bought the FULL not TRIAL edition of Photoshop Elements and I have contacted Amazon who confirmed this, but say I need to contact you. Can you please let me know how I can resolve this? I am assuming the phone was working prior to you installing IOS 6? Did you use itunes to install IOS 6 or just run from the phone?
When I tried to do the Over The Air update to IOS6 on my iPhone 4, it errored out and I had to connect it to iTunes and select "Restore" from the summary screen after iTunes finds the phone is connected. If this works for you, it will go through a couple of reboots that take a few minutes to complete. It should then give you the option to start with a fresh new phone or to use one of your previous backups to load your contacts and other information, provided you have backed up the phone previously.

Are you still running iOS 7 bet?. If so go to the private developer section for help. We cannot help you here with beta software.

Check the settings in the Accounts for Mail.
Mail > Preferences > Accounts > Click on your email Account in the left column > What appears under Full Name in the right column?
If that is the incorrect name you're describing change it to your correct name.

Try to edit the size of the page using the sides of the page, or if you are desperate, force quit using command-Q. In full screen put your cursor on the top of the page, and the menu bar will appear. If it doesn't keep "pushing" it up until it does. Hope this helps!

I recently just downloaded the 'Waze' app as a backup for my Garmin. I've read a few reviews that seem to rant and rave about how good the GPS app is. It is community driven and maps are constantly being updated by users. Plus it has a few other fun stuff in it (something similar to Gasbuddy where you can owe prices on the map). But like the person above me said, there is lots of useful free GPS apps in the App Store.
Oh and I may be wrong but I remember reading an article about Google being slower about updating its maps system--ie no turn by turn voice, which many people have had complaints about.

I have problems when I check my proyect in full screen it simply stops and aborts out of imovie, tells me that ocurred an error and asks me if I want to report to apple the error. Can anyone tell me how I can take photos from Pictures and move them into iPhotos so that I can share them on photo stream to my Apple TV?

I have tried all morning to get my picture files to move into iPhotos. I want to push them using photo stream to my Apple TV. My picture files were originally from a Windows programme, I have too many photos to loose or just lay unviewed on my Mac!

Have you tried the import function on iPhoto? Have you tried just dragging them into the iphoto app?

My ipod touch 4th gen is a having a few problems with charging and turning on, my ipod comes up with the extremely low on power symbol and then i put it into my computer and it comes up with the charging symbol then it goes to the apple logo and then onto a blank white screen and then turns off and repeats that process i have tried various things including resetting my ipod trying to connect it to itunes but it doesnt come up with anything so i cant reset it on itunes and have tried various charging devices.

Tried it but it won't do anything all it does is make the screen do a very small flash of white and then continues doing the same thing appearing with apple logo then the white screen and off and keeps repeating that
I'm guessing the white small flash means it's been reset when I hold the 2 buttons down,

If the touch screen physically doesn't work, it's too late to back it up. You should have been syncing your contacts with something... a cloud service or contact manager on a PC. If you were not, then I'm afraid you're going to lose them.
