Heh, I encountered this problem yesterday, though I managed to figure out how to fix it by consulting the Run-Time Error documentation.
However what would be really handy for people in the future is if someone at Adobe could update the Understanding the protected content workflow document (I used http://help.adobe.com/en_US/as3/dev/WS5b3ccc516d4fbf351e63e3d118666ade46-7ce3.html for reference) to mention that catching error 3343 would be worthwhile along with the 3344.

Assuming you activated iCloud, try going to Settings>iCloud and make sure Calendars and Contacts are set to ON.

Why do I keep seeing the Adobe Splash/Credits Screen?

I have Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended suite. I am very new to Photoshop so bear with me. Whatever I do, it seems the Adobe Splash/Credits screen comes on first and then it takes me to the screen I have selected. For example, whenever I select a photo while in Bridge, before it goes directly into Photoshop for viewing/editing, I will see the splash screen. It seems to take forever to keep switching screens. Is there a way to get rid of that splash screen appearing every time?

Thank you for your reply. I showed an expert Photoshop friend of mine yesterday what was happening and he said something's not right. He uses CS2, not 3.
I have both Photoshop and Bridge running minimized. I have my preferences that Bridge automatically launches with Photoshop. For each photo I open in Bridge, as it takes me into Photoshop, that lovely splash screen starts to roll first. Remember, Photoshop is already running. I'm thinking there's a bug in my software. I can't imagine that this is normal. And it's not consistent,which is even stranger. I was going to attempt to install the program on another computer just to see if the same thing happens. Should I uninstall and reinstall?

Where are you trying to download the install files too? You can try completing solution 1 in Troubleshoot Adobe Download Assistant - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-download-assistant.html#main_Solutio n_1.
Also which Internet Service provider are you using? I have had a number of users report this issue but myself and my colleagues have been unable to duplicate this error.
Alternately you can follow the steps listed in http://forums.adobe.com/thread/981369 to initiate a direct download. If you could still respond though with your ISP it would be appreciated.

Why do I keep seeing popups "ads blocked for....."

These popups are small, rectangular, and have yellow borders containing diagonal black stripes. They contain the text "Ads blocked for" and a set of numbers.
I have unblocked the block popups menu and have deleted some site's cookies.

Why do I keep seeing the connect iPod to iTunes after a simple software update?

I was prompted to upgrade to iOS 6 today, and so I did. About 30 minutes later, iTunes flashes an alert that says: "iTunes has detected an iPod in recovery mode. You must restore this iPod before it can be used with iTunes." It says if I restore it, it'll be reset to factory defaults, but that I have the option to restore contacts and texts later. Will all my apps such as Facebook, Spotify, TextMe, and Twitter still be intact? I also don't understand why my iPod screen will not change or move...it's stuck on the picture of the iTunes logo with an arrow with a cord beneath it. Any help is appreciated!

This keeps appearing where the wifi icon is at the top right!? Happens all the time thoughout the day and when it reads GPRS i then have NO INTERNET!!!! GPRS is just a slower data connection, it's treated the same as EDGE and 3G. While I don't know for sure, I read that if you get into an Edge data area and then slide into a 3G area, the phone will continue to say GPRS.

Why do I keep seeing "L" as a song title?

I have uploaded a few songs to my iPod and while I listen to them I look at the screen and it shows the title of the song as being "L." I've looked on iTunes when it is connected, but everything seems fine. In the "Songs" menu it shows no odd titles, but it is only while the song is playing. Any suggestions?

Does it display ALL song titles as "L"? Are the rest of the tags correct (the artist and album names)? It's possible that the songs in question are using characters that the iPod doesn't recognize (I saw a similar symptom appear with some Hawaiian songs I have); try renaming the songs and seeing if that helps. If this does affect every song, try restoring the iPod and seeing how it works after that.

My computer isn't crashing... but most of the time when I restart I see that there's something in the trash.

