World of warcraft/Diablo 3 frame rate drop to about 25% of normal frame rate and I have to reset SMC to get it back to original. But this happens once every 2-5 days. Is this normal!?

I purchased a 15 inc retina mac book pro in Sep 2012 and everything has been perfect except when I started to play world of warcraft and Diablo 3. After I first installed the games, their frame rates were so bad and the games were un-playable (<10fps). So I spent quite a bit of time searching on the internet and eventually found a solution which is to reset the SMC of the machine. I did this and everything was fantastic, frame rates go up to 30-60 fps on the same settings. However I then realise that I have to reset SMC every few days as the framerate become bad again and again. The frame rate doesn't drop gradually. It is sudden - yesterday the games were fine, today when I turn on the computer they become unplayable.
Any help is appreciated - I tried to contact apple by going through the solution process they have on the website but it just asks me to take the computer to the apple store but I don't have time to do so. It will be great if there is a phone number I can call.

If you have a rescue email address on your account then you've checked the inbox and spam folder on that account as well, and you've tried requesting the email again ? If you still can't find it then try contacting Support in your country and see if they can reset it for you.

My drop-down bookmarks menu has vanished from the menu bar and I have no idea how to get it back. Help, please?

I have no idea what I did, one minute I was browsing that particular menu, the next it was gone. I can still access the sidebar version and my bookmarks toolbar is still there, but the actual menu is gone. Closing and restarting Firefox hasn't worked, neither has restarting my computer. I would really appreciate any advice.

Try this even if you have already. Just make sure to follow the steps specifically.
Go to settings > Facetime > send and recieve > tap on your apple id and sign out. If your not signed in then that will work as well.
Go to settings > Messages > sent and recieve > tap on your apple id and sign out.
Restart the iPad by doing the slide to power off setup. Just hold the power button on the top right till it turns off.
After the iPad has been restarted:
Go to settings > Facetime > and sign in
Go to settings > Messages > and sign in
Wait about 3 min then restart the iPad again. Same instructions as above.
When you restart you should be able to use messages again. If not then call support again and talk to someone higher than the first level support they have.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

Reset all settings
Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings.
This will return all iDevice settings to factory defaults... you will not lose any data.... But you will have to re-enter all of the device settings.

Several days ago while opening Firefox a screen popped up which said that my Firefox browser was out of date. I clicked on the box, which said free download. This happened several times and now on my desktop I have Firefox Setup 3.6.13, Firefox Setup 3.6.13.exe, Firefox Setup 3.6.13(2), Firefox Setup 3.6.13(3), Firefox Setup 3.6.13(3).exe, Firefox Setup 3.6.13(4) and I still keep getting the same pop-up screen for a free download of a newer, speedier, more secure version of Firefox. I tried calling Mozilla Corporation in Mountain View, CA; but was unable to speak with anyone. I also got an 800 number (1-800-229-9895) from information and called that number. On the first 800 call the person hung-up. On the second call I spoke to Marv and supposedly got disconnected. On the third call I spoke to Marv again. He informed me that I couldn’t speak to anyone at Mozilla and had to pay $99 to get any help. He also told me that: if I tried to remove the extra Firefox downloads or tried to remove Firefox completely, my computer would crash. I can’t afford the $99 and don’t know what to do next. As far as I know, Mozilla doesn't have any paid support service. There are lots of other companies that advertise paid support for desktop software including Firefox. Maybe you called one of those other providers??
Anyway, I suggest dragging all those exe files on your desktop to the recycle bin. They are all out of date.
Before upgrading, have you considered making a backup? Your bookmarks and other Firefox settings ''should'' be safe during an upgrade, but better safe than sorry. For example, you can copy your entire Firefox profile folder somewhere outside of the Mozilla folder.

In the former Firefox version there was a box to click for converting YouTube music videos into HQ mp3 files. That box is no longer apparent in the new Firefox version. I went back to Ad-On s and re-downloaded the program YouTube to MP3 1.2. It says it's not compatible with Firefox 6.0. Can I reinstall the older version of Firefox?

Depending on the age of your machine and the version of iPhoto, you may be able to download it from the App Store - but you'll need her account details to do so.
Other than that you'll need to purchase it on the App Store.
