Why set child group 100% width didn't full fill the parent group?

hey,bro.
the black rect i set the explicit size the same as the parent group.
and the white border rect i set the width and height 100%,however,as the snapshot shows,the white rect's right and bottom line didn't reach the side.
can u tell me what's wrong with that? should i set some properties of that white rect.except set the explicit size directly.

gufw > gnome-python > libgnomeui > libbonoboui > libgnome > gvfs

On the front page of archlinux.org you can do a package search and get this as a result: http://www.archlinux.org/packages/community/i686/gufw/
Then follow the dependencies. You can also see dependencies with pacman -Qi gufw.
For gvfs, it is a virtual filesystem. It doesn't use diskspace, only a tiny part of RAM, like sysfs/tmpfs/procfs.
Here is more info: http://library.gnome.org/devel/gio/stable/ch01.html
The two apps above use gnome libraries, which require gvfs for their filechooser so they can access all the mounted filesystems easier (easier for the app authors).

  • Set box to 100% width and Center an image in that box.

    I can't seem to do this. I want to set a blank box to 100% width, place an image inside that box, center that image, and have the image continue to center itself when the page is resized. What am I missing?

    Hey Brad,
    I've done what you have done and I do not see the problem ... what's the width of your webpage set to? ... and the size of your Image? ...
    The only time is won't stay in the middle is when you resize the browser and you hit the maximum set width (say for example 960px) of your webpage (set in the 'site properties page') then the image stops being in the middle, visually, but it's still in the middle you just can't see it because of the resizing and your webpage won't auto resize anymore because of that limit that's set ... try resetting you 'site properties' webpage width down to say 500px wide and see if that looks ok, until you get to the width of that setting ... but the image should still in the middle ...
    Is that what you are on about? ...
    cheers,

  • Limit a "child" smart collection to only photos found in the "parent" collection set

    Sorry if this question has been asked before, but here it is.  I'm starting to organize my pics into Collections, and while some of those collections might be topic/keyword-driven (like a Collection for "spiders" or "flowers"), many of them are for events or "happenings", such as a birthday or Halloween or a trip to Florida.  Within each collection set (which I call the "parent"), I'm making "child" collections that narrow down the photos in the set in increasing levels of perfection.  This is pretty much what Scott Kelby and others evangelize, and I like the idea.  So for instance, I'm working on my child's 3rd birthday party photos, and I really just want the following structure:
    Cooper's 3rd birthday [this is a Collection Set]
    - All photos [every photo I took, minus the lousy/duplicate ones I deleted after import]
    - Picks [the "best" pics - photos I've flagged as a "pick" in Lightroom - which I'm going to upload to Flickr]
    What I'm trying to do is simply make "Picks" a Smart Collection that automatically contains any photo in the "Cooper's 3rd birthday" Collection Set that also has a "pick" flag on it.  But it seems there's no way to tell Lightroom to limit a Smart Collection to only the photos in the parent Collection Set.  Or is there?  If I have the "Picks" Smart Collection look for all flagged picks, it searches the whole catalog, not just the "Cooper's 3rd birthday" Collection Set.
    (Note:  I don't import into folders on my hard drive for different events, I just import everything into folders by month/year, so I can't use a folder name as a search criteria.)
    In this case, I see two immediate solutions, both of which are sort of workarounds, not a universal "clean" solution:
    Add an additional criteria to search for "picks" that were also captured on the date of the party
    Rename the child collection "All photos" to "Cooper's 3rd birthday: all photos" and then use that text as a search criteria for the smart collection
    I know that this is a Scott Kelby setup (making sub-collections that are increasingly specific subsets of other children in the Collection Set) and not an Adobe-designed system, but still, it seems like telling a Smart Collection to limit its scope to the Collection Set in which it resides is an obvious feature.  I'm inclined to think I'm missing something here.
    Any thoughts?

    I think it's a good idea - consider making a feature request here:
    http://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/new
    PS - In general, I like the idea of smart collections being treated as fancy lib filters, so their selection along with other folders and/or collections serves to narrow (like it used to be)  instead of broaden (as it does now). Oh well, have a little regress with your progress...

  • 100% width composition slideshow shifted to the left upon browser preview.

    I previously asked this question to no avail, here is the link to my other question which also includes a link to another user experiencing this issue.
    Full-Width slideshow appears fine in editing stage but browser preview shifts the slideshow to the left?
    Whenever I browser preview my site it looks like this until I resize the window as small as even 1px then it snaps back to full width and works fine, tested on 2 versions of Firefox and Chrome and the same problem occurs.

    Hi,
    Have you published your site?  If Yes, Can you please share the URL of your website.

