Why is it that the portal bundle not translatable?

I see that when you create a Webcenter portal application... the Jdeveloper generates these files for you automatically.
DefaultCatalogBundle.xlf
ResourceLibraryBundle.xlf
NavigationRegistryBundleMy first thought would be, then should be translatable to different locale...
DefaultCatalogBundle_fr.xlf
ResourceLibraryBundle_fr.xlf
NavigationRegistryBundle_fr.xlfBut Webcenter just ignores the translation. Anyone knows how to make this translatable?

Mac OS X: Click the iTunes menu and choose Preferences.
Windows: Click the Edit menu and choose Preferences.
Click the Advanced pane. iTunes displays the location of your iTunes Media folder.

Note where your media folder is, such as for backing up your media.
Use the Reset button to reset it's location to the default (which is the iTunes folder).
Click the Change button to select a folder for a new location. Once you change this location:
If you make a new or alternate iTunes library, the new location will be used by that library.
Existing files will not be moved unless you choose File > Library > Organize library and choose the option to "Consolidate files."

Well the error message is in Swedish but says: The installation program database is damaged. Please contact the Adobe support (which is a hard thing to do!!). I use Windows 7 Home Premium with service pack 1.

Have you tried restarting or rebooting the iPad and then see if the volume control will work again?
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

If you resintall iTunes, it should fix the issue. The following document will go over how to remove iTunes fully and then reinstall. Depending on what version of Windows you're running you'll either follow the directions here:

I thought it would work but it doesn't work some one suggested some kind of subscription and where to find it but it was not there.. please help me if you can.. Note that Firefox will tend to learn to go to secure sites. So once you visit a site using the secure option you will not see the message again.

Why is iTunes repeatedly saying that the comp is not authorized to sync with my iPhone despite having repeated the steps to authorize it??

iTunes does not sync with my iPhone; saying that the comp has not been authorized to. It suggests that i authorized it by going to Store > Authorize This Computer. I did exactly that, and it still refuses to sync.
I'm not able to sync my music, videos, photos, etc as a result.
This occurred after i had synced my iPhone to another comp in another location recently.
Please help!

my computer updated to firefox 9. update was ok, but now when i click on the "home" icon, i get an alert that the url is not valid and cannot be loaded. everything is good to go as far as web surfing and so forth, but i want the firefox start page as my home page. also the private browsing option won't work because of the invalid url.

What URL do you have bookmarked as your home page? You might want to look at the Knowledge Base article [[How to set the home page]]. There are steps in there to restore the home page to default. I would try that first to see if it clears up any strangeness. If that works, you can set the home page to anything you like.

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.
