We recently had a few viruses show up on our computer. They were deleted and everything except Firefox seems back to normal. This problem with Firefox started happening around the same time the viruses showed up. What should I do to fix this?

In iTunes 11 uncheck the preferences setting in in the iTunes Preferences panel "Advanced > Copy Files to iTunes Media folder when adding to Library"

So, the trick is to find the preview cache.

To be clear: it's a folder in with your catalog and you want to delete the whole folder but nothing else.
If your catalog file path is "X:\My Catalogs\My Catalog.lrcat", then the preview cache "folder" will be:
X:\My Catalogs\My Catalog Previews.lrdata
So the trick is to find your catalog file, and since Lr won't open your catalog and run, you can't use it to find out.
But you should be able to find it by searching your disks for *.lrcat files - do you know how to do that?

If you know the name of the catalog it will help, but also: it's probably NOT in with your program files.
UPDATE: The above-mentioned document gives default name and location for preview cache, so if you haven't overridden the default, it should be right where that document said it would be - is it? (of course you need to know your user name too, but presumably you do, no?).

Csound1 What Ive been trying to explain is that I have been running bootcamp, I open the app where the first screen is the introduction, i hit continue, the first time I select "download the latest windows support software fromm Apple" then I return and instead select "Install Windows 7." As stated before Bootcamp cannot find the install drivers saying "The installer disc could not be found." It's possible that you are having a problem with some Firefox add-on that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?
Whenever you have a problem with Firefox, whatever it is, you should make sure it's not caused by one (or more than one) of your installed add-ons, be it an extension, a theme or a plugin. The first time I try to load video on BBC website, firefox crashes. When I restart it, the video loads. This happens EVERY TIME I start a new internet session. WHY?

I am using a mac, and every time I turn it on, load the BBC website on firefox and then try to load a video there, firefox crashes. I select restart from the two options provided, and when it reloads the BBC page, I can watch that video and any other on the site without problems. When I open Firefox, 'Restore Session' comes up, but it's blank: none of my tabs are actually in the window, and 'restore session' isn't clickable in that window or under 'History'. This happens every time now, whether it's 80 tabs or 2. What's happened?

If you see files sessionstore-##.js with a number in the left part of the name like sessionstore-1.js then delete those as well. 
Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups and open and closed (undo) tabs to get lost, so you will have to create them again (make a note or bookmark them).

Since upgrading to Firefox 5.0, the screen freezes & have to force quit in order to get the browser to work. This happens every time I try to use it.

Every time I open Firefox, within several minutes, the screen freezes, and the only way I can make it work is to force quit.

Check that you do not run Firefox as Administrator. 
Right-click the Firefox desktop shortcut and choose "Properties".

It is possible that your security software (firewall, anti-virus) blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.