  • I just got Windows 7 - and it's on a new computer, so there are no old settings that need to be 'fixed'. Why does Firefox open "squished"? It doesn't fill the whole page. It's margins are about 4 inches in, on both the right and the left.

    I have no other details to add, that I know of. Firefox just does not fill the entire page.

    1) ensure iTunes is authorized for your iTunes store account(s)
    2) connect your device and right-click or control-click it in the iTunes Source list, then choose transfer purchases from the shortcut menu that appears.
    3) sync the device
    iTunes will wipe the iPhone but, since you transferred your purchases in the previous step, your content will be in your library and you can re-populate the iPhone with it.
    above works for purchases from the iTunes store. for everything else, check out this post by Zevoneer.

  • How to set an object to 100% width now that Muse no longer has the button?

    I'm trying to set a slideshow to 100% width like the tutorials constantly talk about, but that is no longer possible in the latest version of Muse. The button is gone. So how do you do it? And why did Adobe remove the 100% width button? They seemed proud of it when it was released as a new feature.

    Hi,
    The 100% width option is available for the slideshow widget. But to use it in your slideshow, make sure you have selected the "Hero Image" of the slideshow and then click on the button of the 100% width option.

  • 100% width - Accordion Panels

    Hello.
    Is it possible to set width of accordion panels to 100%?
    Site : http://faithdesign.businesscatalyst.com/index.html
    As you can see, everything else in this page is nicely 100% to both sides...except those two panels.

    I have an accordion widget that is set to 100% width and works on the desktop and tablet version but not on the phone version. It looks fine in the Muse preview and when I switch the preview viewer from horizontal to vertical it scales the accordion correctly, but then on a mobile device the accordion appears way over 100% width and is cropped on the right side. I have nothing on the mobile site other than the accordion to try and deduce why it's doing that, still no luck. Any thoughts?

  • 100% width not working, help please?!

    Hopefully this image will help show the problem I am having, I will also paste the code I have so far just in case it is not readable in the image.
    I am working in Dreamweaver CC (current updates) on a Windows 7 64 bit platform.  I have built about a dozen web sites in dreamweaver, so I am not an expert, but I am not totally clueless either.  I have done what I am attempting to do on other websites, so I am completely stumped on what I am doing wrong here.  All help is appreciated!
    So, that's the intro!  Here is what I am trying to do:
    I want three background divs that are stacked one on top of the other, with all three of them spanning 100% of the screen, regardless of screen size (haven't set up media queries yet to go smaller, right now I am just trying to set it so that the backgrounds fill all screen sizes)
    So the top bar is the tan, then the middle bar is the dark brown, and the bottom bar is the yellowish.  At first I did not apply ANY width to "body" but I did try setting it to 100% as well.  Each of the three background divs were then added, and all three were set to 100%, with an image in the background (for the texture and color) set to repeat across.
    No matter what I try, the three bars seem to have a width limit of about 740 pixels.  It is not a setting I ever created, and I started the page as a blank html page--not from any template.  I can't find what is imposing this width setting on these elements.
    Here is the really weird thing...it actually DOES work on a wide screen--the bars go all the way across...it is on small screens (my fifteen inch test monitor, my iphone, ipad screen) that the backgrounds will not go across!
    The image in the header (all of the images are just one image) is 1280 pixels.
    I'm sure that someone is going to point me to something that makes me slap my forehead in total embarrassment, but I will gladly take the humiliation to be able to move forward on this project!  HELP?!
    Thank you,
    Michelle

    So, this is my update.  Taking all of Nancy's suggestions, I have rewritten my code, and as far as setting it up so that all three content areas have backgrounds that go all the way across the screen no matter what screen size (big or small) it all works--
    BUT, I do want to have the actual page contents confined to 1280 pixels at the largest (even if it involves scrolling on smaller screens), and I would like the confined content to be centered on the page.
    In the past, all I had to do was create a div container for that content, assign a width value, set right and left margins to auto, and this gave me centered content in the middle of the page.
    I attempted to create this center content by adding a div within the top bar (for example) and tried using both a "width: 1280px" value and a "min-width : 1280px" value, and both had the same affect that I was dealing with before--it imposes a width value on the 100% backgrounds--and the really weird thing to me is that it is NOT imposing a width value of 1280 on the backgrounds, it imposes a 780px value...even though that value is not used ANYWHERE on the page or in any of the css.
    This is the new html code, and below that is the new css style sheet:
    <!doctype html>
    <html>
    <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8">
    <title>Untitled Document</title>

              background-repeat: repeat-x;
    #main_contentBar {

              min-height: 379px;
              background-image: url(../images/backgrounds/bottom_background.png);
              background-repeat: repeat-x;
    #header_Bar #headerContainer {

  • 100% Width Not 100% Grid

    With most designs you want a fluid header/footer but you want you content centered within a max 1180 Grid (not edge to edge). Can you do this in Reflow without having to nest divs and give it a max-width. (Doing this only allows you access to about 10 columns of your 12 column grid, which makes the concept of the grid a little pointless).

