Why can't I receive a confirmation of my upcoming flight when they have my correct email address, which I have confirmed twice?

I recently booked a flight and asked for an email to give me the record locator number and confirm the cost. I had given them my email address. A week later it had not shown in my inbox, so I called their help number with the request that they send it again. Still no email from them, so I called again. They confirmed that an email had been sent both times and re-confirmed my address. They agreed to try again. Now several days later and still no email. Is there a spam box that they might be going into. If so, how do I access it? I see nothing about it in the subject line or the menu. Thanks!

    It's good you looked in the Manual first. Certainly not everyone does that.
    With Apple products, I've found that not everything is completely documented, but sometimes if you try something that seems like it should work, it actually does work.
    That's how I personally learned about this feature.

    If your Apple ID is the one that you use for making all of your purchases, it should, automatically appear in FaceTime already. How a no longer valid email address got there to begin with is a mystery to me, if in fact you do have, and have been using another Apple ID.
    Go to Settings>FaceTime>Apple ID. Tap the old email address and sign out, sign in with your Apple ID. It should be verified and allow you to select it as the address that you can be reached by for FaceTime.
    If that does not work, time FaceTime off, restart your iPad and then start all over again.

    Why can't I receive/send i-messages? If recieve them, they go through text-plus. I can only send messages to certain people.

    Look at the Contact Info for the person you are trying to message under "Contacts". If their number is listed under "Mobile" and not "iPhone" then it won't let you contact them. All you have to do is list the number as an iPhone number.   You can only recieve and send messages to/from people with an iOS device.

    With the introduction of iCloud, Apple has discontinued its "@mac.com" addresses support and has switched to Users using "@me.com" suffixes.  To utilize this you will need to setup an iCloud account with a new Apple ID. And Apple discontinued iChat and has switched to Messages.app, using Apple ID's.

    I have the same problem. I changed my email address with itunes, & the icloud website knows it too. but the icloud on my iphone still has the old one & wont allow me to change it. I can change the password but the email address is grayed out so I can't change it. I have tried signing out via the store on my phone & back in but it made no difference. Help!!     It's happening because you are using the same Apple ID for iMessage.  You don't need to do anything with your iCloud account to fix this.  You should create a separate Apple ID for her device to use with iMessage and FaceTime.  (You can continue to share the same ID for purchasing from the iTunes and App stores if you wish; it doesn't need to be the same as the ID you use for other services.)  Once you've done this, on her device go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with the new ID.  Do the same thing in Settings>FaceTime.
    Another caution is that if you share and iCloud account with her, any data you both sync with the account such as contacts, will be merged and the merged data will appear on both devices.  If you don't want to end up with each other's contacts, calendars, etc. on your devices, you should have separate iCloud accounts to.  If you want to make this change, go to Settings>iCloud on her device and tap Delete Account.  (This only deletes the account from the device, not from iCloud.)  When prompted about what to do with the iCloud data be sure to choose Keep On My iPod.  Then set up a new iCloud account with her new ID, turn on iCloud data syncing again, and when prompted choose Merge.

    If you are unable to send or receive email, try the following steps:
    Restart the iOS device.
    Tap Safari and attempt to load a webpage to ensure that the device has Internet access. If you're unable to load a webpage, try the Wi-Fi assistant.
    Try an alternative Internet connection.
    If your email is provided by your Internet provider, try connecting from the home network.
    If your iOS device has an active cellular data plan, try to disable Wi-Fi:  Tap Settings > Wi-Fi and turn off Wi-Fi.

    You may also want to contact your carrier and see if there is anything funny going on with your profile.
