Thank you very much,
for my customer requirement for this condition is handing charge.
This handing charge is agreement between my customer and thier customer to keep fix amount per sales order.
such as 1 quotations per item has handing charge 100 usd per 10 TON product
if thier customer would like to split delivery (open sales order) 10 times, they have to earn 100 usd / 10 times.
so this is the meaning for this condition.
so
QUO#1
item#1
- mat A 10 TON (handing charge 100 USD per 1 sales order)
- mat B 20 TON (handing charge 20 USD per 1 sales order)
--> copy to sales order 1
SO#1
item#1
- mat A 2 TON (handing charge 100 USD per 1 sales order)
- mat B 1 TON (handing charge 20 USD per 1 sales order)
--> copy to sales order 2
SO#2
item#1
- mat A 8 TON (handing charge 100 USD per 1 sales order)
- mat B 19 TON (handing charge 20 USD per 1 sales order)
some thing like that's
many thank expert
please carry on advise me thanks

    hi,
Copying control for sales documents is in Customizing, under Sales and Distribution - Sales - Maintain Copying Control for Sales Documents.
In this you can change the procedure by not selecting incomplete quotation for sales order, but this can be done only when some of the data in quotation is missing.
like dont give the validity date in quotation and save it before providing the validity date.
    Maintaining an Incompleteness Procedure
An automatically-created quotation does not contain a Quotation-valid-to date. The customer's system requires this information for processing; therefore you have to add it to the quotation prior to saving the document, and before generating the message to the customer.
The incompleteness control is set up in such a way that the quotation is incomplete if this date has not been entered. In Customizing for Sales and Distribution, you choose Sales and Distribution - Basic Functions - Incompleteness Control for Sales and Distribution Documents, to assign sales document type QT (quotation) to incompleteness procedure 10, which contains the field for this check.
    Message Control
The following message types have been created to Sales and Distribution (SD) in the vendor’s system:
    ·        Message type AN00 for the quotation
    ·        Message types POST and PNST for status inquiries
    ·        Message types BA01 and BA02 for the order
             confirmation and amendment respectively
    ·        Message type LALE for the delivery
    ·        Message type RD00 for the invoice
    regards,

  • Copy Controls from Quotation to Sales Order

    Dear Gurus,
My client will create the sales order with reference to the Quotation. Once they create sales order, the quotation should not allow any chages.
How to Configure that... pls help me in this.
    Thanks in advance.
    SUbbu..

    Hi,
Once the Sales order is created with reference to quotation either partial quantity or full quantity of quotation, you do not want have any changes to it, am i right?
The only one way we can achieve is once an order is created with ref to quotation, this quotation should be only displayed and make it not possible to open it in change mode.
Take a developer help and find out a way which is available in rebate agreements, once final settlement is done it can be only displayed, it is not possible to  open it in change mode. there should be some coding in it. find it out and do it.
If this works for you let us know the results how did you achieved it.

  • I would like to know the difference between OEL and RHEL

I would like to know the difference between OEL and RHEL, are they same?
If I test any application on RHEL, will it work on OEL too.
    Thanks
    Edited by: user10685113 on 08-Aug-2012 05:35

The name OEL as such is not used anymore, since the product was renamed from Oracle Enterprise Linux to Oracle Linux with the release of version 5.5 in September 2010.
The main technical difference between Oracle Linux and RHEL is that Oracle Linux ships with an Oracle exclusive and optimized Oracle UEK kernel. It does however still install and provide the original and older RHEL kernel for fallback.
As of Oracle Linux 5.6, the Oracle UEK kernel is the default kernel. The current latest version of Oracle Linux 6.3 uses the Oracle UEK2 kernel, which is based on the Linux 3 kernel (2.6.39).
Oracle Linux is binary compatible with RHEL.
Oracle Linux has several advantages over RHEL, in particular if you plan to use it to install Oracle products.
    • The same kernel UEK and UEK2 versions are available for Oracle Linux 5.x and 6.x
You do not necessarily need to perform a complete and unsupported system upgrade to use a newer kernel version and drivers.
    • Oracle Pubilc YUM
Oracle provides a public yum repository for installing software packages including the latest patches. RHEL does not and requires a paid subscription for online access.
    • Oracle specific drivers and software
Oracle Linux provides additional software and kernel drivers, for Oracle clustering, Dtrace, BtrFS and ASM, which is not available for RHEL 6.
Oracle Linux provides additional packages which trigger the automatic installation of system software prerequisites, including kernel parameters and oracle account setup to install Oracle Database:
    oracle-validated (Oracle Linux 5)
    oracle-rdbms-server-11gR2-preinstall (Oracle Linux 6)
And last not least you have just one vendor and support requirement for Oracle products.
    Have you checked the Internet:

