Why is it that some of my purchasing are located just fine and play when I click on them while others can't be located even though it says I have downloaded them to my computer?

Not sure why some of my purchases work fine while others can't be located.

A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.

Then another message comes up stating: Firefox has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.

yes, the charger was working before.
so far i have:
1. updated my software
2. updated to battery 1.2
3. took off the "duck" plug and used the macbook pro cord that was provided
4. checked and cleaned the pins on the magsafe
5. checked and cleaned the magsafe port

Have you deleted anything from your iTunes library ? Have you checked to see if they are still on your computer, but not listed in your iTunes library ?
If not then do they show in the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage for redownloading ? If they don't show there and others do and they are still in your country's store, then check to see if they are hidden : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919
If they are no longer in your store for redownloading (or you aren't in a country where music videos can be redownloaded) then you will need to copy them back from your backup of your library/downloads.

Why is it that some songs get listed on their own even though they are part of an album?

Why is it that some songs get listed on their own even though they are part of an album? They are always songs that I had on my computer not imported from a cd using iTunes. I have verified that all the info is correct and matches the other songs in the album. Sometimes I can check the "compilation" box on all the songs in the album and that will put them in order and in the same listing. I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure this out.

What I did in this case is select all the songs in the album and select Get Info and see if Album Artist and Album and Sort Artist and Sort Album Artist and Sort Album are the same.

Friends are reporting that some emails to me are bouncing back. It is multiple folks with different email systems. I do still receive most emails (I think!) and there does not seem to be anything unique about the ones bouncing back to distinguish them from the ones that come through. They are not large, they don't have big attachments. What could be wrong?

Are you running low on storage in your icloud account?
On an iOS device, go to Settings>General>Usage to see how much "Storage" you have available on the device. Farther down the list is the available storage on iCloud.
On a mac, System Preference>iCloud. Look at the bar graph to see how much space you have used.
Also, the bounced back emails should include some error statements as to what the problem is. Can your friends report that to you?

Missed calls can only appear in your missed call list if your phone knows about them. In other words, if the phone rang, but you did not answer.
If a call was missed because your phone was turned off or not in a strong enough service area to receive the call, then it will not show up on your phone.

Thanks for your response, I forgot to add that the five 3uk sims we have in use, I have tried all of them none of them are recongnised non of them have pin codes, I even purchased four more sims Tmobile (original carrier) Vodaphone, 3 and giffgaff.