This actually happens quite often. And I don't even remember using those fonts. It happens even when I don't use Word or InDesign.

It is Safari, as I have occasionally seen the same thing. I think what happens is this:
1. You go to a site that specifies some odd-ball font that you do not have installed, but you do have a copy of it somewhere (in my case I have an enormous font collection on a backup drive)
2. The system now knows where all fonts are--don't remember whether this started in Leopard or Snow Leopard--regardless of WHERE those fonts are, and Safari has access to this info
3. Since the font isn't installed Safari asks you if it can use the font
4. Safari copies the font into a temporary location, probably one of the standard tmp folders in /private/var/folders/ and leaves the font there
5. When you shutdown and subsequently restart the system disposes of a lot of gunk that gets left in the tmp folder, and puts said gunk in the Recovered Items folder.
If it annoys you to have stuff in the Trash, you could go ahead and install the fonts. However I have never bothered since TextEdit ALWAYS leaves a bit of trash behind, and I use it nearly every day, so I almost always have to empty the Trash and the Recovered Items folder anyway.

Thank you. You're dealing with an old woman doing her best here. Sorry, I was somewhat distracted when I posed the question having been wrestling with it all afternoon. Yes, I am using iTunes Producer and have filled in all the information requested including cover art. The file is saved in iBooks format.
I click on Files at top left, which I assume to be the thing to do, and get a a new page showing red circle with a number 1 in it. Clicking on that produces this :
"Drag and drop the full book that will be used on the iBooks store. Books can be in the EPUB or iBooks format. Submitting a new book version will replace the existing version on the iBooks store.
Missing required field: Publication. "
I have tried to drag and drop the file into the box on the left but it won't allow me to. Clearly something is missing but I don't know what. I am just baffled as to what is wanted.

Why i keep seeing email on iphone, even after i deleted it directly from the server?
This means it doesnt sync the server inbox, only keeps pushing new emails!
How to force it to realy sync every time the server inbox, and just show me in the iphone inbox exactly what i see in the server inbox???

I'm just fresh in iOS, but dont think its a POP/IMAP matter.
Always used mobile push email apps on symbian and android with POP and never had this issue.
My usual former scheme is:
a) My main email client is Outlook at my laptop (POP). This one is the master email client and after download new emails deletes them at the server.
b) My secondary is a mobile email client (also POP) - just to see whats going on and maybe reply here and there.
Meaning, laptop does cut/paste and mobile does copy/paste
So:
a) If i download a new email first using my laptop, it will never be pushed latter from iphone (its not there anymore).
b) If i download a new email first using my mobile app, and only then download it with laptop, it is still there available, and then gets deleted at the server.
c) If i download a new email first using my mobile app and if i manualy delete it and then perform another sync, then this email is deleted at server, and will be no more available for download to laptop.
Resuming:
1- The laptop ask to server what's in the inbox, downloads it all and then order the server to kill them all.
2- The iphone only ask whats new and downloads it all.
3- The iphone SHOULD ask server what's new, AND ask server what was removed from server inbox since last sync, AND tell server wich emails were removed at iphone since last sync.
As far i remember, at least one symbian app called Profimail does all this quite perfectly...
Any ideas?

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

Why do I keep getting alerts for shared calendars?

I have a calendar set up in Calendar, it syncs with iCloud.
My wife has a clanedar set up in Calendar, it syncs with iCloud.
Both calendars are shared, so we can see what the others availability is on a given day at a given time.
But why do I keep getting alerts on my iPhone (and only on my iPhone) for my WIFE's events? I've turned off the "show shared calendar events" button in the calendar preferences on my iPhone, but I'm *still* getting alerts for all her events. I don't need this, I don't want this, I turned it off... why is it still happening?
My iCloud calendar is defaulted to my calendar. I do not get alerts on my iMac for her events, only on the iphone. Can anyone help? I never want to see her events unless I manually go and look at them on my calendars or in iCloud calendar.
