Why i cant type any word on running window?

Fellas,
Why i cant type any word on running window? like this example:

public class sunMath {
public static void main(String args[]){
Scanner input = new Scanner(System.in);
int number1;
int number2;
int results;
System.out.println("Type the first number:");
number1 = input.nextInt();
System.out.println("Type the second number:");
number2 = input.nextInt();
results = number1 + number2;
System.out.printf("Result: %d\n", results);

Hi,
in JDeveloper 10.1.3
1) double click onto project node
2) select run/debug node
3) Press "Edit" button
4) Select "Tool Settings"
5) Check the "Allow Program Input" checkbox
6) Ok all dialogs until all are closed
Run your application and see the input field below the message output