  • Link between Delivery and Sales Order Schedule Line

    Hi Gurus,
I have a requirement in which i need to display quantity and amount at schedule line level and also the delivery and delivery item for each schedule line.
For example, if there is a sales order O1 and item 10 for which we have 3 schedule lines and 3 deliveries as well say D1, D2 and D3.
Report should be something like this
Sales Order    Item   Schedule Line    Delivery    Del Item   Confirmed Order Qty
    O1                 10      1                       D1           10            5
    O1                 10       2                      D2            10            5
    O1                 10       3                      D3            10            4
How can i determine that a particular delivery corresponds to which schedule line of that saler order-item?
We have the link between delivery and sales order but is there any way that we can get the link of delivery at schedule line level?
    Please help.
    Regards,
    Gaurav

    Hi,
I suppose you must check with SD functional consultant and the post should also be in the logistics SD forum and not BI. But I suppose there is know specific link between the schedule line of SO to the Delivery. It is more like a bucket flow for ex.
Sale order   Item    Schedule line  qty
    SO1            Item1     Sch1            10
    SO2            Item1      Sch2           10
    Delivery Item QTy
    DO1       IT1   15
    DO2       IT1    5
In this case qty 15 is distributed over both SO1 and SO2, and SO2 ITem1 Sch2 has link to both the DOs
So I am not sure if you can establish a one to one link, please check with your SD consultants.

  • Change Quotation and sales order creation

    Dear All,
I have some requirements from my company that I have to adopt to SAP. My company is a reseller of IT materials.
Our sales people are using an excel file to make the quotation to a customer. This excel file contains a couple of sheets (one for each manufacturer. example IBM, HP, Microsoft etc). Is there any way to make my quotation and sales order look like this?
Also since all the data for the initial creation of the quotation are stored in these files, is there any way to automate the creation of the quotation by transfering all the data from the excel file to the SAP ERP?

    Hi there,
    Try this:
Define a new BAPI which will read all the info in the excel. Internally it will call VA01 & read the information from excel & post it into a quotation.
For this you will need to define the import / table parameters. Each field in the excel is mapped to a field in the import / table.
Excel will have different sheets each with different vendors. But it is not possible in SAP. For each vendor you will need to create different quotation.
Consider that each your vendor supplies 10 products. Enter all that info in an excel sheet.
Then for each different vendor, create a separate quotation giving the details of all products he supplies. Explain the requirement to your ABAPer. He will help you with the BAPI part.
When you create a sales order with reference to a quotation, you may change the quantities. You will retain the products which are required & delete the rest. .

  • Copy item from Quotation to sales Order

    Hello,
How can I copy all the line items from quotation to sales order including the price, Quantity & the Sales Texts?
    Thanks
    AK

    Hi
Maintain copy control from sales document to sales document using t-code VTAA. Select your target & source sales document type from the list & double click on the same. There you can define the copy control.
For Text control you can use the T Code VOTXN & create your own text controls.
I hope this will be helpful.
    Thanks & Regards,

  • Link between PO and Sales Order?

