Would like new window to the top of frame

Question

Hi,
I'm using this script to open a new window in the centre of
my screen and it works well. However I'd now like to adjust it a
little so that it opens the new window centrally, but at the top of
the screen, in other words as high up as possible with no space
above it.
Here's the script I'm using...
