WLC4404 with 1242ag Ap Upgrading new 1600 and 2700 Ap

I have Cisco Wireless Lan controller 4404 with 1242Ag access point i am planning to Upgrade Access point 1600 and 2700 Series Access Point
I want know my existing WLC4404 it will support new 1600 and 2700 Access Point ????
Please if any one know this please help me

No, your 4400 won't support any latest access points like 1600,2600,3600, 2700 or 3700 series. Refer this link to find compatible AP model with each WLC software version.

4400 only support upto software 7.0.x & it only support following AP models.
Lightweight APs: 1040, 1120, 1130, 1140, 1220, 1230, 1240, 1250, 1260, 1300, 3500, OEAP 600 Series, 3500p, AP801, and AP802
Outdoor Mesh APs: 1522, 1524SB, 1552E, 1552H, 1552I, 1552C, and 1552S
You need to purchase a new controller (2504/5508/etc) if you want to have these latest AP models.
1600 series require min 7.4.x code & 2700 series is just recently released & you need to wait for 8.0.x software release.

Copy an application with plugins into a new application and change theme...

I copied an application (theme 23) with plugins into a new application and then changed the theme to theme 26. After that, all plugins (skillbuilders super lov, skillbuilders modal, and notification plugin) didn't work at all. However, when I changed the theme back to the original theme, things worked.
I have applications that use theme 26 with plugins and they all work fine. I think the problem is related to copying one application, containing plugins, into a new application. Does anyone have any idea of it?

Hi,
Most plugins have css,images or js files which can be placed on the server.
It might be that you have placed those files on the server in the theme directory.
If you change the theme then the plugin can not find those files any more.

Oracle APPS schema copy with all privileges to new schema and table space

Here is scenario:
I have installed e-business suite in windows 2003 server for training environment using production (prod), single node and without vision (demo).
i have to create a new table space in e:\oracle\prodmanz with similar content as in proddata and create a new schema called manz with same privileges as APPS.
Kindly advice.

Hi Khalid,
Ideally when you execute sql 'create schema <schema_name>' then the logged in user is going to default owner of the schema and you should see that under 'object privileges' of that user.
The user will have 'create any' privileges which means the user has all the privileges on that schema.
if you want to check who is owner of the schema in the system, please check 'SCHEMAS' under views in SYS.

Problems with wireless connection between new macbook and older imac

I have just bought a 2.0 ghz macbook core2duo and am unable to connect to my wireless internet network at home. My wireless connection is set up through the airport card in my 17" flat panel imac (i.e. I am using the imac as the internet base station). I had an old clam shell macbook (which just died hence the new macbook) and still have a 400 mhz graphite SE iMac which both connec(ed) to the network perfectly for years. But the new macbook will not connect. It will connect when connected via ethernet. The imac uses Tiger.
I have tried resetting the name of the network, using encryption and not using encryption, but nothing helps. The macbook appears to see the network (although no bars register in the airport connection icon) but I always get an error message when trying to connect.
Does anyone have any ideas?

I am not actually using a router as I am using the airport card (non express i believe) in my iMac to send the wireless signal. My modem is Motorola but not sure which model. I have Comcast cable internet service

Upgraded new itunes and wont open!!!

I too have upgraded and can not open it, I have tried everything posted in support, and what i have read from the discussions. I even tried to reinstall it with the original ipod CD and it still didnt work. when i click itune nothing happens, and it doesnt show up in prcesses!
I have been trying for every now, can any one help?

top fixes for a new iTunes install/upgrade are
- turning off security software such as Norton before the install as Apple suggests
- installing QuickTime standalone, not regular

How do i get my old itunes back? I upgraded new version and do not like it

Please can someone help me.... I did a software update and it changed my itunes and i do not like it, can i get my old version back?
Or can i access free music again? As i could listen to the radio before???? I cannot find it in the new version.

It's been awhile since I've done something like this, but if I memory serves me, I believe you use the System Restore function to return your computer to the state it was in prior to installing iTunes 11.
That should take it back to the last version of iTunes you'd installed. Of course, any other changes you've made to your system since then (e.g. other programs installed, etc.) will also be changed back.
Not to sound like a jerk for referring you to Google like so many people online tend to do--but--I think there are instructions for the process of reverting to a previous version available online. I've done it in the past with IE 8 vs IE 9.

When i boot i get a flashing folder with a question mark. disk utility doesnt work or read my harddrives to boot with. i installed a new SSD and its not reading that either. i have a macbook pro 2011, any help?

