-open network setup app.
-touch on add APN.
-now specify your network APN there. And save it.
The problem will get solved

    First of there are no virusses on Windows Phone. No idea who told you this but there are none. The way the OS works makes it virtually impossible for a virus work.
    No idea why you get these errors, but I'd suggest you do try another reset using Settings>About>reset my phone and make sure you enter the Microsoft account axactly as you did before. Check if you have the right login/password by loging in to outlook.com to see if you find your mail, contacts and calendar there. When you use this account to log in to the store on windowsphone.com you should find your purchase/download history there. (dropdown menu on top-right)

  • Why am I getting ExchangeWebServices Inbox Error: Error, ErrorServerBusy. The server cannot service this request right now. Try again later

    I recently switched my application that uses EWS from an on-premise Exchange Server to Exchage Online through Office356.
    The process worked just fine for several days, then I started getting the following errors;
    Error accessing [USERNAME] email account.; ExchangeWebServices Inbox Error: Error, ErrorServerBusy, The server cannot service this request right now. Try again later. --> 
    This has been happening for the past 14 hours now. 
    I contacted my Office365 support team and they acted like they had never heard of the Exchange Web Services API, so no help there.
    I can access the mailbox using the O365 web portal and I can access the mailbox account using the Outlook 2013 desktop client. The issue seems specific to EWS
    My program is a Windows service, written in VB.Net. It connects to EWS, goes to the user account inbox, iterates through the inbox extracting attachments from messages, then moves the messages to a saved folder below the inbox.
    I created the wrapper for EWS that I can reference in my project code using the following, run from an elevated VS2012 command prompt;

    Since the code worked just fine for several days and then suddenly stopped working with a server busy error, I have to think that this is some type of limit or throttling by EWS on the account. I process several thousand emails per day, in chunks of 300
    at a time. 
    But I have no idea how to check for any limits exceeded. I am nowhere close to my O365 mailbox size limit. Right now, there are over 4,000 messages in my inbox, and growing.

    All the API's EWS, MAPI, ActiveSync,Remote powershell are throttled on Office365 (based around what 1 particular user could resonably do). If you have had a read of this already i would recommend

     You can't adjust or even find your current throttle usage so you have to try to design your code around living inside the default limits. If your using One Service Account to access multiple Mailboxes (or if that account is because used across multiple
    applications) that can cause problems. In this case using EWS Impersonation is good solution as described in
    http://blogs.msdn.com/b/exchangedev/archive/2012/04/19/more-throttling-changes-for-exchange-online.aspx (this basically means the Target Mailbox is charged instead of the Service Account).
     Looking at the code one thing I notice missing is your don't appear to be paging the results of FindItems, also have versioned your requests to Exchagne2013. eg ". When the value of the
    RequestServerVersion element indicates Exchange 2010 or an earlier version of Exchange, the server sends a failure response with error code
    ErrorServerBusy. If the value of the RequestServerVersion
    element indicates a version of Exchange starting with Exchange 2010 SP1
    or Exchange Online, and the client is using paging, EWS may return a
    partial result set instead of an error"
    To Page FindItems Correctly you should use the IndexedPageViewType class and page the Items at no more the 1000 at a time eg something like

    The support people should be able to help you as long as you can get past the first level. The EWS Managed API has a RequestId header that gets submitted with requests
    http://blogs.msdn.com/b/exchangedev/archive/2012/06/18/exchange-web-services-managed-api-1-2-1-now-released.aspx . In theory they should be able to take this and then from the Logs tell more information about why your request failed etc.

    I keep getting a message when I want to check my email you are not connected (but I am,as I can get in my Webbrowser) and the following error message

    Try installing Windows 2012 Live Essentials here.
    You will have to set up your Pop 3 or IMAP email account after installing the updated version per above.
    Are you using an Internet Service Provider Email  account or a cloud based (IMAP) Email account?
    Pop 3 accounts will require incoming and outgoing server addresses and any additional security settings required by your ISP. If you don't have the required settings for Pop 3 you will have to contact your ISP for those.

    We are integrating windows live web service in our oracle portal application. We are trying to create a web service proxy using the URL https://domains.live.com/service/managedomain2.asmx?wsdl. But, we just get an error saying "No WSDL document could be found". Please let me know how to access this web service.
    Please note that we are able to access this web service through the browser.

    When building the service, there is an option to deploy a stateful service: check the stateful checkbox, in the step 2 of the wizard - Methods definition.
    On the client side, you will have to enable HTTP based cookie, so that the client remember the JSESSION cookie.

    I keep getting an error message from the App Store, "Credit Card Processing temporarily unavailable right now" or something close. I know I have money on my MC and am simply trying to make in app purchase.
    Anyone else getting this message??

    People have been asking about this here since 2007 but they all have not received ny clear answer.
    That is my problem too.  I hope someone comes with a solution.