    I have the same issues, I need some elements that would be 100% width in my design, but the content itself to work in 12 column grid at a max of 1200/1180px to allow those full width
    Right now you have to have 100% for the columns widths to allow those full width rows to fill browser but it then makes it hard to work to 12 col grid of 100px columns. I would like to set grid to 1200px and snap to this, but for this grid to work in background and not itself act as a container for all elements then added. Sites like http://www.desk.com/ and http://www.shopify.com/ demonstrate this type of design.
    Currently I have a 12 column graphic I can use as a background, but of course I cannot snap to grid with this. Maybe guides would be an answer as an alternative?
    I would also love to see an assets librray where I could store common elements (e.g blog listing) and drag onto page as well as a swtaches, so if I use colour swatch "primary" on lots of elements on the pages, I can go and change the "primary swatch colour" and everything is just updated.

  • 100% width slide show misaligns content placed over it

    I have been able to replicate this a few times and was wondering if anyone had any insight or the same issue:
    1. Add 100% width slide show (full page) to page from widget menu.
    2. Once established, add 100% width rectangle at top ( this is where logo and horizontal menu will go)
    3. Add logo and menu over 100% width rectangle.
    4. Change opacity of rectangle to 64%
    5. Publish to BC
    Upon publish, the rectangle gets pushed up about 40px and the logo and menu and pushed down about 20px. It seems something gets inserted? Very frustrating. I have tried putting the slide show in a separate layer as well. No luck.
    on PC, windows 7 ultimate.

    Sure: Home
    This is a basic page:
    Full page/width slide show - you can see that I only deleted the captions and arrows - no other changes to slideshow.
    Full page slide show with a rectangle (no border, opacity 77%. height: 102px)
    Tagline over the rectangle.
    Logo Rectangle with "Logo" text over that.
    You can see the transparent rectangle gets pushed up, the other elements remain in place.
    I can replicate this over and over and just did this example on a Windows machine again - different computer.

  • 100% Width rectangle not working

    I followed the instructions from this article, and it is not working. Any ideas?
    Creating a 100% width rectangle element that spans the entire width of a browser window.
    I did everything it says to do here, but it does not scan across the browser when I preview, and the "red lines" to detect when rectangle sides are flush with the page do not appear.
    I'm in CS6.

    Thank you for posting.
    I've created a small video to show how to create a 100% width rectangle element. Please refer to the following Link : http://screencasteu.worldsecuresystems.com/aish/2013-03-21_1414.swf

  • Problem 100% width in tablet

    Hi,
    I'am working on Muse CC 2014.3 I'm using 100% width on my pages. The desktop version is ok. When I look it in my tablets ( IPad Retina Mini ou IPad 2) the welcome page is pushed to the left with extra space on the right, but the others pages are ok. I've verified all elements, there is no outlying content past the working space. I can't understand this. I've also made a tablet version with same result…
    Could you help please ?
    Here is an image of the tablet displaying (the orange page is not ok, and the green one is ok)

    i experienced something similar and i tracked it down to different page dimensions which was coming through from the page masters

  • Setting Horizontal Menu widget to 100% width doesn't work

    Hello, I'm trying to set a Horizontal Menu widget to 100% width within Muse so it spans across the browser, and it looks just fine while I'm editing it into Muse, but when I attempt to view it on any browser, I get a shorter menu, floating to the left of the screen. Does anyone know what could be wrong?
    As you can notice in the attached screenshots, #1 is the Adobe Muse view, the menu's width is being scaled to the limit of the browser's view, and the Width setting clearly shows as "100%". In screenshot #2, is the exported site viewed on Google Chrome, with a smaller menu floating to the left.
    I've been searching an answer for days, but can't find anyone with a similar issue. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
    (I have an ongoing project with this problem holding it back, I just remade it on a new, clean file to replicate the issue and get the screenshots you see here)

  • How can I set 100% width my slideshow on mobile version

    Hello!
    It's been a while I needed to ask this question here but a huge problem of authentication from ADOBE forum took months to be solved by them.
    Anyway, I have a website made with muse (desktop). I tried to decline it in tablet and photo version as it said ti be easy from abode muse team video.
    But the sideshow photo don't behave in the mobile version as expected.
    http://demis.nu/phone/modeles.html
    the worse is the landscape orientation. The photos are just to big for the screen.
    I tried 100% width, and cancelled it, I tried to resize the size of the photo to fit the both sides of the page...anyway, anything I tried wasn't satisfying.
    I know the solution is to make it responsive but I couldn't be able to find the way to do it in Muse.
    I tried the demo of muse in the early hours (2011) and years after it's obvious the adobe muse team have understood responsive design rules everything and I'm sure they implemented it but can't find it.
    Can someone give me a help please because the phone version is online and is horrible.
    thank you so much.