So I came to this problem a while ago. M ycomputer basically froze so I was forced to shut down by holding the button down. When I started it up I got the flashing folder with a question mark. I started it up holding down the command and r keys which brought me to disk utility. Although my computer doesn't read that I have a hard drive to start it up. When I click on the disk utility app, I cannot verify or repair anything either. The buttons won't allow me to click on them. It also shows "Mac OSX Base System" which shows I have files and what not saved. I had been told that I need a new hard drive so I bought and manually installed a OWC SSD 240GB drive and when i booted the computer up it booted up yo the operating system fine with all my files and what not on there. After about twenty minutes, it froze again. I forced a shut down, restarted and the same thing happened. I am not able to choose my SSD to boot up, although thats probably because it doesn't have an operating system installed on it??

this isn’t Apple support; this is a user-to-user forum. We’re just fellow users of Apple products here.
If you want to boot from your SSD, then you should put the SSD where your HDD currently is, and put the HDD into the optical bay. (That setup will also get you the best performance.) At the moment, you’re still booting from your HDD. Note that you will need to format your SSD in Disk Utility [with the “Mac OS X Extended (Journaled)” format] so that you can install OS X onto it.
Since you have an Early 2011 model, it might or might not have originally come with grey installation DVDs. You will be able to find out whether it did or not by trying to use OS X Internet Recovery to install OS X onto your SSD. If it does not work, or if the installed OS turns out to be Snow Leopard, then it will have originally come with the DVDs, and you should purchase a replacement pair of DVDs from Apple or iFixit; those discs will have your MacBook Pro’s Apple Hardware Test and its iLife apps. If the installed OS turns out to be Lion, then it will not originally have come with the grey installation DVDs, and your Apple Hardware Test will be installed along with Lion, and your iLife apps will be downloadable from the Mac App Store.

When I right-click, the same context menu opens up (the menu for hyperlinks, with "Open Link in New Tab" and the like) regardless of what/where I right-click.

Regardless of where I right-click on a displayed webpage (NOT the menu bar at the top of the screen), be it highlighted text, a blank spot in a webpage, or anything, the context menu for a hyperlink pops up (with the options for opening it in a new tab, window or private window, bookmarking), and none of the options actually do anything even if it is a hyperlink I'm clicking on. Migrating Hyper-V 2008 R2 HA Clustered to Hyper-V 2012R HA Clustered with minimal downtime to new hardware and storage

Alright, let's hear it.
I am tasked with migrating an existing Hyper-V HA Clustered environment from v2008R2 to new server hardware and storage running v2012R2.
Web research is not panning out, it seems that we are looking at a lot of downtime, I am a VMware guy and I would do likely a V2V migration at this point with minimal downtime.
What are my options in the Hyper-V world? Help a brother out.

Merging does require some extra disk space, but not much.
In most cases the data in the differencing disk is change, and not additional files.
The absolute worst case is that the amount of disk space necessary would be the total of the root plus the snapshot.
Quite honestly, I have seen merges succeed with folks being down to 10 GB free.
But, low disk free space will cause the merge to take longer. So you always want to free up storage space to speed up the process.
Merge is designed to not lose data. And that is really what takes the time in the background. To ensure that a partial merge will still allow a machine to run, and a full merge has everything.
Folks have problems when their free space hits that critical level of 10GB, and if they have some type of disk failure during the process.
It is always best to let the merge process happen and do its work. You can't push it, and you cannot stop it once it starts (you can only cause it to pause). That said, you can break it by trying to second guess or manipulate it.

What can I do with Adobe Flash Upgrade required issues and facebook.

I have Windows 7
32 bit processor
130 GHz
IE 9.05 upgraded
Adobe Flash 11.2.202.228
I do not want to change to a differnt browser to fix this. I am not able to run some YouTube files if sent through email and any items that use flash on face book both ask for me to update. I uninstalled adobe and all of its products as well as deleted all internet files and cookies. I than re-installed Flash and rebooted and I still get the message that I need to update Adobe Flash and it will not let me view the information.
I am not sure what to do next as this has been an issue for a long time.

I know you mentioned that you deleted internet files and cookies, but can you try specifically deleting Flash cookies to be sure?

I restored my iphone 4 and whenever I connect to itunes it comes up with welcome to your new iphone

Ok so I had to restore my iPhone because it wasn't able to connect to iTunes or something like that. So I restored and updated my iPhone and now it comes up with "Welcome to Your new iPhone" and below that it says set up as new iPhone or restore from this backup. I have used the restore from backup 3 times and each time it comes up with the same thing again. I don't want to set up it up as new iPhone because I don't want to lose my messages and contacts.

Try restoring as a new device first.
