Why is it that now, when I click on a link for a website I've saved, it does NOT show the URL in the address bar? I can't drag it to an email to share the link.

Why is it that in these newer versions of Firefox (I have 21.0), when I open a link that I've saved, it does NOT display the URL in the address bar any more?
I can't drag and drop the link into an email, and I can't see the actual web address I'm connected to for reference OR for security purposes. Why was this changed?
It becomes necessary to reveal the properties of the URL link I've saved, using the Windows "Properties", then copying and pasting the URL into the Firefox address bar, before I can do anything with it.

No changes have been made and no problem with extensions has interfered with the URL appearing in Firefox before. Only with the last few new versions of Firefox has this cropped up. Also, the link opens correctly - it just doesn't display the URL in the address bar, instead it just reads (in gray) "Search or enter address." How could another extension interfere if Firefox is the sole program associated with .htm, .html files?

In firefox, click on tools, then options, then click on tabs and tick the last option in tabs that say "When I open a link in a new tab, switch to it immediately".

The interface that connects to the Internet should be dragged to the top of the list.

If you are using File Vault, turn it off. To find out where all the extra space is use any of these products - Disk Inventory X

Lion OS x 10.7 does not show me url drop down boxes when I mouse over hyperlinks

Lion 10.7 does not show me url drop down boxes whenever I mouse over hyperlinked text in Gmail.
Is there a setting I missed? Does anyone have any idea why this might be?

TS3276 the images (attachments) are automatically resized (smaller) when I send them to a customer. My email screen does not show a drop down menu box where you can leave as actual size. Is there a setting elsewhere that can be set.

Any suggestions on problem I have. I receive images, say a file that is 3 mgs through email on Safari mail and when I try to resend it or forward it or any other larger file, when it sends the file is reduced by about 1/3. My screen does not show and drop down menu with a feature to keep actual size or reduce that is suggested when I looked up solutions to the problem. I can't find a setting anywhere in mail that I can change to make sure my files are kept at actual size. I figure a setting got changed -don't know how - but it happened about a month ago. Caused problems as I work in graphics can't send files to clients as they come out too small. Any suggestions on how to fix.

So after looking a bit closer i have noticed that when i have the phone plugged into the computer it shows the songs but when i dont have it plugged in and i go so the song icon on the bottom of the music menu screen it says i have no songs!

Why is it that now when I try to print a label all the words run together creating a blob of ink?

After recent updates to iTunes when I print a label for a cd cover the words all run together. Is there a setting that I can use to help with this problem? It's not the printer because I can print anything else without incident.

When I click on network utility and try to verify my disc it will not allow it due to a damaged disc. My Genius 3 repair disc doesn't work with the Lion OSX. What should I so now?

If you are using Lion you will need to restart your Mac in recovery mode. Then run disk utility to repair your hard drive.
OS X Lion includes a built in set of utilities in the Recovery HD. Restart your Mac and hold down the Command key and the R key (Command-R), and keep holding them until the Apple icon appears, indicating that your Mac is starting up. After the Recovery HD is finished starting up, you should see a desktop with a Mac OS X menu bar and a "Mac OS X Utilities" application window. Note: If you see a login window or your own desktop and icons, it is possible that you didn't hold Command-R early enough. Restart and try again.

I recently updated my itunes to 11.3.1, and now when I connect apple devices to my Windows computer with a USB, they are not showing up. How can I fix this?

This problem makes it impossible for me to sync any apple device to my itunes library. I have tried reinstalling itunes, but it still doesn't work. My computer recognises the devices, but itunes doesn't.

When I open 'new' in Yahoo to write a new mail, the page does not show tabs from bold through to indentation. Can only see font and font size tabs

The only tabs on display are '''font''' and '''font size''' - nothing else. Tabs from bold to indentation are not visible.
Moreover the arrows to go '''up''' and '''down''' on emails are 'invisible' too.

Try resetting the phone. Push both the home and lock button at the same time until it goes off. Keep them pushed until the Apple logo come up...
Also, try deleting the app and downloading it again.

How do i copy a single folder in the bookmarks to another computer. the master backup does not have access to individual folders. in windows you can just copy a specific bookmark folder without overwriting the whole thing

Unfortunately you can not do that it has been asked like forever and always gets pushed aside. You will have to export your bookmarks and strip out what you do not want being careful to maintain the integrity of the exported bookmarks backup file. Then import the bookmarks. into Firefox. The imported bookmarks will get added to a folder at the end of your "Bookmarks Menu" bookmarks folder. Move them to where you want them and then delete the folder you added to the "Bookmarks Menu". If you automatically sort your bookmarks (automatic sorting is a bad idea), be sure to turn it off beforehand.
