Write Back Funtionality not working.

Hi All,
I am trying write back functionality which is not working for me...Here is what I did..followed
oraclebizint.wordpress.com/.../oracle-bi-ee-101332-write-back-option-budgetingplanning/ -
1) Connection Pool settings default
2) Created a report which has 4 columns s_no, s_name, marks, remarks from a DB Table "test_write_back"
3) In the properties of column 4 Remarks, I have selected write Back.
4) For Administrator i have given permission.
5) My XML is below

6) I have placed XML in C:\OracleBI\web\msgdb\l_en\messages
7) I am getting button in UI report, when I click on that I am getting error
"The system is unable to read the Write Back Template 'SHNEW'. Please contact your system administrator."
I read blogs and few other notes I understood there is some issue with my XML, I tried all possible is there anything missing here...
A) I created or enabled Write back in only one column "Remarks" and I want only that column to be updated from UI
What changes required if any in XML?
and Is there any permissions checking

-->I tried to place the file in the correct folder.
--> And also corrected the Insert statment with ' ' for character fields
--> My "Remarks" column in DB was null, i have updated with some text initially...
Still I am getting same error....
I guess there is some issue with XML...

Actually BACK is standard user command so it is not stopping and going to selection screen.
Give some other use command like 'BCK' and try....

My Iphone 5 back camara is not working after ios 8.1 update this morning
Only getting some fuzzy image.
Camara was working before the update.
Resting the phone to factory setting restoring phone nothing seems to work
I think this will be my last Iphone as apple never respondse in any case

Ever since the last IOS update, my Iphone 5c has been acting weird. The time is always off; It says that its 9:30 in the morning when it's actually 2pm. I try to fix it, but it just goes back to not working. Please help!!

It's not hacker or a virus. You are experiencing what a number of users of iOS 5 are experiencing now - sluggish or less than perfect iPad performance. It seems that for some of us - memory management has gotten a little out of whack with this most recent update. Some of the basic troubleshooting steps that you can try are ....
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Close apps in the recents tray. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
If you have Safari crashing issues - Go to Settings>Safari>Clear History, Cookies and Data. Restart the iPad. None of these steps should be necessary as part of your daily routine - the iOS is supposed to handle all of this without any user input. Once again - for some of us - the iOS is letting us down.
Until Apple releases another update that resolves this issue for the "few" that suffer, keep these steps in mind and use them as needed.

Back camera not working on iPhone 4S 7.0.4

I had not issues from going to the new OS and everything worked fine. Then there was small update for the OS 7. and now the back camera does not work. It's either black or a grey image. I have tried installing the suggest app "Awesome Camera" with no success of it helping. I have done a full restart by clicking the home and power button. I even tried to restore it on the computer and the camera still doesn't work. Really hoping there's new update for this bug as I see my phone is not the only one.

Any change after a reset which is similar to a computer restart and is done by pressing and holding the home button and the sleep/wake or on/off button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo and then release?

Back Button not working in FireFox 4

Is anyone else having trouble with the back and forward buttons not working in FireFox 4? I installed 4 on an XP desktop and a Vista 64 laptop, and the forward and back buttons don't work on either installation. Does anyone know a fix for this? I tried deleting the "places" files in the profile and that does not help.

I am having a problem with the back button also in Firefox 4. Firefox forgets the 1st page in any new session or tab. If I open a tab to say bbc.com and navigate to guardian.com I can't click the back button to get back to bbc.com.

IPhone 4s back camera not working even after buying new iphone 4s

Back when the ios 6 updates were coming out in 2013 my iPhone 4 back camera stopped working, after trying way too many ways to reset the phone and finding others with this same issue I decided to start over I bought a new iPhone 4s so this one was better and 32gb instead of 16gb and it was 9 days later the back camera stopped working on my NEW iphone and still doesn't work to this day? What on earth should I do? How can this be fixed? I've tried hard reset, backing up the new phone, all the tricks I've tried on both phones do not work!!

A new phone has a warranty. So take it to an Apple store. If they can't fix it, they will replace the phone. Or do you mean: it stopped working after 9 days, but then you waited until the warranty ran out and then ask us?

Back arrow not working in Safari

After a recent Maverick update, the 'back' arrow in Safari mostly will not work. I have to go to 'Home' and start all over in my searches. Very frustrating and a major waste of time. Can anyone suggest what to do to fix this so I can use the back arrow each time I need to? Thanks much.

Export Funtionality not working in R12

HI,
We have some custom forms that we have upgraded to R12.
But the export funtionality is not working for these forms.
When we open the form, standard funtionality like Menu> Record> Last are not working in R12.
Any body can please help in this.

HT201401 Front camera on IPone 4s functioning but back camera not working

I bought a used IPone 4S , every thing is working as usual exceot Back camera which is not working.It shows black view
I want to replace it with a new camera , but i am not sure if the fault is in the camera or in the connection.
Any advice will be appriciated.

If the camera is not functioning after that, get the phone serviced. Opening the phone to repair the phone yourself can't be recommended. Once you have opened the phone, Apple will not service it anymore and you'll have to search for 3rd party repair shops.

Back up not working and locking up computer

I keep getting a message that the Time Machine is not working to reformat as soon as possible. No icons work or the menu bar. Fire fox and I photo disapeared. I am using SimpleTech for a back device. My nephew also played games on the Internet the night before. Could it be a virus?

Hi my ipad 2 rear camera is not working. I'm using ios 7.0.4
The camera stops responding every time i switch to rear camera. The screen is all black with the control buttons.
I can not switch back to front camera. I already reset the settings and rebooted the unit.
The problem keeps on coming back.

Have you done a "hard" reset? (hold the home and power buttons down until the Apple logo appears).
