Thank you Zabeth for taking the time to look at my spry menu problem.
Under your guidance, I did the following:
I corrected the image links
I removed the PHP box as I did not really need it and don't remember why I put it in there in the first place!
However, my spry menu was still neither working when tested locally nor after being uploaded onto my server.
So:
I went back to your advice and noted what you said about the AP Divs and noted there was one containing the 2nd logo at the top of the page very close to the spry menu bar. Bearing in mind about what you said about AP Divs being tricky, I decided to move my spry menu away from the AP Div. To do this, I created a 1 row 1 column table and cut my spry menu and pasted it into this new table. This for some reason, made the spry menu work again! I have tested this locally as well as on the server and it seems to be working as follows: http://www.studentshub.co.uk/

You will note that mouse over the spry menu seems to trigger the drop down behaviour a little slow though.

I understand about the volunteers, but what about my original question concerning my inability to add an attachment from my Mac documents to an email? I still don't know what the problem is or how to fix it. When I follow the directions on doing an attachment, my entire computer freezes up to the point of having to unplug it and start over. Not a good solution to a frozen computer, and even as computer illiterate as I am, I know this is not a good way to go. I also cannot resume downloading Firefox 3.6.13. I get absolutely nothing when I try except another issue with a frozen computer.

I've had a iPhone 4s since March 2012, and it's battery is pretty useless now. I was using the app Battery Doctor (Battery Saver, Battery Life) by Beijing Kingsoft Internet Security software, which encourages the user to charge more often, whenever battery life drops below 100% full and greater than 20% full, and gives ratings according to the number of full, partial & overcharges done, but I'm concerned that charging like that actually results in worse battery life??
I now have an new iPhone 5 and don't want the battery to only last as short as the last one did

This is not the correct Forum - we are mostly a group of Volunteers who offer tech support, not sales support.
You need to go to the website that you purchased the item from. Perhaps the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of each page there can provide an alternate method to contact them if their chat module is still not working.

There are a couple things that you can try to resolve this issue. First, I would recommend processing any updates needed to the computer and iTunes. You can check for updates in iTunes by selecting the help menu and check for updates. If iTunes is on the current version, see the article below.

Why doesn't iTunes copy all my files, and how do I know which it left out?

I had iTunes on my old PC, and when I installed it on my new one (Vista Home Premium), it very helpfully deleted everything off my iPod and copied it all back again! As it happens, the only files on the iPod were from the iTunes library, so it didn't matter, but it was annoying.
Anyway, now it has (supposedly) synched my library and iPod, if I look at the library, it shows 1164 songs. If I look at my iPod, it only shows 1157 songs.
How do I know which songs iTunes didn't copy over? More to the point, anyone any idea why it didn't just copy all of them?

hmacross: I have checked for duplicates, and there were some there. This was because when I installed iTunes, it insisted on scanning my entire hard disk and adding every audio file it could find, even though I didn't want it to. I only wanted it to add ones in my Music folder. I had to do a fair amount of work to clean this up! Anyway, I just checked again, and there aren't any duplicates in my iTunes library.
Chris: If I look in my iTunes library, and show all the audio files as a big list, at the bottom it gives me the total number of files, and the total play length. If I look at the iPod, I see similar numbers.
After some tidying up, the iTunes library shows 1149 songs, and the iPod shows 1147 songs, so there's still a discrepancy. I have double checked for duplicates, so that's not the issue.

But I needed to fix it for ALL users on a computer, without logging onto each account, on each computer. My fix was to logon as administrator and change the following system-global key instead:

Changed the data from FirefoxHtm to AcroExch.Document.11
I use Adobe Reader XI on Win7 Pro, 64-bit machines.
The problem started when I ran a downloaded file to install the new version of Firefox on the computers.
Why would Firefox require me to use REGEDIT in this manner to fix the problem?

This only happens when you set Firefox as the default browser and Firefox thinks that there is currently no application the handles PDF files.

Why is my music disappearing all the time and why is my ipod not being recognized?

First off, I'm horrible with computers, so if anyone answers this could please use layman terms? Okay, so i put music from my flash drive onto itunes and when it was taking over 2 minutes for the drive to eject, I just yanked it out (I know, not the smartest thing to do). But then all my music disappeared. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling itunes but nothing happened. I then searched my music folders and found a file that was simply called itunes and had all my music in it. I copied and pasted it into itunes and all my music was back! Then I tried another flash drive with a couple songs on it and ejected it correctly this time.... but my music disappeared again. So i recopied and pasted the itunes music folder but I found that the music I tried to get from my flash drive wasn't on it.I tried to put music on from both flash drives again but the music got wiped again! I gave up on the flash drives and tired to fix itunes. In the control panel section where you can uninstall programs I clicked the repair option for itunes, hoping that would do something. It didn't. So by now, I've uninstalled then reinstalled itunes 3 or 4 times and can still get my music back from the itunes music folder but everytime I turn off or restert my computer the music goes all disappeary on me again. I have no Idea what is going on with itunes and I also can't sync my ipod. It isn't recognized by itunes and when I click on it in the devices section of the start menu, it shows a yellow triangle with an ! in it and when I left click it and select troubleshoot it says "Troubleshoot couldn't identify the problem". The ipod won't even charge when its plugged into the computer, it has to be plugged into a wallcharger. Please help!

Never mind, it somehow fixed itself. At least the itunes store did, but my ipod nano is still not able to sync.

Try:
Intel-based Macs: Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC)
Resetting your Mac's PRAM and NVRAM
Boot into Safe Mode then back into normal boot.
Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions - Yosemite, Mavericks, Mountain Lion or Lion
Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Repair
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility and press the Continue button. After Disk Utility loads select the Macintosh HD entry from the the left side list. Click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If Disk Utility reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit Disk Utility and return to the main menu. Select Restart from the Apple menu.
