Worker problem tomcat

Question

I have no idea why it cannot get the worker. This is the prop file I have:

Basically, what I was doing wrong was that I was adding contexts in the server.xml which doesn't seem to work as well as when you just deploy the war file in the webapps folder. After I removed the context and redeployed the war file, the localhost worked fine.
The rest is just following any tutorial that you may find at your disposal for the integration. I found this one quite helpful to get you to a working point: http://www.harrisonlogic.com/HL/resources/Code/jsp_pages_on_iis.asp.
Once you get the green light working in IIS and restart the service as well as Tomcat you should be in business.
I do have one question though. I can't seem to access my servlets from the web. If I put a URL to access the webapp when I call on a servlet it returns a page not found error in the browser. Any ideas about that?
