Why the SAME links and ads on every page now?

I've recently noticed that after I've gone to a couple different websites, that now adds for that website appear on websites they were not previously on. Additionally, I frequent a forum and a guy provided a link to some things he'd taken, and the site hosted pics/links that are tantalizing not enough for google safe search to filter, but inappropriate as far as I'm concerned. Now those stupid adds appear on other sites as well and I don't want them to as I did not want to view them on the original site, now I can not allow my small kids to be next to me while searching for things without some trepidation about what may turn up. Why has this started to happen and how do I manage it so I can delete whatever it is that is letting it now happen?

I am adding a background to my site, and on my monitor it appears in the right dimentions. However, when I zoom out or in on my monitor the background changes sizes. How do I keep it in one position and the same size the entire time despite the monitor size? Here is my code:

Even though I have WiFi connections at home, I can't get emails, nor surf the web... I am using my IMac connected at the same network and it is working right now

Even though I am ahving WiFi connections at my home, and I have been using the same network for a while, I can't get my IPad connected. The net is working fine as I am using my IMac linked at the same WiFi connection. I already run the reset the network process. Nothing hapenned.

Can I assume that you have connected to your home WiFi network in the past with your iPad? If you have, did you try any really basic troubleshooting steps like restart the iPad or reboot it?
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

I use my iPad to send iMessages to my boyfriends iPhone. It's the same account and used to work but now when I send a message to him, it also sends my message back to me. How can I get this to stop?

Why does the form link show up in 2 pages, but when I save the form as PDF it comes up as 3 pages?

A few weeks ago, I asked the above question on why the form link shows up in 2 pages, but when the form is saved as PDF it comes up as 3 pages.
The answer I received was that I can simply select the page break and hit "delete" button or click on the trash can icon at the top right corner.
I tried to do this but, there is NO OPTION to select the page break and hit delete….
I want to combine the page on my PDF because the header takes up one entire page.
How can I do this? Can someone please help or walk me through this live?

IOS 5 used to allow Airplay between iPad (WiFi) and Apple TV (Ethernet) as long as they were on the same network. In iOS 6, now both the iPad and the Apple TV have to be on the same network and both have to be connected using WiFi ? Why did they change ?

iOS 5 used to allow Airplay between iPad (WiFi) and Apple TV (Ethernet) as long as they were on the same network, i.e. connected to the same wired/wireless router. In iOS 6, now both the iPad and the Apple TV have to be on the same network and both have to be connected using WiFi ? Why did they change this ? Means that the iPad and the Apple TV box both have to be in range of the wireless router when this wasn't a restriction before. Apple TV could be anywhere as long as it was connected to the same wireless router via ethernet cable. Seems like an unnecessary thing to restrict.

I have found with AppleTV that it is the IPV6 on the computer you want to access is the problem. The issue is that Homegroup on Win 7 or Win 8 requires IPV6 to work, but AppleTV won't work with IPV6. (So maybe double check you have IPV6 turned off)
So you have to make a choice - Homegroup or AppleTV.... but you can't have both, until Apple brings ATV up to date. (crazy that it does not recognise IPV6 - c'mon Apple!)
You can set up sharing individually in Win 7 or 8 and have the ATV access files that way.
Having said that, there is always the exception.. I have an old HP home server running Win8 and it services ATV - but is part of the Homegroup... have no idea why it works on both, but no other machine on the home network will talk to both ATV and Homegroup at the same time!

Look the dock connector on your iPod. Look for abnormalities like bent or corred contacts, foreign material and cracked/broken plastic.
Try:
- A reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears..
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod

How to get a DDE advise link working on a DDE server with more than one topic on the same service, and with an equal item name?

When I create a DDE server with serveral topics, all on the same service and with the same item name (different topic), it appears that an advise link does not function properly. It doesn't work at all, it update only when the advise link is terminated or only one of the topics can use an advise link.
eg.
On one DDE server I have 2 topics:
topic1:
servicename: DDEserver
topicname : C(1)
itemnames : P(1), P(2), P(3)
topic2:
servicename: DDEserver
topicname : C(2)
itemnames : P(1), P(2), P(3)
Only the topicnames differ!
Now I can't get an advise link working on one of the items (sometimes on one, but not
on another).
Normal (non-advise) links are working fine however.
(In my case there is no other solution since this DDEserver should be compatible with an older one, created earlier.)

I really don't know DDE very well. It is usually recommended that you switch to using ActiveX. You may not be correctly configuring the netDDE server. There is an example in the reource library that shows how to do this. You may also want to look at the DDE advise examples that came with LabVIEW 5.1 and earlier.

Hi there. I'm having the same problem: my iPad won't import some photos from a folder, saying that they can't be read. They are all JPEGS and some photos taken at the same time have synched fine, but out of a folder with 200 photos, it only lets me synch 37. I'm synching albums created via Photoshop Elements 6, which has worked fine until now.
I've tried deleting all photos and re-synching, and have also deleted the iPod Photo Cache, but it hasn't made a difference.
The iPad auto-updated to the latest version of iTunes, so maybe that's what's causing it?
Any advice gratefully received!

From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences ▹ Extensions
Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.