    I do have a problem that Exchange 2013 CU7 is giving mit a "The server cannot service this request right now. Try again later." when trying to access some accounts using EWS and impersonation.
    I know there might be throttling involved and for that I did make an separate policy and assigned it to the users (EWS andthe mailbox - just in case...)

    Hi,
    This issue occurs because the EWS monitoring detects that the limit for the requests that are from a Client Access server to a Mailbox server was reached. Therefore, the Client Access server returns an ErrorServerBusy response code to all EWS requests to
    the Mailbox server.
    To work around this issue, make the following changes in the Web.config file on the Client Access server, The Web.Config file is located in the following path: Drive\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\ClientAccess\exchweb\ews
    1.        Find the following code in the Web.config file:

    Change the MbxServerEnableConcurrencyControl value from true to
    false.

  • Windows Live Hotmail service notification issue

    I'm using the E72 and based on the above mentioned issue, I've try syncing my email after re-entering password. It does sync. However, I encounter an issue where the inbox is empty. Sent folders do sync. I wonder what could be configured wrongly. Login to email.nokia.com and tick some folders (I ticked 4, max of 10) and it does not resolve the issues. Try email.nokia.com from the phone browser to reinstall and it said this phone model already has the latest Nokia Messaging.
    Is it because I have alot of folders (more than 10) in Windows Live Mail that is causing the issue? I have yet to try with other Windows Live Mail account. Would like to clarify. Anyone else having the issue? Email works with my company email so far.
    Also, I have an issue with Chat where signing in to Yahoo, Windows Live, you'll always have this error "A temporary service problem. Try again later. (Code920)". Seems to be permenant error to me... Maybe server issue ah?

    Update for 19 November 2009.... The mail works today! I guess nokia enginners managed to fixed the issue with hotmail. Good Work since you guys reported the issue on your blog on 16 November and managed to fixed the issue in a short amount of time! Just do a reboot of the phone, connect to internet and it syncs!
    But still, I have an issue with Chat where signing in to Yahoo, Windows Live, you'll always have this error "A temporary service problem. Try again later. (Code920)". Seems to be permenant error to me... Maybe server is down?

    I purchase Nokia Lumia 800 phone yesterday but from the last 2 days I am unable to login to Windows Live Account using my hotmail account. I keep getting the message when I tried to sign up to Windows Live account.
    Can't Connect.
    We're having a problem connecting to Windows Live. Make sure you have a good receptions. If you do, the problem may be on the other hand. Wait a little while and try again.
    Any advice is greatly appreciated as I am unable to download any application from Marketplace or nor able to signup to twitter account.
    I can spool my hotmail account emails using the POP3 account settings after created as "Other accounts" but unable to sign up to Messenger using the same account.

    Have you checked whether you got internet connection? You can use WIFI to access your windows Live account or your service provider. But please consult first with your provider whether you have an active internet connection on your package.
    It may be the case that you already have an active internet connection. Kindly  verify your Windows Live account details through a computer.

    If you wanted to change your Windows Live ID, you unfortunately need to reset your phone (Thus removes all your data). You can reset your phone by going to Settings, then choose About, and choose Reset Phone.

  • Windows Live Messenger - Service not enabled on this device

    Just got my BlackBerry Curve 8900 today, and firstly it won't let me install AppWorld? It's the most up to date software but it says "System requirements not met"
    Also I managed to download Windows Live Messenger, but it won't let me sign in. When I try all it says is "This service is not enabled on this handheld".
    I've used and installed AppWorld on my brothers phone which is the same, and with the same network; Vodafone. His works fine, am I doing something wrong?

    Hi and Welcome to the Forums!!
    I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB):
    1) Register HRT
    KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with the wireless network
    2) Resend Service Books
    KB02830 Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service
    3) Batt Pull Reboot
    Anytime random strange behavior or sluggishness creeps in, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes. See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
    Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should check with your carrier to ensure that you have an adequate data service from them to enable the services you desire:

    Am finding it hard to download apps like Facebook and whatsapp on my Nokia800, I've created the windows live I.d but it keeps telling me day the service is'nt available at the moment...someone pls help me.

    Congrats on your first post, lureiii. BTW, are you still having the same issue? If yes, does it happen regardless of the connection you are using? Besides Facebook and WhatsApp, are you also getting the same concern with other apps? Is there any error code?

    The app may have been pulled from the App Store if it is no longer there. Check itunes on the computer you normally sync with to see if you still have a copy of the missing app there. If you do, connect your iPad, check the bix of the app Andy sync. The app will be recompiled to your iPad.

    I have owned a lumia 800 a week ago. I'm unable to access marketplace n Xbox services from 2 days. I've reset my phone for two times n tried to login from my windows live id n password. It works well for 2-3 days n after that a message "window live id service is unavailable at the moment. try again later." appears on screen whenever I try to install apps n like to do something with Xbox. I've contacted Nokia care in my city n they did something for a day n gave back. But the same message is appearing again. " window live id service is unavailable at the moment. try again later''. I don't want to reset my phone again. I want a immediate n permanent solution for my problem.
    I hope that I will get a solution for the problem.
