Wrong Plant in the follow on document(PO) of SC in SRM
Hi Experts,
I need urgent input for this issue, We have SRM 7.0 and ECC 6.0 EHP5 with Classic scenario, We have created FO SC in SRM for the Plant A, After creating PO through SOCO, PO has wrong plant with the same company code, This issue is only in our production system and It is not reproducible in other systems. We have checked all possible places and configurations including org structure and custom changes. But no Clue. Plz plz plz..GIve me your valuable input on this. Awaiting your reply.

if the whole customizing and user settings are OK, you have to debug.
Check where PLANT value is changed: in SRM or in ECC?
Put a break-point with WF-BATCH user (must be switched to a dialog user) at create_objects( ) call in TRANSFER method from CL_BBP_SC_TRANSFER class.

Problem in copying the territory id to the follow-up document
Hi,
I have sales order with all the partners determined with all the territories attached to them.
Now I am trying to create a follow-up document from it. I am facing the following two issues:
1. It is copying the partners to the follow-up document with different territory ID's
2. For some partner functions, it is displaying the popup with all the territories. Eventhough this partner has one territory in preceding document.
The bottom line of the requirement is: It should copy all the partners with the same territories as in preceding document.
Could you please help me out, how can I solve this.

The problem could be due to the territory determination, may be the list of partner you have in your oppurtunity is determined to multiple territories, in that scenario the system will provide a option to select the territory which is more proper.
So please check the territories that are assigned to the partner or else you need to do a customisation to make sure that the required territory is copied to the follow up document. You can try enhancing the CRM_COPY_BADI.

Updation of contract data for all the follow up documents
In crm I have created a service contract. From this I have created a sales-service order as follow up document. Then from this service order one suspension order.
When I am opening the sales-service order in item details tab and then in contract tab we get the contract details. When i press the follow up document button and choose the suspension order the suspension order is opening and this contract details should come here also but it is not coming. Please suggest whether this can be done by configuration or by badi. If by badi then suggest its name.Please not that the contract determination works fine when creating a new complaint ... but when the I am trying to create a complaint from service ticket the item level contract determination is not working fine ...
We have configured that the contract should be determined at the item level only option `F`.
I checked in one of the sap document that this cant be achieved by standard .

Xchange Rate type changed in the follow on document getting posted from MM
Hi,
There is an issue while the follow on document posts from MM module to FI module.
The rate of exchange captured is M-CL while creation of the Purchase order. On posting the MIGO/ MIRO, the exchange rate type is correct viz M_CL .
But when the follow on document in the FI module is generated, the Exchange rate type is changed to M.
Can any one please tell me as to what can be the possible issue and wht are the configuration details be checked in the system or whether there is any special configuration of the Exchange rate type maintenence at country level and at transaction code level.

Have checked in the system the tocdes and the table as mentioned by you.
The issue here is that the system is picking the default M as the exchange rate type defined is blank . I want to specify the exchange rate type for a particular (country chile) for a particular document type.
Is there any setting to set the exchange rate ype at country / company code level for a particular document type .

I ran into a glitch on my system that I tried to fix myself. My NOD32 was always showing the yellow warning circle as my protection status when I started my computer. I tried to fix this every way I new how.

SC not in the sourcing cockpit after the follow-on document is deleted
HI,
In sourcing cockpit , I created a contract by SC , but I deleted the contract , the SC didn't appear in sourcing cockpit. the SOURCE_REL_IND still is 'Y', I have no way to create new contract by the SC .
I don't know if it is the standard functionatity, It seem to be not reasonable.
Please tell me the solution that SC can be back to sourcing cockpit automatiocally.
even if I carry out the BBP_GET_STATUS_2. it still don't work.

the rule is below
sc created 2 qty -- PO created 2 qty -PO deleted - now order quantity and PO quantity difference is there so now SC comes to cockpit and this shopping cart item needs to sourced and PO needs be created.
i did not test below scenario.
SC CREATED - contract or Bid invitation created and now Contract / bid invitation deleted and now you are expecting this sc item comes to cockpit.

