Why can't I use FaceTime on ipad? I had the ability, then I got my new phone and can't answer on my iPad, but can answer on my phone.

I have been using my iPad to FaceTime. She. I got my new phone I started using facetime on that also. Now I can't get my calls to connect on my iPad. I have tried changing my settings so that only when you call using my email on my iPad and my phone number on my phone and selecting both on both devices and still no help. What should my setting be on for my iPad and my phone so I can FaceTime on either one?

Yes. You are being paranoid.
There is no Fcetime icon on any iphone. You turn it on in settings. Select a contact and scroll down to the facetime button in order to make a facetime call.
You cannot delete or add the app store.
It was likely on another page, in a folder or you have restrictions set.
Don't know what "can't download anything " means.

There isn't currently a way of seeing a list of which computers are authorised, but have you had other computers in the past and/or upgraded the OS on your computers without first deauthorising them ? Individual computers can only be deauthorised directly on them, but as you have multiple computers authorised then you can log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and 'deauthorise all' (which you can do once every 12 months) and you can then authorise/reauthorise the computers that you still have and need.

There is no way to share your music on the iPad to his Nano without a computer - that I can think of anyway. No third party application will work unless both devices have WiFi and many of them require a computer as well.
I would suggest downloading iTunes on your PC, transfer your music to the iTunes library and then sync the Nano.
Maybe I am missing something but I don't think this is possible as you are currently set up.

Wifi goes on and off, backlit keyboard doesn't work and no sound since Lion upgrade. I can get the wifi back by going into safe mode and re booting(someone suggested on here), but can't let computer die or turn off or have to do it again.

Take it to an Apple store or AASP. How much it will cost will depend on their determination of the problems. To bad you didn't purchase extended AppleCare. No you don't get your money back for purchasing Lion.

Ok if disk utility was able to verify the drive I doubt there is any problem.. are you trying to open a TM backup??
You need to mount the sparsebundle then check the actual info inside the bundle.
Don't use disk warrior.. if the disk has verified then unless you deliberately deleted files there is nothing that is going to do.

But if you have copied info to the TC that is now gone.. and the disk is ok.. I am not sure.. the TC will not have deleted the files itself.

You don't have to give them real answers. WHen I did it I made them up, then wrote down the answers and have it filed away. You have to give them some sort of answer, so make them fake ones and you protect your info and satisfy iTunes at the same time.
the questions can be a bit of a pain, but really, they're there because anything like an itunes account can be a hacker target. So the questions are a way to slow it down.

The quicker solution is to subscribe for a Creative Cloud plan and juts go with that one but if you still need to go for the Cs5 go to this link Download and Installation Help | Download and Installation Help and scroll down. There is a section about downloading old versions of Creative Suite and Cs5 is there for you.
