Why was I billed twice in one month

I was billed twice in one month and cannot seem to get an email address or phone number to resolve this problem.. Love the Lightroom and other cloud products..but I am becoming so frustrated .. that I cannot get information on the money that is being taken out of my account.

    same thing happened to me just now. I pay in full every month. I got my first bill for June/July on June 27 and today I get a past due notice (June 30)!!
    Also, they hit me with a $5 late fee!!
    This is not ethical business procedure and I think they are trying to slip it unnoticed into everyone's bill!
    I called and for 11.5 minutes was shunted around between operators, none of whom realized or admitted to the error.
    This has been happening for months and I really think ATT is trying to set precedent here and get away with cheating the customer.

    Signed up for CC Photo. Downloaded PhotoShop onto my desktop and paid $9.99 with PayPal. Then later went to my laptop and signed in to Adobe.com. I was recognized. Looked for a way to download a second copy of PS onto the laptop (which Adobe.com says I can do lawfully) but couldn't find any way. Finally downloaded the "trial version" and it installed successfully without asking for any payment info. But then PayPal notified me that I had been been billed once again for $9.99.
    Why is that? I understood that as long as i wasn't using them simultaneously, I could have two copies installed for the same $9.99/month price. What's up with the double billing?

    As for installing on two computers, yes you can. Simply download the CC desktop app, sign in and download Photoshop. You shouldn't be double charged.

    So I signed up for the student discount of spotify last night and on my credit card bill it was charged 3 times for the $4.99. I looked at my subscription status and it says I will automatically be charged on July 4th again. It looks as if I'm being charged 3 times for one month.

    Five months ago I was promised a $10 credit for each of my 5 lines for the life of the account.  None of the 12 different verizon reps have been able to code the offer into your billing system.  I have had to call every month to receive a manual credit.  Each rep promised to have a supervisor call me back to correct the issue.  Five months and 12 reps later, I have never received a call back.  My account should bill ay $220 after all taxes and fees.  It is still billing in the $240's.  Help.

    I did not receive a gift certificate of a money credit to purchase anything.
    You said in your first post that you received a gift certificate:

    The same would apply to being gifted a single song, since the price is clearly identified in the iTunes Music Store. Why the iTMS sends a receipt as well as the gift announcement I don't know, but I don't see that as being a serious issue since again it's no secret how much a song costs.
    So you've been given exactly the information you asked about as best anyone here can answer. If you don't understand the answer, we'll try to explain further. If you don't like the answer, though, that's your problem. Ranting at someone who tries to explain is uncalled for.

This amount is never the same cost as what I purchased and simply reads Itunes in my checking. Is there a service charge I am missing?     Based on what you had said, that doesn't make any sense. The only thing I can suggest is that you, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.

    You can suspend with payment or without payment.  With payment, you keep getting billed and your contract keeps running.  Without payment, you don't get billed and your contract stops running during the suspension.  You choose which way you want it when you do the suspension.

    When you press Pre-Order, iTunes does not charge you. You can look at your purchase history to verify. So when you attempt to download the content you choose pre-ordered iTunes tells you you will be charged. The only thing weird about it is that iTunes didn't automatically download when the content was available for download the day of release...
    To check you purchase history and make sure that whether if you are charged twice is to click on your Apple ID and enter your password. Go down to the middle part where it lists all of your past purchase receipts. See if you indeed have been charged twice.