Symptom
You create a shopping cart which is sent to sourcing cockpit. You create a follow-on document. For eg: Bid invitation. You delete the same and complete the item in sourcing. The status of the item in check status is shown as 'Approved' instead of 'Cannot be ordered'.
As per the above note sap rule, even though Bid Invitation deleted and reference shopping cart must venture to cockpit to create another follow on document.in your case SOURCE_REL_IND = Y instead of X. What is the item status of sc after contract / po deleted? -
Details of Follow-up documents at Table level
Dear All,
I want to know if there is any table(s) which contains the follow-up documents numbers that gets generated in CRM.
For example,
1. first IC ticket will be generated,
2. then product complaint will be generated as a follow up transaction of IC ticket.
3. Compensation request transaction will be generated as a follow up of product complaint.
I am already able to get this follow up using BAPI but I want to know how to get this at Database level so as to make report to perform faster.

one possibility is to read doc flow using FM 'CRM_DOC_FLOW_READ_DB'.
If you really want to use the tables, here's the description:
1. Table 'SRRELROLES' with OBJKEY = GUID of order --> get the ROLE_ID
2. With ROLE_ID go to table 'CRMD_BINREL' field ROLE_A / B (depends on predecessor / successor)
3. With the other role ( ROLE_A / B) you can go back to table 'SRRELROLES' and get the GUID by the OBJKEY.

Delete follow up document recursive

I' writing a report in order to delete orders but before deleteing these orders i have to delete the follow-up documents. in some cases follow-up document also have another follow up, so before delete the first on i have to delete the last one and the the Order. i wrote loop at lt_doc_flow into ls_doc_flow.
lv_objects_to_delete = ls_doc_flow-REF_GUID.
insert ls_doc_flow-REF_GUID into table lt_objects_to_delete.
endloop.
and the call function'crm-order_delete.
in order to delte all docflow, but it doesn't work.
do u have any idea , how i can delete it recursive?

Problem in changing follow up document Transaction type using CRM_COPY_BADI

I am creating follow up document ( Service Contract ) to another service contract. Now Based on a condition, in CRM_COPY_BADI, I have to change the follow up document type forcefully to Service Contract Quotation.
Menas, eventhough I select ZSC, I have to change it to ZSCQ using CRM_COPY_BADi.

SandeepYes, Rajesh is right. You can use action profile for that kind of stuff. For the action just use the method call COPY_DOCUMENT. And of course you then create several action which trigger this method and in action parameters define which action is triggerred when.

A broken Windows Modules Installer then. It's a bit of an involved fix getting past it, but we've had success here with it in the past.

Head back into Windows Update and attempt to get updates again. If they still fail, this time with an 8000FFFF error code, try the following Microsoft document:

Follow-on documents are not visible in MIRO in TEST server, awsys = PRD300.

The Test Server was refreshed around mid-June 2011 with data of
Production Server. The follow-on documents are not visible for the
invoice documents in MIRO in TEST server due to value in tables
BKPF,RBKP : field : AWSYS = PRD300 .
The newly created Purchase Orders after the refresh, the accounting
documents can be seen for the Goods Receipt (MIGO_GR-display) and
Invoice documents (MIRO).
we had already raised this issue in March & got the feedback from SAP
as shown below.
accordingly we have developed & run the program "zzlogsys2" which
updates the Logsys/Awsys field from PRD300 ( of production server ) to
that of the current server i.e. TST300 as required.
after which the FI documents for the material documents are visible in
MIGO,but follow-on documents are not visible for the invoice documents
in MIRO.
we have Checked notes 781498 and 28958 to see if the logical system is
correctly assigned , where we found that in table RBKP after entering document number, Fiscal Year , the
Field AWSYS is "PRD300" & not "TST300" as it should be. We will take up the activity of updating table RBKP
also as we are currently doing for tables MKPF & BKPF.
But to have clear picture as to what we are doing is correct , pl
advise about the following :
1) Is it a correct process done by our SAP-Basis team , that every time
any Server ( e.g. Test or Quality ) is refreshed with Production server
data, the Field AWSYS in various transaction tables gets value as
"PRD300" which then is required to replaced by running program such as
ZZlogsys.

DATA: NEW_SYS LIKE MKPF-AWSYS.
PARAMETER: OLD_SYS LIKE MKPF-AWSYS.

2) if the above process is correct & normal , then which are the other
tables in a particular server ,apart from tables MKPF,BKPF,RBKP , which
needs to be updated the value of field "AWSYS" in the same way
replacing value "PRD300".
3) if the process in point no. 1 is not correct , then what is the
correct process that the Basis team can do while refreshing any target
server with production data so that target server retains its value in
Field AWSYS & not showing "PRD300".
With 3 servers TEST,DEV & Quality , recently refreshed with production
server to bring all servers in Sync for a HR patch application, we have
this situation now in all 3 servers .

Limitation on po line items and follow on documents

Can any one let me know what is the cap limit for line items for an srm PO and even on the follow on documents.
Currently wer arein 4.0 and are facing problems with these issues upgrade is planned next month.

I dont think there is any cap limit for line items of a Purchase order in SRM. It must be something specific to your landscape. In that case , check what is developed to put a check on limit field in SRM 4.0.
You will then need to evaluate if that developmnet is impacted in SRM 7.0 or not
