Why won't my trial of CC Photoshop let me save my PSD images as JPG or GIF?

One thing to check is that your PSD is RGB/8 or /16, but not /32 (32 bits per channel)
If that is not the problem
Let's try this:
Close Adobe Photoshop if it is opened.
Find the following: (windows user can hit windows key + r, then in run cmd line type "%appdata%" to locate your "AppData\Roaming" directory)
\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC\Adobe Preferences CC Settings
Rename the "Adobe Preferences CC Settings" folder to "Adobe Preferences CC Settings_old" so that preferences settings can be recreated.
Reopen Photoshop CC and open a new or existing file to verify that your "save for web" option is back and not grayed out.

As to the cache files and rendered previews, you do not need to keep them. Premiere will regenerate them as needed. Because re-conforming the audio and re-rendering the sequence takes time, you probably want to keep those files around for the current project--unless, of course, you have reason to think that the cache or render files are causing problems.
To keep things clean and get the attention of more people, it would probably be best to start a new thread for the other issues.

Why does Illustrator on Windows 7, 64bit, take 30seconds+ to save a simple image comprising of two rectangles only (screen shot below)? I set up a document like this to test the speed, since I've been having trouble saving all documents - they hang, sometimes with the 'this program is not responding' message. Switching to CC is not an option.
If it helps, I can come down to the Adobe San Francisco office with my computer. I've spent a long time trying to resolve this without success.
Btw, Photoshop CS6 saves fine.

My brushes won't work with actions in Photoshop such as Save the Dress, Ying-Yang, or Foundation

When I try to use my brushes with actions in Photoshop, such as Save the Dress, Ying-Yang, or Foundation, they won't work. I've tried resetting the brushes, changing the opacity, restarting the program, and unlocking the layers. It was working perfectly, but suddenly just stopped. When I click on the image, it doesn't do anything. There is also a small black box next to the action the I am using in the history box. When my brushes were working, that box would show in white where I used the brushes on my pictures, but now it doesn't register anything that I try to do.

Which brushes, and if not standard, where did you get them from, or did you make them?
What is happening, and what have you tried so far to fix it?

Why won't photoshop let me save my images that I edit?

I have photoshop CS6 and am on a Mac. The photos that I am trying to edit are ones that I have taken and uploaded but everytime I try to save them after editing, I get this message, "the file is locked, you do not have necessary access permissions, or another program is using the file." Why? There is no other program using the file, I am the only one who has permission. I drag the lock icon into the trash but that doesn't do anything. How do I fix this?

Photoshop is just reporting an error that the OS returned.
Yes, there is a problem with permissions, or another application is using the file (which can include the Finder, due to some bugs in the Finder).
You will have to troubleshoot the directory to make sure you have permission to save there, and double check that no other application is using the file.

Why won't photoshop let me save my actions

I'm wanting to know how to fix this issue? Each time I create actions it has the "Save Actions" selection grayed out. So every time photoshop decides to have a fit and kill on itself all my actions are wiped out then I have to recreate them, rinse and repeat. Help? How can I save them?

Never mind I found it out finally searching. If any one else wonders if you click an individual action and try it will gray out the save action button, you have to click the folder the action is in then click "save action". Something about not being able to save actions individually, but only in groups.

I have currently downloaded the free 30 day trial for Flash Professional CC so I could finish off my college work. I have been on the application twice on my PC at home and when I closed down the application the first time, the second time I tried to open it the next day after I started my trial, the Creative Cloud Application told me to uninstall it and re-install Flash Professional CC so I did so and now it will not install the rest of it, it has stuck at 40% and says "Installation Failed- Learn More", I was wondering if you could help me resolve this problem for me so I can finish my college work off as soon as possible.

uninstall flash cc 2014 (if it's installed), clean per Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6 and then install.

I come across my old iPod touch third gen. I charge and boot it up. When it got to the lock screen I couldn't slide it to open. I tried restoring it, and about 15-25 minutes later, it boots up, and I still couldn't open it. I dunno, like 2 years ago, I was charging it. I wanted to listen to my music with my earphones on. But it kept pausing the music, but I don't know why. So I got mad at it, haha, and threw it at the floor. And then I guess it stopped working. A year later maybe, I got an iPad 4th gen. And today I found my old iPod. And then found that it doesn't work. I just want to know if it can be fixed, but I don't think I will use it... There are no Apple Stores in North Dakota, so I don't know. I think the closest one is in Minneapolis, Minnesota. But I can't drive that far..... - If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer

Adobe Photoshop - "Could not save "filename.psd" because write access was not granted."

Good Afternoon,
We have been working through this issue for the past year pretty much and over that time we've migrated to a new Mac OS X 10.9.5 Server and up to CC14 and we are still experiencing this error randomly with our Photoshop users. We have users that use Dreamweaver very heavily on the same server and have never seen this issue, therefor we are pretty certain it is isolated to Photoshop. We've also been able to test back to CS6 also having this issue.
Here is a screenshot of the error users will get after opening of file off the server (doesn't matter if its AFP or SMB) and trying to save any changes they have made:
We initially thought this was an issue on one of our older Windows servers that utilized ExtremeZIP, but since we've moved completed over to a Mac server we have been able to rule that out. We've also opened up a case with Apple Engineering have been able to show that all our permissions are set correctly and that it doesn't appear to be an Apple issue.
When our users get the above error they basically have to save the file as a new version and then go back and TRY to delete the old version, as they usually get the following error:
This has been a very long on-going issue and our users are really getting fed up as it is causing a lot of setbacks and reduction of being able to fully utilize their time. We've been able to duplicate this issue on all the OS's we have on campus including Mac OS X 10.8.5, 10.9.5 and 10.10.2.
If an email is provided I can send a sysdiagnose file over and ls -lae0 output of the server if needed.