    Hi,
I have an issue..I need to send an idoc containing PO with fields (like ebeln, lifnr...etc). Along with this PO, I need to send a field 'customer po number (vbkd-bstkd)' from sales order.
Could you please help me out to find out the link between purchase order and sales order? how to fetch customer purchase order number from po number?
Also what is the difference between Purchase order number and Customer purchase order number?

The customer purchase order number is the number of the purchase order which you get from one of your <b>customers</b>. This number is copied in the sales order, for future reference.
On the other hand, the purchase order is the order you send to one of your <b>vendors</b>.
Thus the sales order and the purchase order are two indipendent objects. The customer purchase order number does not reference any document on the ERP. Therefore you can't link a purchase order to a sales order.
Refer to the SAP Solution forum SAP ERP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) for this kind of questions.

  • Inquiry and Quotation and Sales Order creation

    bump *
    Hi Gurus,
    1. I like to confirm that Alternative Products in a Quotation means Material proposal configured and not sub-items ?
    2. Please help to confirm (as I have no access to SAP system):
    a. when creating a Quotation with reference to an Inquiry, its Not possible to select via selection list , to copy only the sub-items (like Free Goods item / BOM sub-items / subitems inserted manually that reference the main item using the sub-item numbering) into the quotation or sales order. Or can the main item only be selected for copy or Must both be selected?
    b. An order can Not reference a quotation that has a valid to-date in the past because the validity has legal implications.

    Dear Sai,
    I read the note provided.
It is referring to BOM structure and copy controls and a bug related to not allowing to copy the sub items of a Bom and only the main is copied.
So, is it true that Alternative items includes both manual selection list of materials from material determination, auto material  substitiution as well as sub-items of a BOM material?
So, when there is no Bug, can i conclude that
copy control allows copying of both the alternative items as well as the main items? Everything can be copied.
    thanks.

  • Modification in copy control from Contract to Sales order

    Hello Gurus...
We are using a standard copy control routine to copy header and item level data from Contract to Sales order.
Now what happening is the price for some items is changing after creation of contract. But when the sales order is created it is copying old value from contract.
I want to modify the routine in such a way that I can redetermine the price for the item.
I can not change configuration as the same is used by multiple company codes and the change is required only for some company code.
    Any suggestions please?

    Hi there,
You have do some customizing in the pricing type at the copy controls in item level.
Define a copy control routine at the item level in VOFM. In the routine put a condition that the system should read the value in the pricing type. As per your requirement if the company code / sales org is 1000 / XXXX for eg, then the system should apply the pricing type that will carry out the new pricing at the order (I am not connected to SAP right now so not sure what that pricing type is). If the company code / sales org is apart from 1000 / XXXX, it should default the pricing type that is there in standard copy control VTAA.
Check if that is possible with your ABAPer. What I feel is that you have to hard code the pricing type value (that will carry new pricing) in the new copy control routine.

  • Copy Control From Contract to Sales Order

    Dear All,
I have created a Quantity Contract of 100 Target qty. I have created a Sales order with reference to the contract of 20 Order quantity and delivered 21 Delivered quantity. When I create another Order with reference to the Quantity Contract the quantity that is copied to the Order quantity is 80, which is wrong. It should copy the Contract Target - Delivered Qty which is 79. But it is copying Contract Target Quantity - Order Quantity.
Please let me know how can we control this.
    Thanks and Best Regards
    Shehryar Zuberi

    Hi Shehryar,
As per your theard you have created the Sales Order with referece to the Quantity Contract 20 Qty( Out of 100 Qty). you are telling that you deliveryed 21 qty.hope this could not be possible. the system is right because based on the sales order the delivery can done and the sales order is stating the qty as 20 and how could you delivery 21 if you are creating the delivery w.r.t. the Sales Order 20 Qty.
When you create the second order with referece to the Quantity Contract it will give 80 only . Please check the scenario once.