    No one could help me please?

  • 100% widths & skins on skinnableContainer

    Hi all,
    Having great fun with Flex 4 however I can't work out how to get 100% width on a SkinnableContainer.
    I have the following MXML:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
    <s:Application xmlns:fx="http://ns.adobe.com/mxml/2009"
                   xmlns:s="library://ns.adobe.com/flex/spark"
                   xmlns:mx="library://ns.adobe.com/flex/halo"
                   minWidth="1024"
                   minHeight="768">
        <s:layout>
            <s:VerticalLayout/>
        </s:layout>
        <s:SkinnableContainer skinClass="skins.SCSkin">
            <s:SimpleText text="Hello world"/>
        </s:SkinnableContainer>
    </s:Application>
    With my skinClass for skinnableContainer:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
    <s:Skin xmlns:fx="http://ns.adobe.com/mxml/2009" xmlns:s="library://ns.adobe.com/flex/spark" xmlns:mx="library://ns.adobe.com/flex/halo">
        <s:states>
            <mx:State name="normal"/>
        </s:states>
        <s:Rect top="1" bottom="1" left="1" right="1">
            <s:fill>
                <mx:SolidColor color="#FF0000"/>
            </s:fill>
        </s:Rect>
        <s:Group id="contentGroup"
                 top="20"
                 bottom="20"
                 left="20"
                 right="20">
            <s:layout>
                <s:BasicLayout/>
            </s:layout>
        </s:Group>
    </s:Skin>
    Now I understand that the skin sets things like the padding which I have placed on the Group above (top=20). What I can't figure is how to get 100% width for my SkinnableContainer to sit within it's parent. Reason is I want to style the SkinnableContainer to be kind of like a Box in Flex 3 and set width to be 100%. I can then style this as a containing box as a list item perhaps.
    How do you do it? It appears that the SkinnableContainer skin cannot set it's self to be 100% of IT'S parent only it's children. I bet I'm missing something there?
    Oh and I have also found that if you place a SkinnableContainer inside a Halo navigator (TabNavigator) you have to place a Halo container as the Halo navigator's first child, no problem. But t=any skin applied to the SkinnableContainer does not show. The only way round is to place the SkinnableContainer inside a Group, then the SkinnableContainer skin appears fine. This sounds like a bug to me, is it or is it intentional?

    Opps, yes I forgot about the Metadata an oversight. So the correct way is to use hostComponent (no code hinting yet in IDE) instead of something like width="100%"? They work the same.
    Ok so I now have (MXML snippet):
        <s:layout>
            <s:VerticalLayout/>
        </s:layout>
        <mx:TabNavigator width="280" height="100%">
            <mx:Box>
                <s:SkinnableContainer skinClass="skins.SCSkin" width="100%" height="100%">
                    <s:SimpleText text="Hello world"/>
                </s:SkinnableContainer>
                <s:SkinnableContainer skinClass="skins.SCSkin" width="100%" height="100%">
                    <s:SimpleText text="Hello world"/>
                </s:SkinnableContainer>
            </mx:Box>
        </mx:TabNavigator>
        <s:SkinnableContainer skinClass="skins.SCSkin" width="25" height="50">
            <s:SimpleText text="Hello world"/>
        </s:SkinnableContainer>
    With the following Skin code (snippet):
        <fx:Metadata>
            [HostComponent("spark.components.SkinnableContainer")]
        </fx:Metadata>
        <s:states>
            <mx:State name="normal"/>
        </s:states>
        <s:Rect top="1" bottom="1" width="{hostComponent.width}" height="{hostComponent.height}">
            <s:fill>
                <mx:SolidColor color="#FF0000"/>
            </s:fill>
        </s:Rect>
        <s:Group id="contentGroup"
                 top="20"
                 bottom="20"
                 left="20"
                 right="20">
            <s:layout>
                <s:BasicLayout/>
            </s:layout>
        </s:Group>
    This works fine.
    What is strange is that when I use <mx:Box> instead of <mx:Container> my SkinnableContainer skin shows up strange as Box extends Container.
    I agree with the concept of mixed Halo and Spark and the nsamespaces.
    Thanks