  • Help required in mapping Materials , Quotation and Sales order

    Hi,
We need your help for the following requirement
There is a vehicle model and colours for these models
Company gets sales plan from dealers for vehicle model and later dealer confrms  the PO Qty with model and required colour.
I need to map this in SAP.
I am proposing to create a Quotation for the sales plan from dealers with vehicle model and when company recieves PO , they will create Sales order with reference to Quotation.
The challenge i need to get all the colours ( finished materials ) for that model, currenttly all models and finished materials are managed in product heirarchy.
When i create order with reference to quotation..........the dealer should able to get the list of colours ( materials ) in the system for that model ( i am planning to create material masters for these models as well)....Please help me how to map this in SAP SD
i am just guessing if higher level item category concept can help .......or please suggest feasible solution
When he creates sales order with reference to quotation, instead of model ( mateial ) from the qtn ..........dealer should get the list of end prodcuts ( colours ) for the model in the sales order so that he chooses the required colour and saves SO.
Actually this is a portal driven project and SO creation is also integrated inthe portal for the dealers.
    Regards
    Venkata Rama Reddy

    Hi there,
You said that the sales order process is done through the portal through the dealers?  We are currently looking at a similar requirement from a customer perspective to create an online store sort of feel integrating the S/D module.
Can you share any ideas, things you did for portal integration?  Web Dyn Pro application, Visual Composer, gave portal access to the dealers to S/D transactions?
Thanks for any input you can give!

  • Linkage Between PIRs and Sales Order in STandard SAP or AFS

    Hi Gurus,
We are implementing the concept of Planned Independent Requirements(PIRs) in SAP AFS.
Below is the process am following :
    1. Create PIRs.
    2. Create a Purchase Requisitions.
    3. Create Sales Order.
I am using the concept of forward consumptiona and planning strategy 40 for the PIRs consumption.
Also I understand that the Sales order will consume the PIRs.But when I go the stock Requirements
list I dont see any changes happening.I mean I dont see any linkage between the Sales Order or the PIRs.
Please help on the above concept,Am trying to understand how does the concept of PIRs work and how can I simulate and see the results in SAP.What will happen to the PIRs and SO and how can I see the linkage that a Particular Sales Order has consumed the PIR.
Any help on this would be appreciable.
    Thanks,
    Jinen

    Hi,
I am explaining the cycle of PIR.
Strategy group(which is used in MRP3) is the combination of different strategies.
The strategies are defined in this following Path
    SPRO->Production->Production Planning>Demand Management>Planned Independent Requirements>Planning Strategy>Define Strategy.
Strategy is the combination of requirement types defined wrt demand managament(PIR)-PP area
and req types defined wrt customer(SD area).
These requirement types are assigned to requirement class.
PP area, to assign req type to req class,
Production Planning->Demand Management>Planned Independent Requirements->Requirements Types/Requirements Classes>Define requirements types and allocate requirements class.
In SD area, In OVZH u will assign req type to req class.
In PP area, this requirement class is defined in OMPO transaction where u will maintain Planning indicator, consumption indicator etc.....
In SD area, u will maintain it in OVZG transaction.
For Strategy 40 requirment class are 101, requirement type VSF, Customer req type is KSV
Just check for the above settings.
First create the PIR. Then create sale order. and check in MD04. PIR will get consumed based on the inwarded sales order.
    Revert back for any clarification.
    Thanks and Regds

  • How to restrict BOM explosion in Quotation and Sales  Order

    Dear all,
How can we restrict BOM main item explosion in Sales Order.
this BOM main item is having special order items which have to generate purchase requisition (item category - BANC),
with out exploding bom main item, can we generate a  purchase requisition for BOM subitems, can any body explain me that how can we do that.
your suggestions will be highly appreciated.
    thank you
    Raghu Ram

    Hi Raghu Ram,
The BOM explosion is controlled by item category.
In the item category configuration screen, under "Bills of Material/ Configuration", you can see "Structure Scope" field.
Select the one which is applicable to your case:-
"blank" - Do not explode material structure
    A - Explode single-level BOM
    B - Explode multi-level BOM
C - Configuration, no BOM explosion
D - Configuration, poss. with BOM explosion
    E - Structure from Customer_Function (product selection)
    Hope this helps
